Great host, very accommodating, simple check out. Great location. No complaints at all, would stay again 10/10

Spacious, clean and comfy apartment in a quiet residential area with easy access to public transportation (bus, Capital Bikeshare). Exactly as shown in the pictures. Comes with a parking spot and washer/dryer. Willie allowed us to leave our luggage in the apartment after check-out to pick it up later on our way to the airport. We’ll definitely rent again at a future visit in D.C.

We had a wonderful stay at Willie’s Place in Arlington! The property was very clean and comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax during our visit. While the kitchen could have benefited from a few extra utensils, it didn’t take away from our overall experience. The only minor issue we encountered was the shower knob, which was a bit tricky to turn on, but we quickly figured it out. Willie was excellent at communicating throughout our stay, ensuring everything went smoothly. We’re already looking forward to our next visit and will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

It was a good stay. We drove from North Carolina and really wanted to stay somewhere with easy access and parking! There was rarely any other cars parked in the lot while there during our stay. Uber was able to locate us very easily! The only issue we had was there was construction right outside the bedroom windows so we were woken by that early in the morning. We weren’t there for long, as we were out during the day so that did not bother us much.

Loved this place, centrally located from everywhere we had planned. We definitely will stay here again. The first floor lay out was perfect for my extended family of 6. The bathroom set up was perfect for my group. Damon was extremely responsive about towel locations. Matter of fact he drove over to check on us.

This comfortable one bedroom apartment had everything I needed for a 2 1/2 weeks stay. I was very comfortable, and Willie responded to all of my questions very quickly. I look forward to returning. I loved how close this was to get to DC, less than 10 minutes from theKennedy Center, but with a more suburban feel. Everything was easy to get to.

Our stay at Willie’s place was excellent!Space was clean and cozy, and you couldn’t ask for a better location in Arlington. Willie was friendly and clear in all his communication. We will certainly look to stay at Willie’s next time we are in Arlington. Highly recommend!

This place felt like home! It was spacious, lit up with sunshine and very peaceful vibes! We were very close to restaurants and museums that we wanted to visit. And we were able to park without any issues! It was very quiet which is what we loved and it truly really felt like home away from home. We were also able to book and stay the same day all within reasonable price! We would definitely stay again! What a Perfect stay!

We continue to return to Allen’s whenever we come to DC. It is a comfortable, peaceful unit with a parking arrangement that offers a secure place to store our bikes.

Great location, quiet neighborhood close to everything. Parking is a bit of a pain but that’s to be expected in a big city. Great apartment, couch is really uncomfortable and the hot plate on the coffee pot didn’t work, neither was a big deal but owner may want to know. I’d absolutely stay here again when in D.C.

The location could not have been better! The place had everything one would need. Mark was very responsive and handled any questions. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay for our family of six. Worked perfect

Christopher's place was perfect for our weekend girls trip to DC. It was just outside of the city, which meant less traffic and noise. The neighborhood felt very safe and parking was easy to find at all times. The unit itself is cozy - kitchen was very clean and beds were comfy. Board games and local food recommendations were also provided and were much appreciated! Overall, we had a great time!

Corinas place is exactly as advertised if not a little better. The place was perfectly clean and ready for us when we arrived, and check in was very easy and she worked with us to make it as easy as possible. Leading up to the stay, I had a few questions/requests that she answered and took care of very fast and was easy to communicate with. The little book about the place and surrounding areas was perfect, and I would surely book this place again if I stay in the area. I would recommend it to anybody, and already have actually!

Perfect Airbnb for our family of four during our Spring Break visit to DC. Loved how close it was to the metro and so many great restaurants within walking distance! Super nice neighbors. Christopher was kind to print a parking pass for us so we could park on the street without getting ticketed. Only suggest would be to make sure it's clear that you have to walk up two flights of stairs w/o an elevator in case someone isn't able to do it with their luggage.

Great place, super close to Gaylord where our conference was held. Lots of places to shop and eat within walking distance!

This was an amazing stay, the space is exactly like the photos, & in a safe community. Janee was very responsive & super nice! Would definitely stay here again!!

It was a great place to stay for a conference at the Gaylord. Very quick walk, maybe 4 minutes from the convention center. I also was upgraded to a 3 bedroom suite with a balcony. Very cool and spacious.

Very nice place to stay near Gaylord convention center. Super clean condo. All the essentials are there. Lots to do at the resort as well as nearby walking distance. Having a baby in the group we did quite a bit of laundry. A laundry room was on our floor with two washers and four dryers and free of charge. We barely passed anyone on the seventh floor. We would def stay here again.
