All things considered this is a really good value. Nice place to stay. Very safe area in a very unsafe city. Definitely would recommend if safety is a concern.

We've been fortunate to stay here a few times and it is my favorite place to stay for what we need. It's a large apartment with a great kitchen ! We sure appreciate the space and the host are so kind.

We were very impressed with Maria’s place and felt extremely accommodated. Super clean. Parking privacy. Awesome location. The decor was tasteful. Beautiful place to stay and would definitely book again AND recommend to others. What a treat.

Lovely apartment in a big old house, high ceilings and lovely light. Walkable to Beale Street

We live about 2 hours away and regularly visit downtown Memphis due to work and family nearby. Andrew had great communication with clear instructions. The space is cute, functional, and clean. We loved the big windows and super high ceilings. The bed was comfortable and the air was cold, slept great. Andrew didn’t have a list of expected clean up duties, nor were we charged any cleaning fees. We weren’t asked to do anything except remember to leave the parking equipment and turn the air off. The building and parking felt safe, quiet, and walking distance of everything we love to go do.

Safe spot, accommodating for guests. Would definitely come back.

This place was everything like the picture! It was in a great location wasn’t far away from many places. The house itself was very cozy, clean & welcoming! I will definitely recommend this stay, and the host/cohost responded to any of my questions or concerns! I will 100% recommend this place for a nice get away! I will be booking again!

Last minute booking in Tim’s Overton Square rental unit with self check-in was a breeze especially after a late flight. This quaint, reasonably priced gated unit is roomy enough for 2 occupants, had all of the amenities as listed on the website, & is centrally located near buses/restaurants in a safe neighborhood. Tim was an extremely accommodating, pleasant, & responsive Host. One morning between 2-4AM, Tim attempted to assist me with troubleshooting a WiFi issue, but it turned out to be a router malfunction so he provided favorable options to make the remainder of my stay comfortable. My only complaints were that the pedestrian gate code was inoperable r/t the freezing weather conditions prior to my arrival & the firm bed d/t my back problems. However, pillows were used to soften the bed. Definitely would return to one of his Airbnb properties again when needed.

Very clean, very comfortable

I enjoy a good home away from home and this was just the peace I needed. The host was very accommodating and answered any questions I had. The home has the perfect finishes to give it a warm and inviting vibe while not being too cluttered. Quality and comfortable furniture as well; probably got the best nap of 2025 on the couch which tells a lot because I hate naps. Highly recommend and will be staying again, as well as the hosts’ other listings.

Great place to stay. Excellent neighborhood with lots to do. Ibn was very helpful with the checking in, and was always quick to respond. Would recommend for anyone.

Great location. Close to restaurants, the zoo, and a short drive to FedExForum. The house is clean, and spacious enough for a group of several adults. Check-in and check-out are both easy. The host is friendly and quick to respond to questions. I would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my time at Tim’s place. I’d definitely recommend and would likely rebook as the area is prime for entertainment and restaurants.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a REALLY nice apartment with a nice big soaking tub and beautiful furnishings. I couldn’t stay as long as I wanted to but for what I needed when it was beyond my expectations. Highly recommend.

I loved this space! I've been "doing" Air bnb for nearly a decade and this one stands out because of all the little touches that express how much Annie wanted to create a unique and welcoming experience for her guests. Many hosts don't do much for decor or amenities. This place has character and history; great art, everything one would need to cook, little treats and more!

Ben’s cottage is a nice and comfy safe place to stay.

Alex's instructions made it very easy to access the apartment and was a great space for our visit.
