We had a fantastic weekend - the house was perfect and had everything we needed for our large family. The host was always so friendly and quick to respond to questions. We would definitely stay there again.

Our family travels extensively throughout the year, and have visited the Hot Springs area multiple times. This was our first time staying at this rental or in the Lake Ouachita area. This rental is secluded on a hill overlooking the water. Even though there are neighbors, it feels very private. The porches were are favorite place to drink coffee, grill, or just enjoy the scenery. We spent many a night in the hot tub, and our three daughters loved the downstairs game room and living space. The beds were so comfortable, and the bathrooms were spacious. The entire home is a great size for a family, or even multiple families. The rental was well appointed with everything we needed for our visit. Also, even though you are secluded you are less than 20 minutes from all the Hot Spring attractions, and less than 15 minutes from Wal-Mart in case you need anything. It is a beautiful home, and Eric was gracious host who tended to our every need. We will definitely be back next year.

Amber is a quick to communicate and to correct any issues that may arise. The house is down a long gravel private road (not part of the houses’ property) and near a stream. Makes it nice and peaceful. There are quite a few stairs to get up to the house so it may be harder for older individuals but the house is made for entertaining and was great for our family reunion. The kitchen is great for a large group with the double sink, oven and two coffee makers. There were also two laundry rooms. The house is made up of 3 levels, the 2nd level having the 4 bedrooms with the media room in the center which was nice. The game room had enough options to keep everyone entertained but the garage door is kept locked so it’s can’t be rolled up for an indoor/outdoor experience. Make sure to bring your own restroom amenities. Overall our family loved the house and it met every aspect we were looking for!

we would highly recommend this place. the home was clean and the people we spoke while out walking was very nice and it was a nice and quiet location. Car port was a bonus to load and unload things when it was raining. Mark was a great host as he was busy with his Coaching he still took the time to take my call and answer the questions we had. we will diffidently be back when we are in the area again. It was close to so many good places to eat but far enough away to be peaceful. Lots of Games to play with family, Nice deck out back to enjoy and watch the squirrels chase each other

Absolutely fabulous location close to a WalMart, Walgreens, gas station, breakfast place and our event. Did not use kitchen, but did use garage space. Three great bedrooms and two large bathrooms. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an excellent time at Misty’s place. Her house was beautiful with amazing attention to details. All nooks and corners reflected beauty and her attention to detail. A cosy house with a beautiful patio overlooking the forest. There was access to lake at a very short distance. She had even placed Dog food bowls. Loved everything about this place. Amazing hosts who were courteous enough to let us extend our checkout. Misty proactively gave us recommendation for St Patrick’s Day parade and we are so glad to have experienced it.

All was as described, and was neat and clean. Nice size living room to gather in the evening. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of dishes and cooking tools. Great for the 4 of us!

This is an older home but so charming and is right on lake Hamilton. We enjoyed fishing and kayaking, there were two kayaks there we used, they also had an inflatable kayak but didn’t require it. We had a family trip, 6 of us, all adults. Sleeping accommodations worked out well. Two clean bathrooms with great towels! Great living room space and table for eating or card games :) there were also board games provided for us to use. The kitchen was perfect for cooking breakfast before we headed out for adventures in town. Kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. Also had a grill outside but we didn’t use. We walked to a very close park with trails nearby. Walmart close drive if you forgot anything. Doyet was a delightful host, so kind and knowledgeable about the area. He lives right next door and is very responsive to any needs. He also left us some arrival goodies and flowers! I would love to stay here again!
