I had a great stay at Terry's place. It's private, spacious, and in a great location in Arlington Heights.

I would recommend this place it was so beautiful and peaceful and friendly I would love to come back again it was clean and comfy beds and baby friendly and a beautiful view and the guests house was so beautiful I give it 5 stars wish I could put more stars 🌟

My husband and I were in Dallas for a few days and did activities all around the area. Denise’s place was centrally located in a quiet neighborhood that felt very safe. We walked to a nearby park and walked on a trail and also walked to breakfast at a wonderful cafe. It was so easy to get around. Denise greeted us upon arrival to make sure we had what we needed and made us feel welcomed. She also provided some really nice snacks and beverages and lots of thoughtful touches so we had everything we needed. Lastly, I need to mention just how comfortable the place felt! I could really relax there and even took a few naps! The place was just the perfect size for us! Thanks Denise for being the perfect host!

Lisa's place was perfect! Safe, cozy, quiet, and clean. I had every thing that I needed, even oatmeal and yogurt for breakfast. The neighborhood is very safe for walking and I even had the opportunity to stroll with the dogs. Lisa is an excellent communicator and checked in often to make sure I was happy and had everything I needed. She is a wonderful host and I will be back!

Annette's place was exactly what we needed -- a private apartment suite built onto the garage, with a shared backyard for our grand-doggie. Annette and her Dad were extremely helpful and responsive. We had originally booked for 2 weeks, but when it turned out we needed to stay in town for a few more days she was very accommodating. Everything was spotless and roomy, and everything we needed was provided, including the spacious bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and living room, and also a huge closet area with washer and dryer. Also, the parking spot in the garage was very much appreciated, especially on a few stormy nights. Thanks, Annette, for a wonderful experience!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this great Airbnb. It was an incredibly comfortable experience. I felt welcomed and at home. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from White Rock Lake. The host was friendly and attentive, providing all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I truly appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the space, which made it feel warm and inviting.

I’ve stayed at many airbnbs and this one was at the top of the pack! Patrick and Lisa were so hospitable. Always checking if we needed anything… such amazing hosts. It felt like this is the way Airbnb is supposed to be. The guesthouse was so homey with nice finishes. The neighborhood is walkable to the Fort Worth Zoo and trail systems down to shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Kane, Melanie and family , made my family and I feel right at home. They were very accommodating to all our needs, always had smiles asked us if we need anything. From the day we came to Texas till our last night our communication was great!! My family loved the pool , billiard table with all the other amenities that was listed. They are the perfect host if you are visiting Texas. I would give them 💯 stars in southern hospitality !! Thank you for a great stay to remember…

Me and my fiancé had a great time staying here. It was super easy to find and to get into. The location and house looked exactly like the photos. It was also pretty close to everything we had planned our trip. Overall it was a 10/10. We’re thinking of trying another one of her homes later this year!

My husband and I stayed here for a getaway trip to explore different museums and things in Dallas. We wanted to stay somewhere that was not too far of a drive to each place we wanted to go, but also jot directly downtown. This place was the perfect distance away from everything! It was quiet, private, and a cozy place for two! It was nice having a fully functioning kitchen with nice pots and pans to cook with for breakfast. Catherine was very attentive, respectful of our privacy, and never made me feel like a burden if I had any questions about anything. She responded very fast to any message I sent her and was very kind! I would highly recommend anyone stay in this cozy guesthouse if you are wanting a quiet place to stay but not wanting to drive a long distance into Dallas. I would 100% stay here again in the future!

This place was great! So clean and very easy to find. There is lots to do around here as well. It is very private and you forget that the actual house is in front. There are lots of amenities as well like hot water, wifi, lots of towels, hair dryer etc.

You couldn't ask for a better hidden gem. Far enough off the beaten path to be quiet and peaceful. But close enough to give you access to anywhere. The Shanks are wonderful people. Going out of their way to take care of any little extra you might need.

Michael and Ginger are the kindest, warmest people. It's hard for me to get particular about anything negative because I just love them so much. There were some hiccups in getting the place together prior to my arrival - much of it was out of their control. However, Ginger and Michael did everything they could to make my 1-month stay as enjoyable as possible. The most important thing is that I felt comfortable asking for things and/or providing constructive feedback - something that isn't very common. The apartment is such a gem with its historic finishes and so much natural light. The location is almost unbeatable as it's so close to Lower Greenville and pretty much everywhere else you'd want to go in Dallas. The Munger Place neighborhood is such a joy to walk around on a daily basis. And finally, like others mentioned, I was fortunate enough to get to observe Michael's musicianship on more than one occasion- and he's super talented! I would stay at Ginger and Michael's place again.

THIS PLACE IS PURE PERFECTION! I can’t say enough good about this lil gem! Probably the BEST abnb that we have ever visited, & now the bar has been set. It’s everything that an abnb should be & thought of everything in advance, for you! Quiet, easy entrance, comfortable mattress and cozy bedding, squeaky clean, and SOOO relaxing! The shower was absolute heaven. The designer decor was an artsy spin on urban and fun. Location was absolute perfect for safety, in walking distance to several eating establishments or a short drive to other favorite suggestions. There is handy convenience cabinet stocked with just about anything you can think of from drinks, snacks or forgotten toiletry needs/items. This host welcomes doggos, so the only thing missing was our lil pooches & that was only bc they couldn’t make the trip bc we were visiting on business. I wish we had an extra night or two, so we wld have had the chance to visit & see more of Dallas. So, wait to visit the casita again soon!

The private entrance and secure parking immediately put our minds at ease. The cottage itself was immaculate and well-appointed, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The sparkling dipping pool was perfect for a refreshing afternoon swim, and the hot tub provided the ultimate relaxation after a day of exploring. We spent many evenings soaking under the stars, enjoying the peaceful ambiance. We can't recommend this cottage enough for anyone seeking a tranquil and rejuvenating getaway. Whether you're looking for a romantic retreat or a solo escape, this place is sure to exceed your expectations!

Once again a wonderful stay at Adrienne’s place. This is my third stay. The location is fabulous. Parking could be tricky, but I never had an issue. This is the perfect location if you have a student at TCU. I literally could walk to my son’s place. The bed is so comfortable. I slept in each day. It’s very private and I felt very safe. Adrian was able to be available for any issues or questions I had. The sofa is so comfortable as well and my son and I watched a bunch of movies. I highly recommend this place.

It was exactly what I needed for my visit to Dallas. Having White Rock Lake near by made for a nice walk in a beautiful neighborhood. Virginia was a thoughtfil host, leaving me me some water and treats for my arrival. The washer/dryer combo machine was so convenient, I was able to come home with all clean clothes. Thanks Virginia for making me feel welcome!
