This is how you do Air BnB the right way! Having stayed in a number of Air BnB's this is without a doubt up there as the best yet I have been to. Kimmie was extremely welcoming, responsive and helpful, we couldn't have asked for any more from our host. The house was extremely clean and we very much enjoyed the hot tub and bath! The beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. We enjoyed ourselves so much we will be going back soon. Kimmie had kindly set up a safe sleeping cot with appropriate bedding for my daughter along with a high chair and toddler cutlery, it's this attention to detail which made the difference for us. If you are looking for a place to stay on a lovely lake with everything you need, do not hesitate to book!

Es hat alles gepasst super Kommunikation,unkompliziertes einchecken,die Sauna und der hottube waren perfekt zum ausspannen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden diese Unterkunft bei john nochmals buchen.

Wir hatten 4 wunderschöne Tage in dem Haus . Sehr schön eingerichtet und gemütlich , alles was man benötigt vorhanden. Sehr sauber , wir haben uns einfach wohlgefühlt. Super nette, freundliche und reibungslose Kommunikation mit den Gastgeber .

The place was perfect for my short business trip to the Netherlands. The hosts Tim and Djamilla were always super friendly and were very flexible when my arrival was delayed about an hour. They gave me a personal tour of the home and offered to help in any way during my stay. The house itself is beautifully decorated and is located in a very peaceful community. I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to the Nijmegen!

War alles makellos. Eine schöne saubere Unterkunft und der Whirlpool war auch super. John war sehr freundlich. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und alles wichtige war vorhanden. Ca 10 Min entfernt befand sich eine kleine Stadt wo man alles wichtige kaufen konnte. Es war liebevoll eingerichtet. Leider war die Hecke im Garten zu dem Zeitpunkt nicht gut bewachsen und daher war die Lage rund um den Pool nicht sehr privat, da ständig Menschen vorbeigingen. Aber das ist Meckern auf hohem Niveau! Vielen Dank für alles!

Wij hebben hier enorm genoten op ons vriendenweekend. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en met lekker weer kun je heerlijk in de achtertuin zitten. De jacuzzi was een echte luxe waar we graag gebruik van maakten. Evenals de gezellige plek rond de vuurkorf waar we marshmallows roosterden. In de omgeving is ook van alles leuks te doen mocht je even het huisje uit willen. Echt een top locatie!

We hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in een heel mooi huisje met prachtige tuin. Een echte aanrader!

The house was well equipped, I cook everything for my children and there was, for the first time ( we travel a lot) plenty of quality cookware (stainless steel pots much healthier choice) for our needs. There was a safety gate on the stairs, which came in very handy for the youngest member of the family. The children enjoyed the toys and games available. This place really made our stay some much smoother and enjoyable. It was great to have a garden with swings and a hot tub. The area was very peaceful and we were even lucky to have great weather. There were appliances to make all jobs easy, a dishwasher, a washing machine. we didn't use the drier because of all the sun but I'm sure it could have come handy in the rain. Overall we really had everything we needed and would definitely choose Heleen's place as our base. Thank you

Gezellig familie huis, van alle gemakken voorzien. Grote tuin en veel speelgoed. Alles werkt en is comfortabel.

Vielen Dank, es war ein super schöner Urlaub. Ein tolles Haus mit super Ausstattung. Alles drin und dran was man braucht und sogar darüberhinaus! Haben es leider nicht mehr geschafft die Kanus zu benutzen. Anneke und Jan sind sehr nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter! Wir kommen gerne wieder😊

Erg schoon en groot verblijf, algemene ruimte misschien beetje klein in verhouding met de slaapkamers, die waren erg groot, maar verder heel fijn verblijf. Hottub en sauna ook van genoten

Heerlijk weekend met negen vriendinnen gehad. Prachtige locatie midden in de natuur en veel rust. Het huis biedt volop mogelijkheden en veel ruimte. De keuken is ruim voorzien in alles wat je nodig hebt met een grotere groep. De communicatie met Pien was heel goed!

Die Unterkunft war einfach fantastisch. Ruhige Lage in der Nähe von Amsterdam. Top Ausstattung. Sauna und Whirlpool inklusive. Auch ein Riesen Grill der super funktioniert hat. Für eine entspanntes Wochenende mit der Familie und Freunden geeignet. Und ein Ausflug nach Amsterdam ist auch drin. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich haben immer schnell reagiert und auch flexibel mit den An- und Abreisezeiten. Es war alles da was man gebraucht. Nur weiterzuempfehlen.

Een zeer ruim huis met tal van faciliteiten zoals jacuzzi, sauna, race-computer en andere zaken die het verblijf uitstekend maken. Ook voor grotere groepen uitstekend te doen.

We stayed in this house with 12 people for 5 nights and we all really enjoyed it! The living room was spacious and cozy — we spent a lot of time there. The terrace was also lovely and a great place to sit and relax. There was a small construction site in the garden, but it didn’t bother us at all. It takes less than an hour to get to Amsterdam or the beach, and the surrounding area is beautiful with several supermarkets nearby. Guy was always friendly, responded to my messages super quickly, and even brought firewood without us asking. All in all, this was a fantastic place to stay! Thank you so much, Guy!

Es waren sehr schöne drei Tage die wir in Gert seiner Unterkunft verbringen durften. Traumhaft idyllisch mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und es gab alles was man brauchte um einen entspannten Aufenthalt zu haben. Besonders überrascht waren wir von der technischen Ausstattung. Bett, Sofa und Musiksystem waren mit technischen Highlights ausgestattet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Eine absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Ruhe und Privatsphäre suchen. Die Gegend ist sehr entspannend und nicht zu abgelegen. Sowohl mit dem Auto als auch mit dem Fahrrad sind die Geschäfte gut zu erreichen. Zu Fuß kann man gut die nähere Umgebung erkunden. Man hat viele Freiheiten und die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit. Entspannte Grillabende, Sauna und Wanderungen waren unter anderem das, was wir während unseres Aufenthaltes genießen konnten. Die gemütlichen Abende vor dem warmen Kamin haben das Ganze sehr gut abgerundet. Alles in allem gibt es nichts zu bemängeln.

Annemarieke and Martine’s chalet is absolutely wonderful. It’s nestled in the peaceful town of Voorthuizen, with the town center easily accessible by car or bike and all amenities close by. The hosts were incredibly responsive and provided us with clear instructions for both self check-in and check-out. Although they were looking forward to meeting us in person, a change in our plans meant we unfortunately couldn’t meet on the first day. upon arrival, we found the chalet spotless. They had even turned on the air purifier in advance, knowing I have asthma—such a thoughtful touch. I also requested a portable fan, which they kindly arranged for me. We were welcomed with fresh tulips, a lovely note, and a thoughtful gift! The chalet was impressively well-equipped, stocked with all the essentials and more. Having access to a washing machine, tumble dryer, and dishwasher was a real bonus.The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, and we all enjoyed restful sleep. will visit again.

Lovely roomy holiday home, everything looked new and modern. In good central location with good access to public trasport. The park is good for quite relaxation, but there is still plenty to do for the children. Take mossy spray! The mosquitoes are very hungry! We only used the hot tub twice, as we were very busy visiting family and sites around Utrecht. Instructions on how to fill and drain it would have been helpfull. We also visited the lake across the road, which has a lovely sandy beach.

Heel erg bedankt voor de fijne vakantie! Het was een fijn huisje, goeie jacuzzi, en hele attente hosts. Er waren badjassen, handdoeken, thee, wijn, chocolaatjes, kruiden etc allemaal aanwezig. Gregor reageerde meteen toen we een vraag hadden over de jacuzzi en stelde zelfs voor om langs te komen om het voor ons te regelen. Heel aardig!! Brandschoon huisje met fijne bedden. Vanaf het huisje loop je zo het bos in, heerlijk met de hond.

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider nut eine Nacht da gewesen. Kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Ons verblijf in het huisje van Danny en Martin was heel fijn. Mooi schoon huisje. En je loopt zo het bos in. Communicatie met Danny en Martin ging ook heel soepel. Ik raad dit huisje absoluut aan!

In Echt noch schöner, als auf den Bildern. Stefan war super freundlich und immer erreichbar, wenn man was brauchte. Die Aussicht war tierisch schön 🐑 Alles in Allem war der Aufenthalt perfekt und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
