This home in Goodyear was perfect for our group that gathers each year for golf and Spring Training baseball games. It was comfortable, spacious and in close proximity to golf, baseball, and restaurants. All of the mentioned amenities were greatly appreciated: a nice pool, pickleball courts, putting green, billiards table, etc. It was a great place to relax each night after our days full of golf and baseball. We had a medical incident with one of our group, which necessitated a hospital visit. Fortunately, the hospital was literally five minutes away. This home was outstanding -- we loved it!

Our family loved this house! We had 4 adults and 2 kids, and everyone had a blast. There was plenty to do to keep us all entertained. The house was beautiful and well kept. It was plenty big for all of us. It’s in a great neighborhood. The host was also great to work with!

Polo has a beautiful home, it worked perfect for our family and friends! The house was spotless in every way. Polo was very quick to reply to each of our questions and requests. We will absolutely consider staying here again. Thank you so much!

It was a great house to stay. It fit our needs and the backyard was the gathering place. We are even talking about returning next year.

The house was very comfortable and clean. Anna was very responsive when I would message her. When I got locked out of the house a very nice, young man came to help. She suggested restaurants to try. We were understood that there were six bedrooms only to find out that the sixth was the living room couch. The pool cover was very dirty. Could use some more bowls, pans were rusty.

The host was amazing with communication throughout our entire stay - they're super nice and easy to talk to. Everything was as pictured (I didn't realize there are TWO kitchens - one on each floor) which turned out to be a nice surprise. The property is well cared for and attention to detail/design is apparent througout. The two floors would be great for a family or 2 --- the kids could stay downstairs and have their own little "den" and area to hang out. Rare for an Airbnb (at least my experience), you can actually park in the garage(s) which was nice with the snow storm that came though. Overall a great property and would highly recommend booking. Very close to Fry's and downtown, some mountain views and quiet neighborhood.

She was flexible with putting our groceries in fridge prior to check-in. Super appreciated that. Super responsive.

Large four bedroom house near hiking and biking trails. Well maintained - everything works. Heater keeps a constant temperature - very comfortable day and night. New refrigerator keeps food fresh. Beautiful views of the mountains.

We enjoyed everything about this place. We looked outside at one point and were watching deer in the yard. We are looking forward to going again!

Great stay, really enjoyed a central location for spring training games, hiking, going to downtown phoenix and so much more. Would love to stay again!

Cute place to stay in Munds park! Lots of room and space. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean! We even saw a squadron of javelinas in the neighbors yard!

We took the family out to Arizona to enjoy 10 days of the desert sun. Sarah was great to deal with in the property was what was represented.

Beautiful scenery surrounding the house. Easy drive to the Grand Canyon. It snowed during our stay. We are not used to snow at all and the property manager made us feel at ease with being able to navigate a safe check out process. Would love to stay in warmer conditions and utilize the backyard amenities. The house is spacious. Party of 6 and we all had our own space.

This place was perfect for our family. The pool and hot tub were the highlights. We were very impressed by the snack bar and items already stocked in the pantry. This helped a ton with our little kids! Kay was always responsive to our questions and made sure our stay was great. I recommend this place to anyone.

Heidi's home was perfect for our family to enjoy time together. We had a wonderful time and the backyard is very relaxing.

This is a beautiful house with a wonderful layout. I have been renting homes for about 20+ years and this was by far the most gorgeous. Great pool and backyard although the leaves from the trees were annoying as they were always in the pool. We spent a lot of time outdoors enjoying the space. We will rent it again if back in the AZ area.

Absolutely loved our stay here! Our family of seven was in town for spring break and this was our home base. We made several meals in the house and spent a good amount of time swimming and enjoying the hot tub. Location was great and the home was spotless and wonderful. Would absolutely stay here again!

Amazing stay that fit our party of 8 adults very well. All of the bedrooms were immaculate as well as the rest of the house. Mark is a very caring and responsive host. We were unfortunately unable to use the hot tub pool, but Mark ensured that we were compensated. Overall, an excellent choice to stay if you have a single big family, or you are out with a few couples! Highly recommend!

This place was perfect for our family and friends. The house was clean and accommodating. The hosts were very responsive and friendly.

The house was absolutely beautiful and exactly as described in the listing. We traveled to the area for a golf trip with our 17 year old son and 20 year old nephew. We played a lot of area courses that were within 15-30 minutes of the house. The surrounding landscape was gorgeous and we loved having coffee on the back patio by the pool while utilizing the putting green. Would highly recommend this wonderful home and will definitely book again if we have plans to return to the area.
