It is indeed nice and cozy place. Windows are on the west side. Sun lights balcony from 3 pm till sunset at 7pm. Air conditioning works well. Balcony is really spacious. You have everything you need in the apartment. Location is great too. Shopping mall is 100 meters from the building. Fitness center with pool & tennis courts is 10 minutes walk. Though highway is nearby, it is pretty silent in the apartment. No insects, no birds. Great place to stay!

Levon and his wife are absolutely AMAZING! They are the sweetest couple and so welcoming. Their house is a dream house for anyone who likes the traditional Armenian style. In fact, the place is where they both live so its super cosy and you feel totally at home. If you are after luxury, or a super comfortable bed and pillows, this place isn't for you but if you are looking for a place to feel at home, be comfortable, safe, have great hosts and have everything you need + the best location possible in Yerevan, then don't hesitate to book it. The balcony and the view! What can I say - it's almost impossible to find anything like it. Also its important to note we arrived at 5am and Levon greeted us with no problem - he also let me stay in the house until 10pm on my last day rather than midday which was the checkout time. Levon, thank you so much for being such great host. If I come back, which I know I will, I would love to stay at your place again if you let me! It was our second stay in Gary’s place - and I still think it’s one of the best apartments to rent in Yerevan! Totally recomend

Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben auf unsere persönlichen Bitten gleich reagiert. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist zentral, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Bügeleisen und Fön sind vorhanden, sowie ein fast vollständiges Schachspiel, die Möbel sind alt, aber entsprechen der Darstellung auf den Fotos. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Great and spaceous place at super convenient location! It is only few minutes walk to city center. Metro station, grocery store and bakery just across the street. Vardan is a is great host, prompt with communication and ready to help with everything!

Absolutely recommendable. Spacious, clean, all amenities available, very central and easy to share the apartment. Hosts very responsive and friendly. I would give this place 6 stars 😊.

Excellent panorama view and interior design. One small inconvenience is the absent of shower. Instead there's a jacuzzi which is not good for talking everyday's using.

Lilit was extremely nice, welcoming and accommodating. Apartment has plenty of space and a nice view, just on the outside of the center, but close enough to walk. Lilit made sure she was available if anything was needed and I have no complaints.

This is great apartment. Very spacious with beautiful panoramic view. It's very well equipped for the long stay. Anna is super easy-going person and I was able to check in and out smoothly. Highly recommended.

I'm so happy I found this place and met Rusanna and Ruben. They are the nicest couple, very kind and welcoming. The place felt like home, tasteful artistic homelike interiors and beautiful garden outside, it feel so nice to be there and wake up to the quiet of the nature. The location is truly unbeatable, with 5 minute walk to the Garni Temple and stunning views (which can be also enjoyed form the garden). Delicious meals available at the stay and restaurants with fantastic kitchen also within 3-minute reach. I couldn't wish for anything else, this location is a gem for anyone that wants to feel Armenia through their heart.

Mane is een vriendelijke, korrekte host. Enig puntje van aandacht is dikkere matras in de tent buiten. Het ontbijt was lekker, en méér dan verwacht voor slechts 2000Amd/persoon. Kortom 100% aan te bevelen.

Tigran was very helpful, and responded very fast to all of our questions. We felt welcome and had no problem during our stay. The apartment is clean, cozy with a lot of natural light, and located in the heart of Yerevan. Everything is basically reachable by foot. Thank you again, for making our stay so easy, practical and enjoyable! Yerevan is a lovely city, and we can’t wait to be back!

Narine and her husband are exceptionally great hosts, we were very warmly welcomed. They met as at the bus station and drove us to the place. The rooms are nice, the bathroom and the kitchen are spacious and well equipped. We also had a large and lovely terrace, where we spent most of the time. The owners helped us with everything, orientation around, transportation and guidance. We loved their cooking and staying with them, it was amazing! We wish to come back soon.

Nous avons passé 40 jours dans cet appartement. La placement central de celui-ci était très pratique pour profiter de la ville, visiter les sites touristiques mais également pour faire des courses. L'appartement est spacieux et bien agencé.

We came in the middle of the night and Arpina was there to greet us. Whenever we needed something she or her mother responded right away. It’s close to corner grocery stores (literally a two minute walk away) and an easy walk to the Rio mall. Is simple to get taxis to the sights like Republic Square and Cascade Complex. We had 14 people (8 adults, 6 children—4 of whom are under 5) stay very comfortably. Only thing to watch out for with children is falling in the pool and if you have really little ones falling down the stairs. We kept careful watch though and everyone enjoyed.

Very cozy and beautiful house in Tsakhadzor, there is so many things to do, great views, spacious! We would definitely like to come here again!

I’ve never met such a hospitality as it was provided by Hasmik. Firstly she was very flexible, we arrived of a group of 11 men in the very morning and we left at 3am in the morning. Hasmik, even if it was such a terrible timing welcomed us and was bidding good bye to us, before we left she provided sandwiches and fruits for a journey. During our stay she served amazing breakfasts and was helping us with planning our journey around Armenia, arranged transport and was taking care if all is fine during the trip. She served us beautiful Armenian style dinner and drank a wine with us. House is equipped fully with whatever you need to have your stay pleasant and even if something is missing it will be arranged by a host. It has beautiful garden with swimming pool and bbq area. It’s really hard to express how grateful and thankful we are that we stayed at your place with you as a host ( even that there were some small issues with loudness of our group. Hasmik - you are a shining star!

first time staying that long in an Airbnb place. first time that I felt like 🏠 home ! Go for it without hesitating.

Great place! larger than expected. Come for the house and enjoy it. Whatever you need is there. Will recommend.

Хорошая квартира, мне все очень понравилось, но она уже немного не свежая за такие деньги и лейбл luxury. Удобно ходить пешком в центр, но обратно тяжеловато в гору. Есть небольшой gym, но там почти все тренажеры сломаны.
