Schönes kleines Appartement, gut ausgestattet, mit Balkon mit Tisch und Loungemöbeln. Den Pool haben wir nicht genutzt, aber an wärmeren Tagen kann das sehr angenehm sein. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Keine 5 Minuten bis zum nächsten Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig erreichbar. In der Bäckerei 100 um die Ecke gibt es hervorragenden Kuchen. Kommunikation mit Charles per Mail lief sehr gut. Die Schlüssel übergeben wurden uns von dem Vater des Vermieters. Mir wurde in der Zeit in Menton mein Ebike gestohlen, sehr schnell nach Mail an Charles kam sein Vater von ihm und ist mit uns gleich mehrfach zur Polizei nach Menton gefahren und uns sehr geholfen. Beeindruckend! Wir sind extrem dankbar für diese Unterstützung

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in dieser schönen Unterkunft verbracht, für die wir 5 absolut verdiente Sterne vergeben. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an sehr wohl gefühlt, toll waren auch die vielfältigen Tipps für Unternehmungen und Restaurants. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Merci à Sabine de nous avoir accueilli dans son confortable appartement . Nous avons eu la chance d’y séjourner en 2024 et 2025 ( rires 😆 c’était le réveillon du nouvel an !) L’appartement est bien équipé, la literie est très confortable avec une jolie vue sur les montagnes et très calme. Sabine nous a donné de nombreuses indications lors de notre séjour . Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!

Appartement très bien avancé pour trois adultes et rien ne manquait . Bien situé à deux minutes de la gare dans une petite rue et très calme . L'accueil de Catherine est top , elle a bichonné son petit appart et c'est tout mignon et propret . Je recommande

Parfait ! Un grand merci à Tantely et Raymond, dont leur accueil chaleureux, les conseils, et la qualité de leur logement m’ont permis de passer un excellent séjour. L’appartement est exactement comme la description et les photos. Très bien équipé, et literie au top. Il est en outre très bien situé, à quelques mètres de la place principale. J’ai apprécié les petites attentions, comme nous pourrions trouver dans un bon hôtel : bouteille d’eau, produits de toilette de première nécessité, etc. Mais le plus remarquable est la propreté du logement, qui est tout à fait irréprochable. Je reviendrai sans hésiter !

Joseph ist ein sehr angenehmer und freundlicher Vermieter. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und die Wohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet, in der Küche hat man alles was man braucht. Die Aussicht mit Blick auf das Meer und den Hafen von auf St.Jean Cap Ferrat ist wunderschön. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

This apartment is in the best location and has a beautiful view! It was equipped with everything we needed and we felt right at home. Luciana was very communicative and helpful. Would totally love to stay here again.

The house is located in one of the best areas of Menton. The proximity to the sea and the stunning beach view were incredible. The sea and the beach were simply amazing. Everything was perfect. We arrived by car and were able to find free parking on the street nearby. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend it.

Nous avons passé un agréable week-end dans ce logement très bien situé, proche du centre-ville et du bord de mer. La résidence est calme. L’appartement est propre et correspond bien aux photos. Un gros plus pour le garage en sous-sol (nous étions en moto). Merci à nos hôtes pour leur réactivité. Nous recommandons.

This stay at Nadia’s was as nearly perfect as it could be. It’s on fourth floor and the elevator/lift was working very well. The apartment bedding is high quality and the Queen sized bed itself was comfortable and allowed for a very good night sleep. The bath, sinks, shower, and towel warming rack was fabulous. This apartment is very well supplied and stocked with every conceivable appliance, pots, pans, and utensils. There were plenty of miscellaneous oil, sugar, and other essential cooking products. For coffee making, there is an espresso machine that we did not use, however, there is a hot water pot that is extremely fast in boiling water for anything you need hot water for. The microwave worked well, if you can interpret the controls, and the washing machine worked well, again, if you can interpret the controls. We opted to use the parking pass or €10 per day and there is no parking anywhere in unless you have paid for street parking. When we visit again, we will absolutely use t

Excellent séjour À deux pas de Monaco et de la gare, proximité d’un supermarché. Le logement correspond en tout point à la description et très agréable ! Heureusement qu’il y avait les ventilateurs car il faisait très chaud. Et petit problème pour garer la voiture mais parking couvert à proximité certes payant. Mais séjour très agréable et Raul est très réactif et ses explications pour l’arrivée sont très claires et son accueil très agréable avec eau fraîche et café.

We had a great month long stay at Sylvia’s place. Great location, close to the park, beach, amenities and less than a 5 minute walk to the train station which was very convenient. The apartment was on a quiet street, secure entry and had all the comforts for a long stay. Thanks, Sylvia and hope to visit again soon!

Fantastic apartment for visiting Monaco or spending time in Beausoleil. So close to everything and the apartment is comfortable, clean and secure.

Robert and Olivier are AMAZING hosts! My husband and I rented the apartment for a month, and our communication was flawless. They were always available, quick to respond, and incredibly helpful. You really feel at home away from home. The place itself is spacious, bright, and with a lovely balcony. It has excellent internet and all the necessary amenities. The complex features a swimming pool, a nice and green park. This is a gated community, which adds to the peace and tranquillity of your stay. There’s also a parking spot and it’s pet-friendly, which was perfect for us. The city is small, but beautiful, with good restaurants, a local market, and sandy beaches. Nice is just 15 minutes by bus, and the train station nearby offers easy access to places like Cannes, Monaco, Menton and more. If you have a car, you can explore the area even better. I highly recommend this place for a stay on the French Riviera. Thank you again to Robert and Olivier for making our stay so memorable!

We had a wonderful time with our family at Christmas at Jérémie's villa. The house is beautiful, very comfortable, clean and well equipped. It is greatly located in a peaceful environment, and close to the harbor, shops and restaurants. Jérémie is a very good and friendly host. We were welcomed with champagne, wine and panettone! Jérémie responded quickly to any questions or problems we had during our stay. Thank you so much Jérémie!

Raymond and Anne foram excelentes anfitriões eu nunca fui tão bem recebida no lugar O local é muito mais bonito que nas fotos Eu cheguei e havia croissant frutas suco e tudo à minha espera além de uma taça de vinho a recepção foi realmente incrível o lugar é absolutamente de tirar o fôlego

Wonderful apartment and an excellent host. The apartment is nice, spacious, really close to the train station and Catherine even helped us to find a taxi one day to return from a dinner. She was very helpful with everything we needed. Would love to come back other times 🥰
