We stayed here for a week and really enjoyed the flat! The views are stunning and you can hear the sea all the time, so nice to go to sleep with! The decor is a little different to when the flat was pictured. A bit of a menagerie of pictures etc, there was no pillow or duvet protectors. But otherwise we did really like the place. The beds are super comfy, outdoor furniture is also really comfy. There are people who meet you to check in and out. Parking space allocated. The area itself is very quiet. We drove into Alicante nightly to find good choices, but we are out of season in march. It is really peaceful but the nearest shop is quite a walk and restaurants on the front we didn’t really try as Alicante is so close and we loved it there. We would stay again. We used the pool a few times and it was warm enough with sun loungers. Also used the sauna which was nice. There is a little well equipped gym and tennis rackets in the flat but we didn’t use either. Great apartment with lovely balcony and sun terrace is great. amazing views of the sea and only 5mins to walk onto the actual beach. Peaceful area with 2x shops, bars and restaurants along the front. only 25mins to Alicante city.

What can we say, Kenneth your place is beautiful, well presented everything that was needed for a relaxed holiday, my only draw back was we was unable to use the communal pool for 8-9 days of our holiday, due to it being the time of year where the pool is emptied and maintenance carried out ( I wish this was advised before we booked). We was unable to get any English tv channels or use our Netflix etc. ( not a major issue ) however the villa is amazing and for the price we couldn’t have asked for more, we will defo look to stay again. Thank you for hosting us.

I stayed at Delias house from 12th to 19th March and I can highly recommend it. The house is in a fabulous location near the strip and beach but private as well . The house was spotless and have everything we could need in it . Delia was very friendly and a great host and anything we asked or wanted was received straight away and I would definitely want to return again in the future

Zona muy tranquila, todo estaba muy limpio y el jacuzzi era espectacular. Peter estuvo pendiente siempre si teníamos alguna duda.

Wat een fantastische ruime plek! We zijn hier al vaker geweest als we in Catral wilden overnachten. Je kunt er zeer goed parkeren en de poort stond al open toen we aan kwamen rijden. Verder wordt je er verwelkomt met een enorme fruitschaal en is de host Moisés zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Alles binnen is groot en schoon en in de prachtige tuin kun je goed zitten en 's ochtends in het zonnetje ontbijten. Ik denk dat we hier nog wel terug zullen komen.

From start to finish, we had a great week away. the pool was amazing, as it was heated, so completely useable for our whole stay. the villa itself was a great place to stay. overall, a great place, and a great host. thanks Jesus for being so responsive to requests and messages whilst we were there.

Super bon séjour, hôtes parfaits, communication parfaite. Nous recommandons vivement la maison est très bien équipée. Par contre il faut une voiture.

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Alles, was wir brauchten, war da. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Wasserboiler und Pascual hat sich sofort darum gekümmert.Super! Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und danken Pascual sehr für die Gastfreundschaft und das Willkommens-Geschenk im Kühlschrank💐Sehr empfehlenswert, wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Private compact 5th floor flat set 2 streets back from 5 min walk to sea. With fabulous uninterrupted panoramic view of Mediterranean sunrise (March) Definitely would recommend

Good host and nice small apartement. Little noisy for my liking due to closeness to road. Heaters could be used to make cozier if needed. Good stay.

Eva es maravillosa y nos ayudó a llegar fácilmente y a preparar nuestros planes durante el fin de semana, está siempre pendiente. Nos encantó la casa, es un chalet privado al lado del Mar con un jardín precioso y una pequeña piscina climatizada. Es un auténtico lujo poderte bañar en diciembre a una temperatura tan agradable. La urbanización tenía una piscina más grande que no usamos pero que parecía perfecta para nadar. La casa tenía todo lo que podíamos necesitar y al tener tres plantas nos dio mucha independencia. Estaba todo muy limpio, las habitaciones, las dos cocinas, y los dos salones. La zona es super tranquila y aunque necesitas coche, es perfecta para desconectar que es lo que estábamos buscando. Al ser la última urbanización de la zona tiene el campo a un paso. Recordaremos para siempre el paseo que dimos por el campo, al borde del Mar y como se veían las estrellas por la noche. Volveremos sin duda.

Voin lämpimästi suositella kohdetta. Asunto oli siisti ja ihana kattoterassi. Viileälläkään ilmalla ei ollut kylmää,ilmalämpöpumppu ja patteri olivat hyvä lisä. Auton sai aina lähelle parkkiin. Alue vaikutti todella turvalliselta ja rauhalliselta. Uima-allas näkyy etuovesta. Viesteihin vastattiin aina nopeasti ja ystävällisesti.

We had a great stay at this apartment. It’s a beautiful apartment with amazing sea views. It’s close to the beach, and also has a tram stop very close by. Alicante is only a few stops away. The apartment is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. We would highly recommend.

This was one of the most beautiful properties i've stayed in. We felt at home straight away. Everything felt perfect and comfortable. The rooms were all great size with amazing Italian decor. The furniture is amazing and high quality. Each room has its own balcony with the most amazing view of the Mediterranean sea. Each balcony is a big enough for you to enjoy. Hearing the sound of the ocean morning and night was such a unique experience. Everything is so well thought out in the property, the kitchen well equipped and the bathroom has all the amenities you need. There is a lift in the property which is so handy. The garage is great with everything from beach chairs and towels for you to go down to the beach or to the swimming pool. The best thing about this property was the Host Pepa and her family. They were always helpful and nothing was too much for them. They made us feel like family. We can not wait to go back. If you get the opportunity to stay here please do.

What a fantastic apartment, the views are beautiful and it’s ideally situated very close to the tram station so easy to get around. Rosa was both easy to speak to and informative on what was around for us. We had an amazing time and will certainly recommend and rebook to return in the future. We had a wonderful stay at Jukka’s gorgeous villa. It had everything needed for our stay. Toiletries, suncream etc were available if needed. Washing machine powder & dishwasher tabs were provided. Jukka had stocked the fridge with drinks for our arrival, which was most welcome. The villa is spacious, rooms and bathrooms are lovely & the garden and heated pool are fabulous & get the sun all day. Jukka’s communication was excellent, always responding quickly to queries. Jukka went above and beyond to accommodate our request for a study area for my son. He added a desk to my son’s room and re-arranged the beds to make the best use of the space. Excellent wifi allowed my son to acess online classes. A car is needed for a stay at this villa as restaurants, beaches etc are all a drive away. There is a clubhouse with an Italian restaurant and a minimart within the golf & country club. Jukka provided some excellent restaurant recommendations, which we made use of. Would definitely recommend!

Stayed at this beautiful Villa for a week at the beginning of April 25. Great cul de sac location with little noise and not over looked by any of the neighbouring properties. Beautifully warm pool, great size outdoor areas and also beautiful inside. Great communications with Viviane the owner, I would highly recommend a stay here. We will be back in the near future for sure.

Large and beautiful property in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The house was very clean, has a nice layout and had everything we needed. The private pool has the perfect size. The checkin was in person and went very smooth. We really appreciated the orange trees in the garden. Highly recommended!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt von 11 Tagen. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was wir brauchten und alles war unglaublich unkompliziert. Auch für das Kind war es ein Traum, nicht nur kinderstuhl und Reisebett, auch jede Menge Buddel Sachen waren da. Der Strand 10 Minuten entfernt war super und den Pool hatten wir meist fast für uns alleine. Auch auf Anmerkungen hat Hilmar sofort reagiert. Unser Flug hatte Verspätung und wir konnten auf dem Weg vom Flughafen sogar noch kurz einkaufen gehen vor dem Check-in. Zanna hat dort auf uns gewartet und die Terrasse ist einfach traumhaft, wir haben jeden Abend draußen gesessen, eigentlich jede Minute, die wir nicht unterwegs waren. Durch den Mietwagen waren wir sehr flexibel und konnten viele Ziele in der Umgebung einfach entdecken. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort buchen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl und privat gefühlt. Wunderbarer Garten und Pool. Ein Auto sollte man dabei haben zB für den Einkauf und die Sehenswürdigkeiten. Am Abend wäre mehr Licht ganz schön. Aber sonst alles perfekt! Martina ist zudem unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir würden das Haus noch einmal buchen💫
