Joana & Michael struck the perfect balance between hospitable and privacy. We loved their restaurant recommendations and delicious omelettes!!

The Victoria is well located in Bentonville—near everything downtown and a 15 minutes walk to Crystal Bridges along a beautiful wooded trail. The Queen Anne suite was huge, bed comfortable, and the bathroom very well appointed with tub, shower and a huge closet. I didn’t take advantage of the pool and hot tub but they definitely looked inviting. I also had a great breakfast in the morning. Would gladly stay at The Victoria again in the future.

amazing visit! Checking in was super easy and the room was more then advertised. very friendly and cozy. was greeted with genuine smile. it's the perfect place to stay when visiting. super close walking distance from local downtown shops and restaurants

Really nice restored old motel, , loved the fact that the furnishings were reflective of the time period of the motel. Is far enough from the busy downtown to be quiet and a quick drive to hot spots if you wanted. Super responsive and very friendly! Definitely a cost effective way to visit Hot Springs.

Great place to stay! Close to St. Bernard’s hospital, entertainment and restaurants. Very quiet and peaceful. Immaculate! Comfortable bed and furniture. We will definitely stay there again!

Stayed two nights with our grandson and small dog. This old school room was very clean and the decor took you back to simpler times. The extra large tub was so great and had very hot water, what a joy! It was so nice to be able to pull the car right up to our door. Easy unloading! Location was fantastic for exploring Hot Springs and going to the horse races. Will definitely stay again when returning to Hot Springs. Perfect pet friendly room. 👍🤠

We loved our time here! The hospitality was great, breakfast was delicious, location is PERFECT and the room/amenities were plentiful! Can’t wait to come back for another weekend getaway!

Cute and kitschy little hotel room. The bed was comfortable and the tub was lots of fun.

Tanya's place is mesmerizing, both Tanya and Kevin were nice and humble. I loved their hospitality. They have 3 or 4 Friendly dogs, a good pool, and the best part is the creek view. There are no restaurants nearby, but Kevin grilled chicken. I was so touched by it. Thank you, Tanya, Kevin, and Charlie.

We had a wonderful time. Very peaceful and relaxing. The water is beautiful there. The host were very friendly and helpful.

We had such a lovely stay here we didn’t want to leave. Everyone in this precious little town was so kind and welcoming and made us feel right at home. Our little house was so nice and cozy and perfect for some nice time away! And I highly recommend the mini golfing course mostly because I won but they have the nicest staff and it was such a fun time!

This home was amazing for our multi generational family. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, as well as open inviting areas for all of us to spend time together. The kids loved being able to walk down and jump from the cliffs, we really enjoyed having coffee with a view of the lake. It was perfect and everything we wanted from a vacation home on the lake!

This is my second stop at Ginni’s and I will definitely stay again if back in the area! She is so hospitable. I felt right at home and she was able to help with anything I needed. Journey (the family dog) was a bonus!!

A great location for walking to shops, restaurants and music venues. 3rd floor room seemed very private, with a great porch to sit and rock awhile after a busy day. Room was 'elegant antique-ish' , many nice touches to make it homey.

The place is great, and if I was in the area longer I would stay again especially to enjoy the fire pit. All the rooms were clean, lots of lighting options. Enjoyed the efficient kitchen, perfect for making a small dinner. The host was very communicative, good instructions and helpful tips to make sure there were no issues. Smooth check in and out. Good to arrive before dark to make sure the driveway was easy to navigate, and it worked out ok.

The location is excellent for its close proximity to walk around downtown. The space is nice. The bedroom and bathroom are a bit narrow but the kitchen is spacious. The only two negatives were confusion on the keypad versus the key box in the check-in instructions (which just need a quick update in the email instructions) and we encountered several spiders around the bed (typical for October in Arkansas for spiders to make their way indoors if not sprayed).
