From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and hospitality that made me feel right at home. The accommodations were immaculate and beautifully decorated, providing a perfect blend of comfort and style. Katerina's attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the thoughtful amenities to the cleanliness of the space. Cute flat in very nice area. Close to the very nice park great for the kids. Near the bus station that can take you to the center.

Άνετη διαμονή, με ξεχωριστούς χώρους που εξασφαλίζουν την ιδιωτικότητα. Εμείς ήμασταν τρεις φίλοι που ο καθένας έμεινε στο δικό του δωμάτιο. Οι παροχές άκρως ικανοποιητικές, οι ίδιες που διαθέτουμε και στο σπίτι μας. Πολλή ωραία η θέα από το μπαλκόνι και εννοείται πολλή εύκολη η πρόσβαση στην παραλία. Καθαρή θάλασσα. Ήσυχη και καθαρή γειτονιά . Ιδανικό μέρος για όσους αποζητούν να ξεφύγουν από τη βουή της πόλης και να απολαύσουν τον ύπνο τους ακούγοντας τα κύματα. Περάσαμε πολύ όμορφα!

Το διαμέρισμα του κ. Ιωάννη βρίσκεται σε φανταστική τοποθεσία με υπέροχη θέα στην θάλασσα, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και δίπλα από όλων των ειδών υπηρεσίες όπως σούπερ μάρκετ, εστιατόρια και φούρνοι. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν κατατοπιστικός και επικοινωνιακός και μας έδωσε ότι πληροφορίες χρειαζόμασταν. Σίγουρα προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα το διαμέρισμα!

Зручне розташування для прогулянок, пляжного відпочинку. Поруч багато ресторанів, магазинів. Помешкання обладнано всім необхідним для комфортного проживання. Господарі гостинні, завжди готові допомогти у вирішенні побутових питань. Щиро дякуємо їм за їхнє відношення до своїх гостей!

An extremely nice apartment that looks even better than in the pictures. The views from the balcony are amazing. It is located in the perfect place, quiet but surrounded by shops, restaurants and with the port and bus stop just at a few meters. I fully recommend this place!

Beautiful apartment with stunning views. A little tricky to get to the actually apartment itself but well worth it! Place was very clean with all the amenities necessary. Host was very responsive and very helpful with local attraction. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Tasos!

Wow, what an incredible stay! This charming beachfront house is an absolute gem. Waking up to the gentle sound of waves and taking a morning dip in the crystal-clear sea was pure bliss. The pool offered a refreshing alternative, perfect for lazy afternoons. The location couldn't be better - a serene oasis where all you hear is the soothing rhythm of the sea, yet just a short ride from a selection of great bars and restaurants. For those seeking more options, the town is a scenic 5-minute coastal drive away, offering a variety of dining, shopping, and additional beaches to explore. Irene, our host, was simply wonderful. Her kindness and responsiveness made us feel truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The house itself is a testament to elegant simplicity. Despite its compact size, it lacks nothing in comfort or amenities. We spent hours enjoying the warm, inviting sea. Its ever-changing moods - from serene to playfully choppy - provided endless entertainment.

Had a wonderful time at this place. Can totally recommend! Would come again for sure!

Der Aufenthalt bei Giannis war wirklich schön. Das Strandhaus entspricht den Fotos, das Meer liegt direkt vor der Tür! Im Ort selbst gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und auch gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen, womit sich die Umgebung super erkunden lässt, Nafplion ist ebenfalls sehr gut zu erreichen. Giannis ist ein hervorragender Gastgeber, der immer gut zu erreichen war und uns regelmäßig gefragt hat, ob noch etwas fehlt. Auch zeigte er uns den Ort und gab uns viele gute Tipps. Wir haben uns gleich sehr willkommen gefühlt!

A fabulous apartment and aptly named “Home Sweet Home”. Great communication with Amanda and she is extremely kind. Amanda has provided absolutely everything you need to live comfortably and relaxed. We loved the view from the balcony and it is a quiet area. We slept well in the super comfy bed. Everything in Amanda’s apartment is top quality! We hope to return sometime. Could definitely have stayed longer! Thank you Amanda.

Franke place was located amazing in a olive garden with sea view. It was very calm and a place to relax at. We had our private Beach but also hiking paths around leads to other beaches. Had a wonderful stay and would love to come back when I have opportunitie. The place fits 6-7 people easily and all the details with the place was reliefing the city energy. Frank was helpfully and answered quick to all messages I send. Would reccomend warmly the place and Frank as host.

A truly magical stay. Dia met up with us upon arrival and made my wife and I feel at home right away. The apartment is amazing and has everything you need, including chairs and umbrella for the beach. Dia sent us countless google map links to attractions such as beaches and restaurants, both locally and some worth a drive. The view from the apartment is truly magnificent with great WiFi allowing me to do a little work on my laptop giving me the best of both worlds. As it is so high up, I would always recommend a hire car though. I'll be going back next year. Get booking !! Nick Nicolaou

Μείναμε στο σπίτι του Γιώργου για τρεις βραδιές και ήταν μια από τις καλύτερες εμπειρίες μας στο Airbnb! Το σπίτι είναι μια όμορφη, άνετη μονοκατοικία, σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, δυο βήματα από την παραλία της Καλαμάτας. Παρόλο που ήταν χειμώνας, η αυλή του σπιτιού πρόσθεσε μια ιδιαίτερη αίσθηση ηρεμίας, και η συνολική ατμόσφαιρα ήταν ειδυλλιακή. Ο Γιώργος ήταν ένας εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης - φιλόξενος, ευγενικός και πάντα διαθέσιμος για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε. Φρόντισε να έχουμε όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν για μια άνετη διαμονή, με προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, με όλες τις ανέσεις που θα μπορούσε να χρειαστεί κανείς. Η τοποθεσία είναι πραγματικά βολική, καθώς η παραλία βρίσκεται σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση και το πάρκινγκ είναι πανεύκολο. Σας το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα και σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε στο μέλλον! le logement de Georgios et Stavroula est très confortable et offre une vue splendide, panoramique, sur le port de Plaisance du Pirée. Il est au 7ème étage (avec ascenseur jusqu'au 6ème). La cuisine est fonctionnelle ; la salle de bain très pratique, près de la chambre qui se trouve un étage plus haut. (En fait, c'est un duplex). On s'y sent comme dans un cocon. La terrasse est très spacieuse. Elle est dotée d'un hamac et on peu bien sûr y prendre des repas et profiter des levers et des couchers de soleil. Stavroula et Giorgios sont pleins d'attention et très réactifs. Ils nous ont donné de bons conseils et nous ont rendus plusieurs services. Le wifi est excellent. Nous recommandons vivement

Full worth of money

Wir waren grundsätzlich zufrieden. Sehr angenehme Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern, leider haben wir sie nicht persönlich kennengelernt, aber den Co-Gastgeber. Und dieser hat uns alles Wichtige in und an der Wohnung gezeigt und erklärt. Einziger Nachteil, die Wohnung liegt an der Riviera-Straße und die war sehr laut. Wenn man die Fenster nicht schließen möchte und auf die Klimaanlage verzichten will, dann wird es unruhige Nächte geben. Alles andere war super, Bus, Straßenbahn und Strand sowie Supermärkte gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Stadtzentrum erreicht man unkompliziert mit Bus und Bahn. Für einen kurzen Städtetrip ist diese Wohnung und deren Inhaber absolut empfehlenswert.

Elégedettek voltunk a szállással, 10 napot töltöttünk itt. Van egy fél privàt strand a szálláshely előtt, ami nagyon kellemes és nyugodt, már déltől vannak árnyékos részek. A közelben sok jó strand van még. A házigazda nagyon barátságos és segítőkész volt. Parkoló zárt udvaron volt lehetséges ami szintén előny. Mi kisbabával voltunk, kaptunk kiságyat, etetőszéket és kádat is. A strand közelsége pedig kifejezetten megkönnyítette a dolgunkat. Az ingatlan és kertje tiszta és gondozott. Van egy hangulatos kis kertje is. Mi szívesen jönnénk máskor is és ajánljuk másoknak is.:)

Me and my mom really enjoyed staying here. The flat is lovely, clean and we had everything to close basic needs. Host was helpful and friendly and helped to replace the kettle when it wasn't working. The place is really nice, sea line is so close, bus stops are close and nice restaurants are around. it's a bit loud sometimes, but it didn't bother us. The value is great!

Η διαμονή μας ήταν στο σύνολο αρκετά καλή και το διαμέρισμα ήταν όπως μας το περιέγραψαν. Είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο και ειδικά το μπάνιο είναι πάρα πολύ καλό. Η κουζίνα ήταν πάρα πολύ καλά εξοπλισμένη με σκεύη και με πρώτες ύλες για μαγείρεμα όπως λάδι, αλλά πιπέρι κτλ. Ωστόσο ο χώρος δεν έχει καθόλου καλή μόνωση με αποτέλεσμα να είναι δύσκολο να κοιμηθούμε το βράδυ δεδομένου πως ο γείτονας έμενε έως τις 02:00 το πρωί στη βεράντα του και ακουγόταν μέσα στο δωμάτιο οι ομιλίες. Επίσης η πόρτα έχει ένα παράθυρο το οποίο δεν μπορεί να καλυφθεί με αποτέλεσμα να μπαίνει φως στο δωμάτιο και να είναι εξαιρετικά δύσκολο να μπορεί κάποιος να κοιμηθεί στον καναπέ. Ο καναπές δεν είναι καθόλου βολικός για ύπνο καθώς νιώθεις τα σίδερα από κάτω. Οι γείτονες κάπνιζαν από το πρωί στο με αποτέλεσμα να μην μπορείς να ανοίξεις παράθυρο καθώς έμπαινε ο καπνός μέσα. Επίσης το internet έχει σοβαρό θέμα καθώς οι ταχύτητες είναι από ελάχιστες έως ανύπαρκτες.
