It was an awesome experience in Gyumri and at Artush house. Location is good : 5-7 minutes in marshrutka ( number 20 ) and you are in the city centre. Room is comfortable and clean. House has an amazing garden. Raisa Raisa and her son are always ready to help. They are very accomodating persons, friendly and I definitely recommend future guests to stay at Artush house !

We really enjoyed staying at Lusine's cottage! Everything was a described, super clean, and cozy- we felt right at home! Lusine was incredibly friendly, proactive and responsive to any questions we had. She also helped us plan our hike for the next day! we stayed there in April and even though it was cold outside, we had a little heater that kept us plenty warm. really good food and a small supermarket are walking distance away and you can easily hike from there to gosh. would recommend!

Thé place was great, central and in the little old Town, hrant and his wife were so nice with us, and their breakfast was perfect! I definitely recommend this place!

Потрясающее место среди гор и поблизости к озеру Севан. Точно рекомендую тем, кто хочет погрузиться в культуру страны и пообщаться с местными. Сам дом окружен фруктовым садом, где можно проводить время на чистом воздухе. В доме есть все необходимое для проживания, удобные кровати, можно заказать домашний завтрак и даже трансфер до озера Севан! Для тех, кто приезжает на машине есть парковочное место, что очень удобно. Большое спасибо семье Торгома за такой теплый прием, с удовольствием приедем снова! Highly recommended!

Very clean place, a bit rustic, with interesting design ideas (loved the records!), punctual and attentive host, all amenities as described. Beautiful view from the balcony, where we had breakfast and an evening coffee. For me personally it was a bit difficult to climb the stairs, otherwise all very good.

Nous avons passé trois nuits chez Ruzan et Artak et ne pouvons que recommander leur logement. Nous avons été accueillis avec sincérité et gentillesse, une vraie rencontre! La maison correspond parfaitement à l'annonce, le petit-déjeuner est royal, notamment composé de fruits de leur jardin, conseils et petites attentions en russe, arménien, français et un peu en anglais, vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés! Merci encore pour votre accueil, nous avons hâte de revenir!

Mareta est très accueillante, d'une gentillesse infinie. Nous sommes arrivés à 22h mais Mareta nous a attendu en nous réservant une place de parking pour que nous garions la voiture en sécurité. Elle nous a préparé une petit déjeuné incroyable le matin, tout fait maison. Merci encore pour cet accueil chaleureux !

The stay at Armine's place was amazing. The room is lovely and clean. Armine and her husband Armen are incredibly kind and she makes amazing breakfast. The location is not far from the city centre. They are very helpful and were giving recommendations and informations. They speak only a little bit English, but you will feel welcomed the moment you step your foot in this lovely place. It truly felt like home.

3GS B&B is the best place we’ve stayed in Armenia! European standards of comfort and Armenian hospitality. The rooms look brand new, quality materials, nice design and comfortable size of rooms and common area. You even get a bathrobe!) that’s a 5 star hotel standard :-) Fully equipped kitchens, local grocery shops in walking distance. Great breakfast with delicious local and homemade supplies - and amazing view of the mountains! Big garden where we enjoyed eating sweet cherries and the best apricots ever tasted, right from the tree. The pool is a big hit of course - especially for the kids, but adults as well ;-) Sandra and Marti are very nice, fun and helpful hosts - it’s amazing how they run the place - haven’t ever seen them sitting down or relaxing (well except maybe for one dinner we had together with other tenants) - always busy working on the property💪🏻 The area around the place is the best for doing hikes (from shorter ones up to all day long), it’s near 2 big Armenian sightseeing spots - Garni temple and Geghard monastery. Both are well worth the visit!

This place is a great find—nice clean rooms with everything you need. Delicious breakfast and ordering food for lunch or dinner are possible. Good hosts, if there were questions, then everything was quickly resolved. There is not much to see in the village, but it is a picturesque place, and you can walk in nature. I will be glad to return!

Suren and his wife Julia were great hosts, even if the language barrier was sometimes difficult. If you come with no Armenian or Russian, you may find it difficult to communicate fluidly -- but they are experienced hosts and will work with you to come to an understanding. Their son and daughter, often available on the other end of a cell phone, speak good English and can help with translating anything that can't otherwise be figured out. Julia's cooking and general hospitality are top-notch. If internet access is a priority, make sure you ask for the wi-fi device -- it needs to be plugged in in your room but the signal is surprisingly good once it's working.

Narine ist eine großartige Gastgeberin. Sie hat mir viele gute Tipps gegeben und mir einen sehr netten Taxifahrer für die Besichtigung der Klöster organisiert. Auch um meine Rückfahrt nach Yerevan hat sie sich gekümmert. Das Zimmer war schön und das Frühstück köstlich und üppig.

In dieser Unterkunft haben wir alles vorgefunden, was wir brauchten und von einer Airbnb Unterkunft erwarten. Die Leute sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die zuständige Familie wohnt im Nebengebäude. Es ist ein ruhiger, praktischer Rückzugsort, in dem man von anderen Personen nicht gestört wird. Diese Unterbringung empfehlen wir gerne weiter.
