It was comfortable and cozy. I loved the location and all the things to do in the area. The backyard was great and a nice place to relax in the afternoons.

If you visit Siloam Springs, you should stay at Leigh's place! The space is just precious and very functional and well decorated. She goes the extra mile to have what guests love such as coffee choices, creamers, snacks, juices, milk, etc. I spent last Easter here with my triplets and came in this time to see a play at John Brown. Every time I stay here, I am more convinced that this space is the perfect one to be in! Leigh is so great at communicating with guests (even checking in on me to make sure I was warm enough when a winter storm arrived). This place has been a real blessing for my daughters and me as a place to connnect while they are off at college. I cannot say enough good things. It was hard to leave to go back home : )

Unique and incredible stay! We came for the eclipse and we loved the quiet location. Walking distance to old town and shops. Would definitely stay again if we’re ever in the area. Thanks again!

The pictures don’t do this place justice. The owners have gone above and beyond to decorate this immaculately. They include the nice extras, such as upgraded linens, top brand, toilet paper, and all the extras in the kitchen that you might want. It is obvious that these people take pride in this apartment and they want their guests to be happy. I got to meet the owners who were very Pleasant and friendly and helpful. I would stay here again. It is situated directly on Central Ave. right above their storefront art gallery. When you want to go walk downtown, you just pop out the front door and you’re immediately on the sidewalk on Central with everything close at hand. If you like to walk around and explore, this is an excellent location. You can easily reach restaurants, bars, stores, and the park area, (which is beautiful.)

My family's stay in this super cool space enhanced our time in Hot Springs. You are directly in the middle of the shops, restaurants and Bathhouse row with amazing views of the Bathhouses. It was so cool reading about the history of the place and my boys (teen) loved it. We did in fact spend a couple nights playing cards at the card table and also the adults were able to hang at the club downstairs. Yes, there is noise especially when the club has live music - we embraced that as a family staying for just a few nights. If you value being in the middle of the action and local culture - this place is amazing! The host was excellent and super responsive.

This location is quiet and private, perfect for a peaceful stay. Rose was very friendly and provided clear, detailed instructions to help us find the place easily. The property is tucked away, offering a real sense of seclusion. The road leading to the entrance is quite long and can be a bit bumpy, but it’s absolutely worth it for the privacy and tranquility.

Beautiful view and surroundings. Was a great place to stay for our visit to Fayetteville. Rogers is a great town and this was the perfect place to end our day. Thank you Stephanie!

Perfectly appointed, clean, and comfortable accommodations backed by responsive hosts made this short stay in Jonesboro worry-free and fun. Being able to walk to restaurants was awesome too!

I had a lovely time staying here! It was super close to where I was working while offering me total privacy. The pond was beautiful to look at and anything I needed or wanted was just an ask away.

Absolutely a great place to stay, especially for the price! Honestly, booked for 2 of us not realizing there was a 2nd bedroom (I skimmed the description) and how big the space actually would be. Actually wish we had time to spend a few more days there. Easy access to biking trails and food if you don't want to drive anywhere. The bike rack in the hallway was really cool, recommend bringing a lock though just for that extra peace of mind (however, it felt very secure even without as it's in a locked hallway.). Very responsive host. Would love to stay again!
