Jennifer’s place was in a super convenient location to get to: from the Crystal City Metro Station (1-2 block walk) take the blue line (no transfers) to basically anything in DC if you’re there to see the historical sites. Very easy & inexpensive! The apartment is super spacious, perfect to eat small meals, sleep, shower, crash in comfortable beds. Living area hard to hang out in - small furniture but the balcony is huge, corner unit with awesome view! Pay attention to the A/C and Heating details but floor fans are provided. Could not find the air fryer, Bags can’t be held at the front concierge desk after check out, you would think there round be something like this based on how the entrance & check-in/out is presented. Great location right on top of the metro, walkable to so many great restaurants and cafes. The building has top-notch amenities (one of the nicest apartment gyms I’ve ever been to) and the unit itself is clean and well-stocked. Highly recommend!

Great space and friendly hosting! It’s within walking distance to the heart of Georgetown. Parking was convenient—we used the SpotHero app to book a day pass, which allowed in-and-out access. Had a wonderful time on this trip!

Marvin’s place was super cute, clean, and nice! It is in the perfect location walkable to everything, and he was super responsive and helpful on any question we asked! It’s also well stocked of anything little thing you might need for a stay. Would definitely book again when back in town!

Can't recommend staying at David's place enough! The place is beautiful and David is very responsive & overall a great host!

Robert is the friendliest host I've had the pleasure to have, I felt right at home. The are felt very safe, I was comfortable going for my runs every morning, and Robert was kind enough to let me take his dog Rubi on a run with me. If I ever come back to the DMV area, this is the only place I'll stay.

La anfitriona es muy amable y atenta. Tuve varias dudas sobre el lugar y el hospedaje, y respondió a todas ellas. Hubo un pequeño inconveniente para poder acceder al departamento y al wifi a la llegada, debido a que no tenía un número de EEUU la comunicación fue compleja en ese momento, pero se superó de manera óptima y rápida. Por otro lado, al no ser de la zona, no tenía noción de que espacios como la piscina no están disponibles en estas fechas, me habría gustado eso se indicara en el anuncio. Pero, en general, la estadía fue agradable, cómoda y me sentí respaldada por la anfitriona en mi primera visita a la ciudad.

Margaret‘s place was the prefect stay for a conference that we visited in D.C. She made it very easy for us to checkin and even provided an umbrella when it rained one day.

Very comfortable home with lots of privacy and a nice living room area. The hosts are very accomodating and willing to help with any questions or needs you may have.

Aleksandar’s place was spacious, comfortable, and really clean. The location was really convenient to all the places we needed to go, the neighborhood was quiet and pretty, and it was great to have a large kitchen and a washer/dryer. Lots of great restaurants is a short drive away. We’d definitely stay again!

This place was cool, great area, easy access to the Metro station. Quick in and out of DC. Parking was readily available. The communication was great! Check in and check out was easy. The house was as listed. The wood floors creek with tradition, but did not cause any issue on our stay. We had 7 people stay very comfortably, and could have had several more with the amount of space. The house has everything you need to be turnkey and walk right in. I enjoyed the Social House (2 minute walk) up the street, as well as several other locations for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Beds were comfortable, neighbors were nice and waved. Each morning I would sit with my coffee in the sunroom and each night I would sit on the front porch and watch people come home. A great trip! When we come back to DC, this will be the first place that we look to stay!

Very beautiful and comfortable place. We enjoyed everything there: nice layout, convenient backyard for my pouch, peaceful place for light sleepers and more. Also so helpful with my husband’s charging problem with his ev car. Can’t wait to stay there again.

Spotless clean! Amazing private parking spot! Check in instructions are super clear. Great fridge, and washer dryer in unit! Also the neighborhood is safe and quiet. Would certainly recommend this place to any couple who is coming to DC!

my family and I had an amazing time at Julia's place. She is an amazing host and the house was well furnished and we really enjoyed our 11 day stay there. look forward to coming back again.

Clare was amazing to work with for a last minute booking. The place is just as described. So much room. All the little extra amenities made our visit pleasant. Lots of extras in the house. We love all the plants and books. Great location. Great stay. Recommending to others.

We took my parents on their first to DC. It was also their first time staying at an Air B&B. The 3 floor (including rooftop patio) penthouse was beautiful and the view was amazing! You can see the Capitol and the Washington Monument from the picture windows and the view is even more spectacular from the rooftop. Rayna was very helpful and communicative, giving us tips on good places to see the Cherry Blossoms and find nice restaurants. NoMa Gallumet Metro station was within walking (or bus) distance for us, but not for my parents (in their 80s), but it was within easy Uber distance. Parking around the back of the building was easy and off street. I loved the modern layout of the penthouse. It is a 3 story walk up. Then, once inside, the bedroom suite, kitchen, dining area, and living room are on the main floor with another bedroom suite (glam bathroom) on the lower floor. We felt very comfortable and at home during our stay and would definitely seek to stay here again.

Very cozy unit in the heart of DC, easy to access public transportation. Space was clean and had everything we needed, if we couldn’t find something the host was very responsive and kind. Only thing was we could hear what was going on upstairs clearly but understanding that it’s a basement unit so somewhat unavoidable! Still a great value for the location and place they offer and we had a great stay. Would recommend to anyone and we would come back as well!

I cannot recommend Ian's apartment too highly! The apartment is beautiful and was spotless. The kitchen is very well stocked with eveything you need. The location is terrific. There is a view of the Capitol Dome from the living room. There are many excellent restaurants near by and it is very easy to get down to the museums. Ian is a very responsive host and sent clear instructions for check-in.

We had a wonderful stay. The place is very clean and comfortable. Sean and Megan were great hosts and were very responsive to all our questions and needs. Will definitely use again and highly recommend!

Ok. I want to give a fair and honest review of the place. First it was my first time using airbnb app, and I’m very glad I did. My airbnb in Washington was everything that was described. It was so much better than being in a hotel, (which I do a lot for business trips). The place was super clean, and beautiful. I loved the brick walls and the space was great for business travelers. There was snacks when I walked in the kitchen and a bottle of wine in the fridge, which I didn’t drink, I’m not a red wine guy, but I appreciate it being there. It was very convenient it has a washer and dryer which I did use, and knowing I didn’t have laundry to do when I got home was glorious. The metro is a few blocks away (5-10 min walk) Only 1 thing I would suggest. Get a new mattress. It is a little stiff for me but wasn’t uncomfortable. And 2 parking is not the best(you get a parking pass) but some neighbors take up two spots with crap parking not any fault of the owner of the property. 5 ⭐️

Christopher is a great host. He responded immediately to my messages. His place was perfect for our needs. The kitchen was fully equipped and the beds were the most comfortable of any AirBnB I've stayed in. We will return when we visit Washington D.C. again.
