Nous avons passé un super séjour dans l’appartement de Guorun. Il est très bien situé, tout est accessible à pied avec un supermarché à 2 minutes à pied. L’appartement a été décoré avec gout et tout était prêt a notre arrivée avec le lit bebe et la chaise haute. Guorun a été toujours disponible et réactive. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Excellent experience and fully recommendable - this is truly a 10/10! Many times hosts put all possible devices in an Airbnb just to have more features and in the end they are shabby. This apartment also has all kind of features but nice ones. It’s a place where you like to stay after coming from your trips and serves for more than just sleeping. We felt really comfortable and also appreciated the kindness of Guðrið and Sigurdjan 😊

Dejligt sted med de sødeste og mest imødekommende værter man kan forestille sig😊. Lejligheden er tip top, og har alt hvad man behøver for 2 personer. Beliggenheden er virkelig god ift. at komme rundt på Streymoy og Esturoy, og der er fin parkering foran lejligheden og en købmand i gåafstand😊.

Joli petit appartement extrêmement bien équipé, avec une belle vue sur la baie. Irena était très réactive et sympathique. L appartement est grand et confortable. Le village est calme et paisible et rapidement accessible. Nous avons aimé y passer du temps après avoir visité les alentours.

I was impressed by the immaculate apartment and the space was true to the photographs, large ,clean and warm ! It was a great way to start the morning ! Barbara was an exceptional host that went beyond her role as a host. She ensured I had everything to be safe and comfortable and even let me use her laptop at short notice to prepare my edited work ! She was friendly and extremely helpful ! The apartment is located close to a supermarket and bus stations. It was truly a wonderful experience and I certainly recommend staying here 😊 .

Once in a lifetime experience! This lovely house in Kvivik was otherwordly. Built in 1864, it has so much original features - but has all the modernities you need (nice shower, hob/oven, dishwasher). The neighborhood is very quiet with very little tourists, and I loved waking up to the sound of stream flowing right infront of the house. There is no cafes in town, but a super lovely knit shop called KvivikKnit around the corner that I visited 3 times! The ceiling can be slightly low if you are over 180cm tall, but the house is charming enough to compensate for it in my humble POV. Would love to stay here again - thank you for being on airbnb!!! ♥️

Perfect place to stay in Torshavn I highly recommend. Nice quiet street with friendly sheep and geese as neighbours on one side. The home is close to everything including the SMS for groceries within walking distance. Home was lovely and warm, it was very clean and had everything we could need. We had no issues at all it was a perfect stay. When I next visit I will make sure I try to book this place.

Vi var fem som leide huset. Kjøkkenet var velutstyrt. Rikelig med sitteplasser både i kjøkken og stue. Det kunne ha vært en toilett til. Oppstod alltid kø til badet. Vi hadde bil så det var et fint utgangspunkt til øyene. Bussen var like i nærheten så det ble flere turer til byen. Færøyene er verdt å besøke.

Das Haus ist sehr groß und besonders komfortabel. Es ist blitzsauber und gepflegt und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Aus den Fenstern hat man einen tollen Blick auf die Landschaft und Leirvik. Die Effo-Tankstelle reicht für die Grundversorgung absolut aus und bietet deutlich mehr als eine normale Tankstelle in Deutschland, z.B. auch Frischfleisch. Das Haus ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Touren auf die Nordinseln. Wir hatten netten Kontakt mit Halla und Pauli und würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können alles absolut empfehlen. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir auch, dass Pauli jederzeit und sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet hat.

Olaf's place might have been my favorite in the Faroes. The kitchen and living room were well appointed and very comfortable. The bedrooms are small, but each has its own lovely view out the window. I relished the sound of the stream outside mine (though the high winds prevented me from keeping my window open all night the first night). Gjogv might have been my favorite town too. Being there in September meant it was quite quiet — most of the homes are seasonal homes inhabited mainly in the summer — but that was very welcome. We happened to wake up the first morning to a gorgeous blue sky and sun, so that no doubt helped, but the location is simply spectacular (mountains on three sides, then sea, with even more dramatic mountains across the way). The gorge and the hike above it were both amazing. We saw vivid rainbows each morning. The nearby guest-house (Gjáargarður) also provided the best meal of our week in the Faroes. I would love to return someday.

My entire family was seriously ill from a flu we contracted while at sea. Heida was so kind and helpful in helping us get to the house. She let us check in earlier and check out later with very little warning. It was a life saver. The house was cosy and beautiful, and we spent most of our time there while in Faroe Islands, regaining our health. We are truly very grateful for the flexibility.

I loved Maria's place, it has beautiful views, was clean and comfortable, and a great location. You are close to the airport and some lovely walks/hikes in the village along with a short drive to some really special sites. We didn't cook much but the kitchen is fully equipped. All the kitchen lights work, there are two separate switches (a review said they didn't work). The house was cozy and warm with plenty of room to spread out. The stairs to the loft bedrooms and to basement laundry/bedroom/2nd bathroom are steep so if this is a concern I would ask the host. It was not a problem for us but it could be for someone else. It is a charming small town overall, we loved the house and found Bjork easy to communicate with.

Had a great stay in Torshavn. The apartment was just right for three 60 something gents. Lots of room inside, and easily walkable to the main centre and car parking. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment, and would use again myself.

We had the best stay at Paulina’s place! It was perfect for a group of 3 travelers. We loved the running stream right outside, it was so relaxing to hear the sounds. The outside is perfect for morning coffee (we were lucky we had great sunny weather during our stay). The location is easy to find and walkable to all the main sites/restaurants/shops in Torshavn yet it’s tucked away enough to be peaceful and quiet. We felt right at home and had a very comfortable stay. Paulina and her husband were very responsive and helpful. Thank you for such a memorable stay! We hope to return again!

Solva ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die flott auf Anfragen reagiert. Die Geräuschkulisse durch die Kinder empfanden wir nicht als störend, wie manche hier geschrieben haben. Der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt gegenüber war ebenfalls praktisch. Die Ausstattung war (bis auf den Toaster, den wir nicht gefunden haben) klasse - inzwischen gibt es sogar einen Trockner. Der Internetzugang klappte ebenfalls problemlos. Der Ortskern ist fußläufig prima zu erreichen.

The apartment was easy to find, close to the bus stop. I felt like a home, beds were comfortable, it was clean. I found everything that we needed for cooking in the kitchen. A small shop is 5 minutes away. Our host Fríðbjørg always responded in a short time. I recommend this accommodation.

One of my favourite places I have stayed at with AirBNB. I feel this sort of place is exactly what AirBNB should be. Amazing hosts, fantastic location in a local part of town. Great room and amenities. For me as a solo traveller, it was perfect. The host family were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Ubytování splnilo vše co jsme očekávali. Hostitel je dobrý člověk. Vesnice kde je toto ubytování leží ve středu ostrovů, tudíž přístup kamkoliv do hodiny !!
