This is a great place to stay. Easy access and close to everything in the area. Very walkable and great selection of restaurants nearby. Parking is secure and reasonable for the area, although keep in mind you have to pay for flat-rate full price days including check in/out days when you’re only there part of the day. The unit was clean and as described, and the building is quiet and well insulated from sound, good for sleeping. Arsham was one of the quickest responding hosts I’ve had and facilitated an enjoyable experience.

This is a beautiful place on a canal i didn’t even know existed in DC. Even with the canal empty of water, which does reduce the charm a bit, it’s still very charming and the location is fantastic. Right in the middle of Georgetown, but manages to be quite quiet. 2 blocks from the river and about a 25 minute walk from the Lincoln Memorial end of the mall. Closest metro stop is foggy bottom, about a 15 minute walk. Uber never took more than 3-5 minutes to arrive. We used all of these ways of getting around. We are a family of four, two adults and two kids aged 8 and 12. The two bedrooms upstairs both have their own bathrooms. We didn’t use the outdoor area at all since it’s in the alley behind the property, but it’s nicely set up. Kitchen had ask the basics for us to have most of our meals at home, but the sushi restaurant next door (!) and Il Canale, an Italian restaurant about 100 feet from our door around the corner, both gave us great meals too.

Kevin was an excellent host, he was responsive and orovided great feedback on all questions we had. We had a large group and the home accomodated us all comfortably.

Great location in Mt Pleasant and one of the cutest Airbnbs that I’ve stayed in. The space was well decorated, very clean, and a comfortable home base for a long weekend in DC. Having an easy dedicated parking space was a huge bonus and it was great not needing to deal with street parking. Would absolutely stay here again!

Had a nice stay at Millian’s place. He was responsive and accommodating. The place was perfect for our needs. A quiet location near shops and restaurants.

This home was exactly what we needed. We were there for a funeral at Arlington National. We were able to also get downtown to sight see with ease. It is very close to the airport.

Stayed here for a month with my husband and dog and we were very comfortable! Spacious, nicely decorated and well-equipped. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants and a good coffee shop. Very quiet neighborhood. Pizza place on the corner is great! Tara is very communicative, answering any questions we had very quickly. Thank you for a great stay!!
