Arenals del Sol : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Mein Aufenthalt mit Baby (10Monate) war sehr angenehm. Es gibt alles, was man benötigt (Hochstuhl, Beistellbett, Geschirr, Rolläden zum Abdunkeln, Waschmaschine, Steckdosen außer Reichweite von krabbelnden Kindern). Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Terrassen toll gelegen, Klima/Heizung funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Schränke großzügig. In der Umgebung gibt es genügend Parkplätze, einen fußläufigen Supermarkt sowie einen Kinderspielplatz. Auch der Strand ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor Ort sowie mit den Eigentümern funktioniert zuverlässig und reibungslos und war stets freundlich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!

Een fijn appartement op een toplocatie. Het appartement is schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook heel fijn om in de ochtend de volle zon op het ruime balkon te hebben. De communicatie met de eigenaar verliep ook vlekkeloos, een aardige man die snel reageert op vragen en duidelijk communiceerd. Wij zijn zeer tevreden!

Awesome place to stay in Alicante! Property looks and feels new. It's about 50 minutes from Alicante Airport nestled in a very peaceful spot about two blocks from the beach. Nice pool, jacuzzi, outside work out area inside the complex. Unit itself is very clean and has all the advertised amenities in great working condition. Perfect for 4 people and the added bonus is the 'solarium' patio on the rooftop with BBQ grill, dirty kitchen, patio furniture, and your own private hot tub/jacuzzi! Host communicated well and check in/out process is very easy. Recommend getting a car rental from the airport that you can also use anywhere in Alicante and surrounding areas. Highly recommend this place and will definitely stay again if I ever go back to Alicante.

We had a great time. Beautiful apartment. What we liked, a great location, very authentic Spanish vibe around the area. My daughter loved the pool . Bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Bus stop and good bus service nearby to head into San Juan De Alicante beach. (gorgeous beach btw). Large supermarkets all very close by the apartment . One supermarket is a few steps away. Could not fault the apartment, very well equipped. Comfortable beds. fresh linen. Maria was great for the restaurant recommendations. Would love to come back Charles & Maria.

This apartment was fantastic and very modern. Good location for us and had enough amenities around. Great host, and would Def stay here again.

The accommodation was as described. It is within easy walking distance of the beach. There are small supermarkets nearby & Aldi is a 35 minute walk away. There are restaurants within walking distance. It was great to have the swimming pools which are open all year. Check in & check out we're easy. The host is available, should you need any help or information.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was spotless and in the perfect location for exploring Alicante. Gert is a fantastic host—friendly, responsive, and always ready to help. The only downside was that noise from late-night revellers on the street could be heard from one of the bedrooms, which might be an issue for light sleepers. That said, the overall experience was excellent, and I’d happily stay here again. Alicante is a beautiful beach town with so much to see and do, perfect for strolling and soaking in the atmosphere. Highly recommend!

En pocas palabras, increíble alojamiento. En primer lugar darle las gracias a Irene por su paciencia con nosotros, nos demoramos en la llegada e igualmente estuvo atenta, servicial y muy educada. En cuanto al alojamiento, sin palabras, nos encantó, todo limpisimo, super ordenado y espacioso. Increíble lo moderno que es, se nota que está reformado con cariño. Sin duda alguna, recomendable al 200%. Gracias por acogernos.

had a lovely 5 days here between Christmas and new year. location was perfect with easy parking and some good restaurants within a 25 min walk. house was very clean with everything you need ,this would be perfect for a small family as the beach is almost at your front door. we had a very easy and clear check in with ceferina with clear instructions. thank you. david.

The apartment is gorgeous—everything is spotless! The bed linen and towels are fresh, white, and clean. It’s located right in the city center. The owner was very responsive, always quick to reply, and even allowed us to leave our luggage in advance. After check-out, we realized we had forgotten something, and he took care of returning it without any issues. Our stay was fantastic and felt very safe. Highly recommend!

Tout ceci au cœur d n lotissement fermé ! Un intérieur impeccable,cosi. Un jardinet propre,parfait pour les vacances et barbecue😁 Un solarium avec vue magnifique! Magnifique villa, très bien entretenue, avec piscine privée. Possibilité d'avoir une piscine chauffée, ce qui est vraiment un plus pendant la période hivernale. Aménagement de la villa impeccable, tout est bien pensé pour le bien-être des locataires. Quartier calme à proximité des commerces, des restaurants, etc.... Très bon contact avec le propriétaire, très réactif et aux petits soins. Séjour formidable à deux reprises. Je recommande +++

Le séjour s’est merveilleusement bien passé. Le logement était top et impeccable. Manuel était très sympathique et accueillant et de très bon conseils. Nous avons adoré et nous reviendront avec grand plaisir.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Haus in Gran Alacant! Die Unterkunft war perfekt für unsere Familie. Der Pool war ein Highlight, besonders für die Kinder, und die schöne Terrasse hat uns viele gemütliche Abende im Freien beschert. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist modern, sehr geschmackvoll und es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Rosa Marie’s apartment was a perfect location for myself and a friend, We are 2 older active ladies and found it a good location for public transport bus and tram very close. Approx 2 mile walk into Alicante we crossed over the tram line to start the walk all along the coast. Also used the tram to travel to other locations. Villajoyso, ElCampello even Benidorm.Alicante Castle and old town really worth a visit. The apartment itself had everything we needed beds were really comfortable with super linen kitchen very well equipped lot of extras supplied eg shampoo shower gel cleaning products. Lovely balcony for breakfast in the morning sun Rosa always responds quickly to any queries we had even though we never met her she was so friendly in all her messages We would highly recommend this Apartment

Flott leilighet med fantastisk beliggenhet, alt er i nærheten. Butikker, strand, restauranter. kort vei til bussterminal. God standard med alt du forventer av en moderne leilighet.

Eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Begrüßung und zuverlässige Kommunikation. Die Wohnung liegt in einem sehr schönen, sehr gepflegten Komplex und bietet eine super Lage.

Очень приятная чистая,новая квартира. Есть абсолютно все для проживание в том числе шампуни,мыло, стиральный порошок. В каждой комнате есть обогреватель это очень важно при проживание в холодное время года. Всё чисто ,приятно ,новый ремонт. Очень тихо и спокойно. Рекомендую!

Asunto oli tosi siisti ja tilava, kaksi makuuhuonetta kolmella kylpyhuoneella. Näkymät aavalle merelle melkein oman ison parvekkeen alla, johon aurinko paistoi aamusta alkaen pitkälle iltapäivään. Sijainti hyvä rauhallisella Los Logos -rannalla, pienen kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta.

Die Wohnung ist einfach wunderschön und sehr gut gepflegt. Sie ist modern eingerichtet und absolut aufgeräumt, was den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Die Lage könnte nicht besser sein – weniger als eine Minute Fußweg zum Strand! In der Nähe gibt es alles, was man braucht: Mülleimer, Restaurants, ein Park und zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. So braucht man sich um nichts sorgen und kann den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen. Der Kontakt zum Host war ebenfalls hervorragend – immer schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem eine perfekte Unterkunft, die ich absolut weiterempfehlen kann!
