Lodi's place is in the most amazing area of Georgetown, it is a quick walk to the university, or to Clyde's which is my son's fave watering hole! Very receptive and answered all questions/concerns immediately. The value of this place is A+++ because of the location, it's really wonderful. I will stay there again!

Erika was a responsive and friendly host for a great trip. The apartment is an absolute gem and an amazing deal! The place is very clean and well decorated, and has a beautiful view over the Potomac River where you can watch planes lift off. I was also a fan of the giraffe art. I would highly recommend anyone who needs a place in the DC area to stay here.

Lovely large apartment. Not a basement at all. More of a walk out - it has lots of natural light. Well equipped kitchen. Previous review about common space unfounded. Totally secure. You can use laundry - pretty sweet - which is shared we are biking to C&O canal and it is well located for that! Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect—right near the water and super convenient to explore all the local sights. The house was clean, comfortable, and worked perfect for our group of 7. Check-in and check-out were incredibly easy, which made the whole experience even better. Would definitely stay here again!

Can't say enough good things about this place! It is absolutely stunning and in a beautiful setting. The house was so charming, cozy, and impeccably clean. It was thoughtfully stocked with water, wine, snacks, and firewood. Karen is a wonderful host — so friendly, responsive, and helpful. Can't wait to go back!

Ground floor room was marginal as a bedroom and had no horizontal surfaces or places to put anything. Other than that, the house and host were wonderful. Considering rebooking for this event next year. Would highly recommend this house and location.

Had a wonderful stay during our recent conference in Washington. The property was extremely clean and well-maintained. The location was also a big plus, with easy access and a (relatively) short drive to Washington. Our host was responsive and welcoming, providing us with all the information we needed to make the most of our stay.

A+++ Host Great location Fun house I misunderstood and thought there were four bedrooms instead of three bedrooms with a ballroom that could be turned into a bedroom but didn’t have a door. Nevertheless, we were wonderfully comfortable and we had a fantastic host.

We had an amazing stay at this charming farmhouse w our young kids and elderly parents! The property was perfect for a relaxing getaway that we all needed. The chickens were a delight, and collecting fresh eggs was a unique experience. I cant tell you how much my kids love it. The pond added a serene touch, and the outdoor movie setup was a fantastic way to end our days. The host Hannah were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. She is so pleasant to work with and very responsive. She sent us the local recommended restaurant list and we love them all. We did a day trip to Washington DC easily from this location. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful retreat! Such an amazing airbnb stay and we will come back.

JCS Farms was a great place to stay in the greater Washington DC area. It is away from the hustle, but close enough for a drive down I66 to the National Mall and all the attractions. There was plenty of room for the six people we had. I appreciated that all the fixtures were labeled so there was no hunting around for the correct light switch or kitchen utensils. Our host was very communicative taking us through the check-in, check-out, and all the stuff in between.

We loved this home! The location can’t be beat! A 5 min walk to the heart of Georgetown. The views of the river were spectacular. We enjoyed hanging out by the fire pit, roasting marshmallows. The inside of the home was better than the pictures showed. Especially the second floor living room/bar! Straight out of of a design magazine. The beds were comfortable and had high quality linens. The bathrooms were beautiful. The balconies on each floor allowed fantastic views of the river. You can even see the monuments lit up in the distance. This home deserves to be a guest favorite! We would definitely stay here again!
