had excellent stay at the place. Host Hari, is very cooperative and helped us to resolve all our queries, concerns. we really liked his approach. house is really good and well maintained, we enjoyed our stay. since its on two levels, our son enjoyed it up and down. [ family travelling with old parents / knee problems may have problem to negiotiate these 2 levels ] for young family like our's it was a big fun. place is near to metro station at walking distance, and all grocery, food joints, etc shops nearby. building has a small lift also [ however not wheelchair friendly ], to carry luggage etc. kitchen is well equipped. a small suggestion - some small quantity of essentials such as tea, coffee, suger, salt , if kept, will be very useful . rest all good. i definitely recomment this.

About the place, it’s awesome, neat and clean,well maintained, clear instructions, has everything we would need or use in our house. Since We came for conference of 2 days we felt we should have increased our return flight by 1 day and stay at Maurella’s place and enjoy the place.Its very peaceful place, Highly recommend this place. Nice clean apartment, Little small as compared to pictures but Ranjan and Manager Miss Praveen has been very responsive and coperative . They were on guards even when we called at night. Miss Praveen has also coperated in my few order collection. Overall , value for money as per location and flat

well if you are visiting this place, then be aware you can't leave this place...hahaha you will definitely fall in love. every room has a charector and you would love to spend time in every part of the house. special mention the fishes in the balcony, the jhula in the living room, the guitar, the dining room, all of these are too addictive 😀😀 I will be back soon 😀😀

My family enjoyed their stay at Rupal's place a lot. It was their first time in Bengaluru and they had an amazing time with homely vibes. The househelp was realy kind as well and made delicious yet healthy food at a very nominal charge.
