it is probably smart to call the Club Wyndham to understand the unit that you are assigned. I booked a 1bdrm and was assigned a 2bdrm (which was actually two apartments, each with 1 bdrm, kitchen, bath and living room). I never used one of the units and would have shared with a friend if I understood the layout ahead of time. great location walking distance to the blue/yellow Metro line, only a couple of stops from National Airport.

Comfortable stay! Great location in Bethesda, close enough to downtown, the metro, DC attractions and more. Kind and accommodating hosts! We look forward to staying again

Es perfecto para grupos viajeros que quieren disfrutar de D.C. es fácil moverse en Uber y muy económico, en mi recomendación debes llevar tu par de chanclas… tienes que entrar descalzo y al llegar a tu habitación llegarás con los calcetines sucios (se supone que limpian siempre) los días que estuve me estresaba mucho ensuciar mis calcetines camino a la habitación con los zapatos en la mano… pero fuera de ese detalle todo perfecto.

This is our second stay with Monica and we returned because the place is beautiful and the hospitality great. Monica is super responsive and easy to work with. We had to make adjustments in our travel dates and Monica was flexible, prompt and accommodating in her responses. She also checks in during our stay and responds quickly to any concerns. Finally, this beautiful, quiet place helps to balance and restore your energy after dealing with the hectic pace of the D.C. area. Five stars in all areas.

I was in town for a month for less than pleasant reasons, but having this space to come home to and relax every night was a blessing. The host was very communicative and made checking in a breeze. Very comfy bed!

Marguerites place was great, as advertised. House was clean, plenty of linens and blankets. Beds were comfortable. Having parking was a major plus. Only thing is I wish we would’ve been closer to the Metro. It was a 12ish minute walk to Union Station. With kids, this made mornings a bit hard.

I can't say enough great things about my stay. The interior space is very clean and spacious and the exterior surroundings are so peaceful, quiet, and beautiful, surrounded by nature . The fenced in yard was a treat for my dog who safely enjoyed roaming freely through its landscape as I watched him from the screen porch. Martha and John are great communicators, who made our check in seamless and they catered to us with extra treats like a dog bowl for my dog, delicious red wine, and snacks. There is kitchenette area with a small fridge, Kurig, microwave and some essentials. Similar to what you might find in a hotel room. It was enough for what we needed. There are some great international cuisine Restaurants nearby. My favorite was Mimi's Kabobs & Pizza. The neighborhood has many beautiful horse farms and the area feels safe and friendly. I was visiting for a seminar and it was exactly what I was looking for: dog friendly, private, clean, and safe. I definitely plan to stay again.

This getaway gem was quirky in all the right ways, from the book lined walls, to the VHS tapes and cassettes, to the nutrition art in the bathroom and everything in between. It was a unique find that we loved. It was close enough to anything fun we wanted to do while also being far enough away that any night life didn’t disrupt our quiet. This is an all around 10/10 experience with a cozy and comfortable place to stay as well as a friendly and helpful host. Next time we come through this area, we’d love to stay here again.

I was in Jen's place for a month while working in the nearby Folger Shakespeare Library and had a fabulous stay. The location is absolutely amazing with very high walkability and easy connections to a host of things nearby: the Mall, Union Market, Eastern Market, H street cafes and restaurants. The space has been very thoughtfully arranged and well appointed. Jen was a communicative and positive host throughout. Would highly recommend.

Clean, comfortable, safe and walkable area. The hosts were very helpful with explaining and answering any questions I had and in a very quick fashion. The apartment had everything I needed for a month stay and that made it easy to settle in. In a wonderfully quiet and family-oriented location what was still walkable to many locations without being centered in the city.

It was the perfect place for our long weekend in DC - close enough that we could walk to everything [or a short metro away], but still got some peace and quiet after the long days back at the air bnb!

This was an experience that we will be remembering for a long time. Walking into the house, we were just taken away by how beautiful and welcoming the house was. It was very spacious and lovely all around and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We loved our stay! So homey! Alice was very quick to respond to any questions or concerns! Very friendly and accommodating!

Chris’ place was very nice. Clean, bright (lots of windows) and had all the needed amenities. Comfortable bed and good heating throughout. Street parking was always available. Location was convenient for me, given family close by. Unfortunately, the hot water system was broken during the first part of my stay….after some back and forth with Chris, he had the tankless hot water system replaced. It worked fine after that, but that fix was almost 1.5 weeks into my stay. I was a little disappointed that he did not offer a discount or some other compensation for my inconvenience (he did offer the opportunity to shower in a different space in the basement of his home in front of the Airbnb).

This is one of the top AirBnB places we have stayed at. It's in a great location, very clean and well set up for visitors. We stayed here while attending graduation at American University and it was very conveniently located for the event. Jill's place has everything you need from a well appointed kitchen to washer and dryer. It was the perfect space for three people to stay. We would definitely and happily stay here again!

This was our second stay at Romina’s. This lovely spot looks like the photos and is just as described. As a bonus, it is very convenient to family members. Romina is friendly and quick to respond. We look forward to our next stay here.

I enjoyed my stay at the beautiful carriage house in the Shaw neighborhood. It was a perfect spot to work from during the day — Wi-Fi was strong and there’s a cute little office nook. And it’s close to transit for exploring DC!Chris was a welcoming and friendly host, very responsive. A few things to note: the kitchen includes a dishwasher, stove, fridge, and microwave. However it’s not outfitted for cooking full meals. There’s also construction happening directly outside — in my experience, from the hours of ~8am-5pm, inclusive of Saturday. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Zan’s property was amazing for our short trip to DC during my daughter’s spring break. The space was cozy and felt just like home, making our stay extra comfortable. Zan was incredibly attentive, understanding, and quick to respond to any questions we had. We truly appreciated the thoughtful touches and welcoming atmosphere. Whenever we come back to DC, we’ll definitely be booking with Zan again!

We recently booked Namastays’ place when a family member became very ill and was in the hospital. The hosts were super accommodating of our needs around seeing to the care of our hospitalized family member and their place offered a comfortable and relaxing retreat after long days spent at the hospital. It was such a blessing to have someplace like Namastays’ for us to work from. It allowed us the space to focus on what we needed to do for our family without having to worry. Super grateful the experience we had here, highly recommend these hosts and their place.

A great place to stay. It's right near the yellow line. The host puppies loved poking their heads through the fence for some head rubs. The dogs never barked once.
