Tullydowey Gate Lodge

Situated beside the village of Blackwatertown on the border between counties Tyrone and Armagh. Tullydowey Gate Lodge is a Grade B1 listed property built in 1793. Restoration of the gate lodge was completed in 2019 and undertaken with the utmost regard for the history of the building with many of the existing 18th century features sympathetically maintained whilst providing the comforts of 21st century living in a traditional country cottage style turning it once again into a real eye catcher.

This 2 bedroom Cottage in Derryvale. Is set in the middle of wood lands 250 meters off main road The property has been decorated to a high standard with a home from home feel. This property sleeps 4 It comprises of 2 bed rooms adjoining, 1 bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen and living space which includes a sofa bed. It is situated in the centre of Northern Ireland between Coalisland and Dungannon and easy access to all major routes. Cots can provided upon request etc.

Flowerhill Cottage

Flowerhill Cottage is a 18th Century barn which has been sympathetically restored to an exceptional standard. In 2021 we have replaced the bathroom, installed new triple glazing and completed redecorated. The accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, an open plan kitchen/dining area, and living room with double sofa bed and a wood burning stove. The accommodation can be altered to suit the needs of any guest. Cots, high chairs etc can be provided upon request.
