This is my 3rd stay at Brandon’s place. It’s so clean and cozy. I like the peaceful surroundings, yet a quick drive to everything!

Beautiful vista looking out at the lake. It was the perfect location for a family holiday gathering. More than enough beds for the family with ample room both indoors and out to enjoy. The house is very comfortable with tons of blankets and amenities. We were able to bring a portable WiFi so no issues and service was solid. Would love to visit again in the summer to enjoy the lake even further.

Our family came to Bentonville to mountain bike and we were thrilled to find this home adjacent to the Back 40 trail system! The home itself has a spacious interior with tons of fun features like the shuffleboard table, games, climbing wall, and slide. Great for our family of five, including our kids ages 15, 11, and 8.

I have never stayed at an Airbnb before so I was a little nervous because I wasn’t familiar with how things worked and what not but Rebecca was such an amazing host. Anytime I had a question big or small she always answered it. We were driving 8 hours away with a toddler and ended up very behind on check in time but she was super understanding. This place was BEYOND my expectations. The view of the stars on the balcony at night is incredible, it’s just all around absolutely beautiful there. Please if you have the chance book this place as you will not regret it!!!!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. Getting to feed the horses and donkey each day was definitely a highlight. Enough room for all 7 of us to sleep and beds were very comfy. We have stayed before at a different house on the property and have been very pleased with both. Highly recommend

This place is absolutely beautiful! Waking up to the pond and trees all around was so relaxing! My dogs enjoyed being able to run outside. The kitchen had everything I needed to make meals. 2 thumbs up!

Everything about the stay was great! Perfect little getaway for the weekend and had all the accommodations we needed! Nice atmosphere off of the main road. I loved the little pond and the exclusivity of the house!
