Kevin and Linda were very helpful with getting into the space. It was clean and accessible. The views were the best part. I would consider staying again in warmer weather.

The space was exactly as published. Super clean!!! We appreciated the extra touches such as snacks and fresh flowers. The space was very well appointed with tissues in each room, plenty of towels, any cooking pan, spice or utensil needed, mirrors in bedrooms, reading material, games, bottled water, a guide book…the list goes on. We enjoyed sitting on the deck outside the door for morning coffee and evening wine. It was a very quiet space and beds were comfy! We hope to return soon!

Fantastic location and beautiful setting. The room was clean, amenities were as described and MORE, and the host was extremely nice and responsive throughout our stay. We had such a wonderful time with our dog and will definitely be on the lookout for this stay in the future.

This BnB had everything you would need for a wonderful stay. Games, tv's, lots of linens and most importantly, she asks that the guests do very little when leaving! It is wonderful!!

Kim has a beautiful well kept home on the lake. The clear and simple directions and instructions for arrival got my stay off to an excellent start. The quiet and private surroundings were peaceful and relaxing making for a great nights sleep.

Absolutely such a beautiful location, very peaceful and quiet! The master is very spacious and we loved the deck outside! Living room couches are perfect for movie nights!

Scott's apartment was a phenomenal stay! The view was incredible and when we showed up it was very clean and orderly. We had a wonderful time staying in the area and everything we wanted to do in the area was within driving distance. Scott was very welcoming and happy to help us find things to do/places to eat. It was a peaceful and quiet stay in the area with a lot of activities surrounding. Absolutely would stay here again!

Overall a great place. The microwave didn’t work but Christopher was so helpful and brought one to us right away. Furniture was great and beds were comfortable. The downstairs bath tub needs updating but the water pressure was awesome and hot! Plenty of room. Kitchen was well stocked but needs new pots and pans. We stayed with our 3 kids and our dogs. The views were not the greatest because it’s surrounded by houses but we still liked the house. We would drive to hot springs to do activities which took about 30 minutes. We enjoyed our stay. Really nice location and well-appointed home. Had everything we needed for our biking weekend in Bella Vista. Will definitely be looking to book again when we head down next time.

We made the most of our quick vacation! The first afternoon, we spent hours in the lake in front of the home. Our girls were so excited to be able to swim after the car ride. The home was spacious for our family. The beds were comfortable and clean. The kitchen had plenty of necessities and extras to feel like home. Hope to visit again in the future!

We spent 3 weeks at Kit’s rental with views of Lake Desoto and had a fabulous trip! The Host’s communication was thorough and prompt. We appreciated the weather / icy road updates as well as recommendations for things to do in HSV and the surrounding area. The location by the Lake was quiet and i side it felt like home right away. It was very well maintained, clean and clear of clutter. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. The deck overlooked a tall tree forested area which was great for bird watching and views of the lake. The grill and hammocks were a great touch. After 5 years of renting different places we plan to return here every year!

This house was exactly as shown in the listing—beyond beautiful and peaceful! We are so grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here for two months when we needed it. Thank you for opening your home to us!

Great and beautiful property! Amazing home and amazing views. The house is comfortable. Everything you need is there. The upstairs master bed mattress is amazing memory foam. The host wants to make sure everything is to your liking. Everything described in listing is accurate. Nice big garage to unload your luggage. Definitely will be our first choice when we come again. Had a great stay at the Huron House. Beautiful location and very peaceful. Lots of room for our party of 7, and yet allowed us to spend time together as a family too! Totally worth staying at.

Great views from the home and back deck/patio space as well as the master bedroom. Daniel's place is always spotless and well-supplied that makes our time a blessing to soak up the beauty of God's creation. Convenient to all amenities in Bella Vista and Bentonville. We look forward to coming back again!!!! You'll love your time here but like ours - always too short :-)

Eight guys out for a weekend fishing trip. We had a blast. Loved the roominess of Agata's place. It was comfortable and very function. Huge kitchen and living area. Hope to do it again!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful time at this cabin! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The bunk bed was a huge hit with the kids, and the variety of kid-friendly games kept them entertained for hours. The highlight, though, was the breathtaking view—whether we were sipping coffee on the porch in the morning or watching the sunset in the evening, the scenery was simply stunning. The location is perfect, offering both peace and quiet while still being close to great activities and attractions. To top it all off, the host was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We can’t recommend this cabin enough and can’t wait to return!

There were right of us and it was perfect! So much fun for a weekend trip. We had a little trouble getting in but Sean responded quickly and found a solution. Overall it was so much fun!

We loved the condo right on the water. We wanted to be away from the busy areas and it was perfect! Anne was very attentive and provided everything we needed.

This is a great little condo with plenty of space for two people and two dogs!

Really enjoyed this space! It's large enough that you don't feel like a family squashed into a hotel room, everyone has their space, but not so big that you feel like it's a chore to collect your belongings, pack up, and clean what needs to be done. The balcony and outside area is beautiful - great for fishing, kayaking, and rock hounding. We definitely never got bored. It also felt very safe. Thank you Anne! She was an excellent host- you can tell she cares that the people coming to stay have a good experience.
