Stunning pool and villa, with spectacular view through wooded hillsides to the blue sea and Ithaca. Tranquil setting but also close to the lovely town of Sami where there are great harbourside restaurants, bakeries and everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Paraskevi and Antisamos beach are a short drive away and are great for snorkelling in crystal clear waters. The villa is a gem and it is the best location we have ever stayed in. Highly recommended

The place was quite and only 10 minutes from the center of Argostoli. Gerasimos was discreet and helpful if and only you wanted.

We had a great time here! This is Konstantinos’ family house, so felt much more authentic than most of the industrial tourism apartments that you get on Airbnb these days. We felt very comfortable in the apartment and the view was spectacular. Konstantinos is destined to be a superhost for sure - he went to great lengths to give us recommendations, e.g. letting us know about a local festival taking place nearby. We ended up following his tips for most of our excursions. Plus whenever we had a question he got back to us in a matter of minutes. On top of that he was always friendly, positive and accommodating.

We had the most wonderful stay with our two children. The house is perfect with so many amenities. All the appliances are high quality and basically brand new! We had everything we needed and more. The pool and bbq area is fantastic. The views beautiful. Location is private but easy to get to other locations. We loved visiting Sami and the Melissani Cave’s not to be missed. The host went above and beyond, always responsive and kind. We highly recommend the house and have already told family and friends about it!

Nous avons adoré notre semaine chez Emmanouella. La maison etait encore plus belle que sur les photos. Les arbres fruitiers et le petit jardins nous a comblé. La vue etait magnifique et notre bébé a aimé jouer avec les nombreux jouet sur place. La cuisine est tres bien équipé. Nous avons été 2 mois en Grece et c’est vraiment une des maisons que nous avons préférées. Nous nous y sentions comme a la maison.

Villa Christina was amazing and a really good find. Location within 5mins to the beautiful port of Sami and a central location to the rest of the island. The villa was beautiful, just as described, very clean and decorated nicely, lovely pool and outside bbq within well looked after grounds. Lots of space for 4 adults and 2 children Christina was a great host and we would love to visit again

Serh schönes modernes und super komfortables Haus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und pefekt in Ordnung und blitzsauber. Die Gastgeberin, Maria ist Architektin und hat alles selbst geplant und gebaut und mit viel Geschmack, Können und ganz liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Grundstück ist riesig, schöne Terasse mit Hollywoodschaukel auf der man sogar schlafen könnte.

The house is great, better than the photos. It was modern and we had an excellent stay. You can find in the house everything you need. The kitchen is very well equiped and the host left us coffee, juice, water and sandwich ingredients. It was a very nice surprise. Everything is extremely clean and the views from the balcony are incredible! You won't regret if you choose to stay here. We will definetely come back. Simos was very kind and helped us with everything we needed. He answered very prompt to our questions and requests and within 10 minutes he was there for us. Thank you for everything!

Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Wir wurden beim Betreten der Wohnung sehr freundlich empfangen, da die Vermieterin gerade anwesend war. Sie hat uns alles ausführlich erklärt und gezeigt. Diese Wohnung ist einfach toll und der Ausblick von der Terrasse einfach traumhaft. Für die eine Woche die wir da waren, ist die Terrasse zu dem Ort geworden, wo wir uns am meisten aufgehalten haben. What a wonderful host! The house is very spacious, extremely clean and the host is the most accommodating. We had a great stay! It’s only a couple of streets away from the beach and everything is walkable! The house got cleaned every 4 days - amazing service! The bedsheets were white and ironed! Highly recommend!

I can’t rave about this place enough. Our stay was absolutely fantastic! What a lovely host and a brilliant location. It felt like a little oasis in paradise. Outside is great - we made use of the BBQ on more than one occasion. Hidden gem away from the hustle and bustle.

Le logement est t’es bien placé dans un cadre authentique entre l’Ouest et l’Est près de belles plages. Tout près de la plage de Myrthos pour admirer les couchers de soleil. La cuisine est bien équipée, le logement est fonctionnel. Nos hôtes étaient discrets et merci pour les attentions à l’arrivée : bouteilles d’eau et bières fraîches ainsi que que du yaourt grec et confitures locales extras. Je recommande ce logement sans hésitation. Nous avons eu la chance de profitez des chatons de la maison avec grand bonheur.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in the Chloe villa and it didn’t disappoint! It’s such a beautiful location with an amazing sea view to watch the sunrise. The pool is directly below and the sea over the road which is perfect for early morning swims. Especially due to the changing temperatures in the water where salt meets fresh and there are warm spots and cold spots. It’s a short pebble beach so water shoes (or flippers in my daughter’s case) make getting in and out of the water much easier. Steve was a brilliant host! Nothing was too much trouble. Really responsive and because we had a late flight extended our checkout time until 6pm which meant we could enjoy a full last day. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, including some starter items for your arrival, such as biscuits, jam, milk, butter… and wine! There is a coffee machine, toasty maker & everything else you may need (incl. washing machine and dishwasher) A 20 min coast walk straight to Sami!

Very tranquil

This place was perfect and exactly what we wanted. The house has the most incredible views and a very quiet and sandy beach just below. The supermarket and town is close by or a quick walk down the beach to the Fishbones beach restaurant. We appreciated the supply of essentials too. We all said, “let’s come back”.

Great communications with clear arrangements for meeting us on arrival, after the journey from the airport. Good local restaurants and a supermarket/ bakery 5 minutes walk. Also 5 minutes walk from the underground lakes. 1.5km from Sami on foot - you can stroll there and back for a huge choice of bars, shops and restaurants. The apartment itself was great. Welcome wine, juice and water in the fridge and 4 coffee pods with UHT creams. Butter and jam portions also in the fridge. Decent parking around the apartment as well. I would highly recommend. Great for two - we had our son on the sofa bed, so can accommodate 4. If you see Piggy the Dog, say hello. He had the uncanny ability to walk us to the nearest restaurant where he then enjoyed the leftovers.

Villa 4 has a stunning location with a superb sea view. The amenities of the 5star hotel are available , inclusive of a free shuttle service into Skala. We have been staying at villas in Europe for nearly 30 years and this one is up there with the best. One small point....since this was our first visit to Kefalonia , it would have beneficial to have a brochure on site outlining places to see , restaurants to visit , local amenities etc. Overall , I would thoroughly recommend this villa.

A beautiful villa. We stayed with another couple and had an amazing time. Not much to say other than it was exactly what we wanted; do not hesitate to book. Great restaurants a 5 minute walk away (had coffee / breakfast at Boho multiple times and Veramente for a nice dinner) and a nice bakery a 5 minute drive (Φούρνος Ο ΚΑΛΟΥΡΗΣ). Pool was cleaned everyday by the very responsive hosts.

A beautiful location for a serene wind down. I came to Foteini’s Villa with my husband, mother, father and 2 brothers and we had a wonderful time. The place was clean and had great facilities. We were met by George at the local gas station to direct us to the villa. The villa is beautiful! The view over looking the ocean is perfect and you get the best sunset. A car is definitely advisable as it is remote. We had recommendations from George and Foteini for things to do on the island and supermarkets. We definitely would return to this slice of heaven. Perfect House. Exactly like the description and the photos. Nektaria was always available and quickly answered all our asks. Location is great and view is amaizing. Thank you, we will come back!

If I could give 6 stars I would. Spyridon and Alex were the perfect hosts. The Villa is perfect, one could visit the island and stay in the Villa alone and never leave, the pictures don’t do it justice. I don’t think I’ll stay anywhere else when I come back here.

This place is a paradise. Quiet, comfortable, clean and the views are absolutely stunning. I didn’t want to leave and ended up extending for two more days. Ideal location to explore the Island and Themis was a very attentive host. I wish there were more stars to give!

Ein wunderschönes Haus. Alles war sehr liebevoll vorbereitet für uns als Familie . Es gab Frühstück, Kaffee, Obst, Gemüse, Käse, Marmelade. Der Pool ist einzigartig und das Herzstück des Hauses. Die Küche perfekt ausgestattet und beide Schlafräume groß genug für drei Kinder und 2 Erwachsene. Ein weiteres Highlight ist die wunderschöne Dachterrasse. Sie bietet einen unbeschreiblichen Blick auf das Meer. Wir bedanken uns herzlich für den tollen Aufenthalt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Eftichia welcomed us very affectionately with lots of hugs She left us fruit,wine and water for our 10days stay and she showed us all what we needed to know about the property The property was superb for location and walkable to restaurants and supermarkets as my wife and myself are over 80 The gardens are lovely and peaceful with a very friendly cat which both grandchildren loved ,would highly recommend booking this accommodation,hope to return soon David
