Very glad we stayed here! Comfortable accommodations for our group (3 adults) and great location with easy access to the free street car. Communicative hosts. It is a bit confusing getting access when you first arrive but everyone was super helpful-including the front desk/security staff, and after that initial arrival it’s all perfection. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay here again on our next KC visit. It’s so appreciated when hosts include the little extras like coffee and basic soaps etc. Thank you!!

Francis's place looked exactly the same as the photos and was very clean and comfortable. The in-suite washer and dryer was amazing and was great to return home without tons of dirty laundry. The apartment was walking distance to lots of great restaurants and the KC Convention Center. We look forward to staying again in the future!

Nice stay, would definitely consider staying again in the future

Nicely decorated apartment right in the center of town. On the ground floor however there are a few steps up to the door. The kitchen was very pretty and we appreciated having two bathrooms and two bedrooms for a party of three. The owners were easy to contact and quickly responded to our questions before our stay.

This was a great place to stay while working in Del Norte. They were very accomodating regarding my work schedule. I was able to bring my dog with me which is always nice. Great places to hike nearby. Less than an hour drive to Wolf creek ski resort. spacious room with all the amenities I needed. Easy to get in an out and could jsut walk downstairs for great food.

Loved the location. Very clean. Always prefer the air bnbs to the hotels in town.

I’ve stayed at other properties owned by Adie and it’s always been 5 stars! I loved the bungalow so much! The place was so clean, comfortable and definitely within walking distance to some great dining and entertainment spots. Thanks for being such a gracious host.

Super clean and decorated for Easter! Good location, we will be marking this as a favorite for when we need to come down and see family.

Some friends and I drove in from out of town to hang out with friends and play some tabletop games. Everything as accurate from the photos. Very good water pressure in the showers/sinks. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for everyone to hang out in the living room. Note that if you are a light sleeper, there is a very active train line nearby that you may hear at any hour, so bring earplugs or such.

My husband and I wanted a quiet getaway for the New Year. This little apartment was perfect!

Lovely comfy bungalow. Chose it because it was close to family we were visiting in Blanchard. Super clean. Had everything we needed. Loved that we could walk to Main Street and enjoy breakfast at Crispy’s Trading Co.

Condo is very nice with a good location. We walked to La Choza, our favorite restaurant.

The location was perfect. Just a short walk to the bus and ski lifts both. The home was comfortable and had everything we needed. Would recommend for sure!

We were very pleased with this condo. Well renovated and spacious for our growing family of five. We were visiting family in the area and didn’t get to spend much time hanging out, but it was a hassle-free, pleasant experience.

Location, location, location! Depending on how fast you can walk, it’s only 1-3 minutes to the ski lift, and super close to the resort, restaurants and grocery store. We will stay at any of this host’s places- she was very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The location was fantastic – so convenient for everything we wanted to do. The property itself was super wonderful in every way. It felt brand new and sparkling clean, but what really impressed us was how kid-friendly it was. We made great use of the large dining table for family game nights, and the deck was a real highlight. It was so nice to relax out there, even with our toddler running around safely. Speaking of the little one, he absolutely adored the big bean bag chairs! We had a truly wonderful and comfortable stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone, especially families with young children.

This was my 4th or 5th stay at this nice condo. I'm convinced it has the best view of any Airbnb at the Lake. Steve is a great host. I arrived soon after a pretty big snowfall, and Pelican Bay had the complex plowed and shoveled really well.

The condo was a perfect fit for our spring break. It had everything we needed and more. It was stocked with everything in the bathrooms and kitchen. Our stay was quiet and peaceful the entire time. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the living room was nice and spacious. Will did a great job at explaining the rules and expectations and communicating with us during the trip. We will definitely be back on our next trip up!

Great place to stay, the place was spotless. The host Cody was helpful, courteous, and accommodating. The location was perfect for us and the price is right for what you’re getting. 10/10 would recommend staying here.
