Can definitely recommend this apartment. What we loved was the short walk from the train station and the short walk to all the attractions of Florence. And the view is outstanding, loved sitting on the balcony and enjoying the sites. Perfect for a couple for a weeklong stay.

Our stay was great. We very much enjoyed the large covered patio for morning coffee and evening drinks. We grilled steaks on the large grill and the wine and olive groves surrounding the house made sitting out a pleasure. It is easy access Florence or Pisa or Sienna or a number of other villages and towns, but you will need a car even if only to drive yourself to public transportation. Chiara suggested a wonderful nearby winery which we visited twice and the local restaurants are wonderful. Highly recommend.

We stayed at Tiago’s place on a trip to Florence that was for both work and pleasure. The apartment was just as pictured and had everything we needed (including fast internet for telework!). From the moment we arrived, Tiago was friendly and communicative. The location is great - peaceful and calm but also a quick walk or bus ride to the city center. We arrived with our car and appreciated that there was plenty of free street parking right in front of the apartment. Highly recommend you stay with Tiago when you’re in Florence (don’t forget to try his ice cream at the shop next door - it’s great!). We hope to return again the next time we’re in Florence. Francesco's place was a great find. The location was just right; walking distance to every place I wanted to visit, but just enough off the very center to be less crowded. Also, I got to see the beautiful facade of the Bascilica di Santa Croce every time I walked out the door! There are some really good restaurants nearby; the famous gelateria, Vivoli, is steps away; and a short walk took me to the nearby supermercato. For those who want to eat in sometimes, as I did, though minimally-equipped, kitchen worked well to make simple meals with a refrigerator, an induction cooktop and a microwave). The apartment is not huge, but feels spacious with its high ceilings, and was comfortable for me staying both solo and as a couple. I stayed for four weeks, and I was happy to return to my little home away from home every day. Francesco was a great host, very accommodating, who checked in weekly to make sure all was well, and was quick to respond to any question or concerns I had.

Great house in the suburbs, in a really nice and quiet area. The house was very clean and had all the necessary equipment. Bravissimo ☺️

We loved our stay here - the apartment is in a perfect location with only a 10- 15 minute walk into the centre of the city, close to many beautiful sites and great restaurants. There are also supermarkets and cafes close by where you can grab any supplies you might need. Giuseppe is a wonderful host who helped make our stay in Florence easy and comfortable. We were given all the information we needed for a smooth check-in and he provided us with lots of recommendations for local amenities. Thank you, we hope to return in the future.

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

Great place, excellent host; checked on us several times to make sure we were well & to see if we needed anything. Very comfortable bed/mattress- extra pair of pillows. Well equipped kitchen. So helpful that building has an elevator to carry suitcases since flat is on 3rd floor. If arriving by train, can walk out of Binario 1 towards bus station - behind it is the MiniMetro station that will take you up to city - Pincetto stop for €1.50. From there easy walk to apt.

This is the perfect place to stay in and visit Florence! Beautiful apartment, recently and nicely renovated, perfectly placed to visit the city by foot. The apartment is on the courtyard side, overlooking beautiful trees and with a view of all the main landmarks of Florence. The location on the courtyard is perfect to relax in the evening after a day walking in busy Florence. The apartment has all the amenities one needs to cook and rest. Andrea was a perfect host, giving us great advice on restaurants and places to visit. We will come back!

The apartment is in a quiet, residential area. It is spacious and well equipped (the kitchen has all one might need, including the 'small' things such as oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, etc). The terrace is absolutely fantastic! The city centre can be reached by bus or on foot (I like walking so I walked, but the bus is a good alternative). Ilaria is a very nice host. Overall, a very good stay and I hope to return sometime soon.

Our stay here was excellent! This apartment is in a superb location near Santa Croce church and the Arno- walk to shops and food. My family and I stayed for 9 nights in mid Nov with our 2 kids, and the grandparents. We lucked out with mostly sunny & chilly weather. Yelena met us at checkin & was incredibly helpful in walking us through the huge apartment, explaining & answering all our questions. Conad grocery store just below us on the same block has everything to cook a quick dinner at home of pasta and veggies for the kids. The apartment was incredibly clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the essentials to cook a dinner. Beds very comfortable. The apt was higher end than most Airbnbs. And it was much nicer than the other places we stayed in Italy and where our other family members were staying. Superb! I felt like I was staying in a relatives beautiful apartment. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to the team at Acacia for making our trip easy and special!

Simone est un hôte accueillant et amical et sa maison située dans un quartier paisible permet d’accéder au centre de Florence rapidement via le tramway. Le parking permet de laisser le véhicule en journée et d’accéder au centre-ville en soirée ou bien d’accéder aux points de vue et aux jardins situés sur les collines de la rive-sud. Veronica’s house is incredible. Stayed there as a family of 6- and plenty of space. The view is like something out of a painting! The pictures don’t do it justice. The hot tub was a huge plus! The location so peaceful. Veronica was very easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for a great visit!

Based on the previous wonderful reviews of Antiqua degli D’ulivi, a year ago we booked a three week stay in the outskirts of Cortona in Pergo. We had our kids, grandkids and dear friends with us and as we drove through the gates into the Villa, we entered a magical place filled with generosity, laughter, relaxation, wonderful food, a refreshing pool and golden light. Massi was always there to help us with any questions we had and refill our olive oil bottle with the amazing green liquid made from his olives. We enjoyed the most delicious lunch with his family and they also were such giving, lovely people. We learned so much about Italy and Tuscany from them: porcini mushrooms, Perugia soccer teams, local markets, hot springs near Montepulciano, nearby restaurants, vineyards, hikes and more. We highly recommend an extended stay at this Tuscan home—we were so fortunate to experience it for three glorious weeks. The memories will be long lasting and always treasured. Mille Grazie to Massi

Such a lovely villa. Beautifully arranged with perfect amount of space for our group of 8. The villa has everything you need. The pool was lovely and warm even without being heated. Margherita, the local host, was amazing - so helpful. Would definitely come back.

Alloggio pulito ed ordinato immerso nel silenzio e nella natura. Emanuele precisissimo e super gentile. Anche i nostri cani hanno apprezzato tanto, sono stati liberi di giocare e sicuri nel bel giardino recintato della casa. Da ripetere!

Ottimo appartamento, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Arezzo. Noi abbiamo usufruito della casa in gruppo (4 persone) per 4 giorni, e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Gli spazi della casa sono ottimi, avevamo a disposizione un divano letto matrimoniale, un singolo divano letto e un letto singolo. Nella casa avevamo tutto il necessario per la permanenza. Marzia è un ottimo host, risponde subito ed è molto disponibile. Unica pecca: abbiamo visitato Arezzo in inverno, e purtroppo la casa era un po' fredda nonostante i caloriferi accesi (niente di troppo problematico, comunque)

Fantastic property with stunning views, modern fixtures, a lot of toys and a mini playground for our toddler to enjoy, fully equipped kitchen. Amazing experience, many thanks to Andrea and Chiara for helping with everything and great recommendations for restaurants as well.
