We loved staying at Marie’s cottage in Armidale, it was perfect for us after our long drive, the kitchen had everything, so easy to make a meal, the smart tv was great, we were able to park right out front which was very handy, The highlight for us was the secure and very neat backyard space, for us and our dog, we sat in the sun and played some games, did a little workout, and drank cups of tea. The shower was also lovely! And the dining table nice and large. I would definitely recommend Marie’s place, we really liked our two nights there! Thank you so much Marie.

This is our second holiday here because this place is perfect for us. It’s quiet, it has good dog walks close by and the dog off leash park is very near. We enjoyed brunch at dog friendly NERArt Gallery cafe and Goldfish Bowl in town which we could easily walk to. We loved the shower and chopping logs for the fire at night! We slept extremely well and enjoyed the kitchen too and the garden. It’s just right for us. (Just needs a modern tv with Netflix) but we can survive without that for a few days!

Doug was such an attentive host! Such a pleasure to stay in his place! The house itself is beautifully decorated, felt really homely, had everything we needed (and more) and honestly couldn't have asked for more! Enjoyed our stay in Armidale so much! Everyone we engaged with was so friendly. Can't thank Doug enough

Great location Very nice and neat interior

What a gorgeous home in a stunning location. Have stayed in Armidale numerous times but this was something special being able to stay a little further out of town and amongst nature. Clean, spacious and clutter free made for a very easy couple of days with 5 adults and 2 children. Highly recommend.

Wonderful peaceful stay in countryside. So quiet. Short drive to all amenities. Renovated with all mod cons but still retaining original cottage features. We enjoyed our stay.

Stayed at the Studio. Well thought out space which is relatively small but well equipped and enjoys pleasant views across the countryside. The deck is a nice place to hang out and watch the roos bounce past. I was alone with 2 dogs and the place is well set up for this with a nice shortish walking trail across the adjacent Crown Lands to a dam. Would recommend.

Tara's place is a lovely old cottage, it lived up to the description and expectations. Clean, comfortable, and easy to find. Tara responded quickly to any messages I sent and was clear and concise. Thanks Tara.

Ben was incredibly accommodating, flexible and friendly. He responded quickly and his communication and instructions were clear and helpful. Ben's place was clean and well equipped, the beds were comfortable. Ben went out of his way to help in anyway that he could. I would highly recommend Ben's place.

Neal's place is just lovely. The farm is peaceful, happy dogs and hosts very very friendly. The area around Armidale is gorgeous with great walks, waterfalls natural beauty all with good pubs and food in town. Highly recommend.

Everything you need for comfy stay. Close to town but set on peaceful farm. Would definitely stay again while in Armidale.

We had a lovely stay at Ben’s place. Perfect location, very clean and felt like a home. Had everything we needed, kids loved playing out the backyard, and we had a beautiful afternoon out on the back deck. Highly recommend and would stay again when we come back to Armidale.

Our second stay and would come back for a third. Quiet location, clean and tidy accommodation. Great fruit trees!
