Great stay here in beautiful Rarotonga. House was perfect for our needs with 7 adults and one toddler. Walk to the lagoon is literally 3 minutes and is perfect for young kids. The surrounds and gardens were also peaceful and private. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us. Highly recommend for a larger group.

Donna welcomed me directly into her home & made sure that I have anything that I needed and gave me some really good recommendations for activities, eating out etc. I felt like a part of the family in a way. Loved it, would recommend.

Greg's house is a great base to explore Rarotonga. It's comfortable, stylish and is right on the oceanfront. The location is not somewhere you can swim safely, although rockpools are interesting at low tide. The house has a lovely lap pool which is perfect for hot days and morning exercise. The roar of the waves is a constant backdrop, reminding you that you're in South Pacific paradise. The house is best suited to 2 couples with two large bedrooms, I feel, although our youngest son (18) was quite happy out in thel studio, but it is basic. We travelled with our two sons, and the flexibility that the house offered, rather than booking 2 rooms in a resort, was fantastic. Sitting on the deck at sunset, G & T in hand, was a daily highlight, such a privilege. The house is super quiet, in terms of any noise from neighbours, so very private and peaceful. The flat grassed garden to the side was great for our soccer-mad boys to kick a ball around for exercise. You absolutely need a car.

We love staying at Lisa’s Echo Lodge. The place was removed from any congestion and had such a stunning view and feel of the Cook Islands . It was close to everything and was remote at the same time, the beach was quite accessible. It probably would be best to get a car if you were staying there, but not necessary. The lodge itself was paradise, it so well appointed with everything you need. The details and the thoughtful planning was evident. We loved the house. We thoroughly enjoyed Lisa who is responsive and friendly. We spoke with her every morning as she was doing her daily chores and in the evening as well, but certainly there is plenty of private time for you, as she is not intrusive at all, quite friendly , we highly recommend this day for us as it gave you a whole different environment on the island and still the beaches were absolutely accessible. But the beauty of staying on these grounds, seem like a tropical paradise, beyond the pale.

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful villa! The snorkeling right out the front was incredible, and the location couldn’t be better – just a short drive to Muri but tucked away in a peaceful spot. The villa was very well presented and thoughtfully set out, with a stunning deck view where we could relax and take in the ocean. We loved having access to the kayaks, and the kids especially enjoyed the outdoor shower after a day in the water. It was warm, but the air conditioning in the bedroom and the coastal breeze at night made it manageable. After spending over a week exploring the island and chatting with locals, we couldn’t agree more – this is the best spot on the island. The neighboring villa is so private we hardly noticed it. Highly recommend this beautiful getaway for a peaceful and relaxing Cook Islands experience!

You cannot beat the location of this place! It's right on the water, super close to Muri and amenities. Gwen and Jojo make you feel welcomed. We had an amazing stay.

Julie and I would like to thank Lotu from the moment I booked the communication was first rate . The property was perfect for the two of us and was exactly as described and only had to walk out the back door to be on the Lagoon The fruit basket coffee tea even milk in the fridge was appreciated Also a big thankyou to Sala who called in regularly to see if we needed anything We couldnt have been any happier and didnt want to leave after our 4 week stay Once again Thankyou. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was fantastic and the location was amazing. The house was very comfortable with everything we needed. Both the front and back decks were great for relaxing and enjoying meals. The bbq was great too. It was nice to be able to open up the glass doors on both sides of the house to enjoy the breeze. The view from the back deck was so lovely. The location was fantastic. The best snorkeling right out the front. The water was crystal clear with so many fish. We even swam with turtles and eagle rays most days. We went for lovely strolls along the beach and enjoyed kayaking. We were able to walk to Charlie’s for a beautiful meal over looking the lagoon. It was a nice short drive into Muri Beach and to convenience stores. Having a car was handy to get around the island and experience all it has to offer. Mark was wonderful and promptly responded to any questions we had. We hope to come back and stay at this property again sometime.

this place has a perfect location within 10 mins walk of two great beach bars and right on the beach. kitchen is well equipped, beds were good, and view fabulous

The Navigator Beachfront Studio in Muri Beach, Rarotonga, was a hidden gem for us looking for a peaceful beachfront retreat. It was modern and clean design, with a fully equipped kitchen, private pool, and kayaks for exploring the lagoon. The location is ideal, within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shop and night market. We particularly enjoyed the comfortable king-size bed, the cool ocean breeze, and felt very safe and secure. The internet and air con worked very well. Joyita warmly welcomed us for our early check in and gave us lots tips to make our stay so enjoyable. It’s such a peaceful location and certainly the best accommodation to stay in Rarotonga. Thanks again and we will certainly to be returning to this stunningly beautiful part of the world. Donna and Cliff

Absolutely lovely. The two totally private, walled in garden areas were a highlight. The room was well equipped and very comfortable. Rick, the owner, was delightful. Definitely hope to come back soon.

Adam’s place is in the perfect location! Easy access to restaurants and shops and right on the beach. We weren’t thrilled with the shared pool and struggled with the internet but Adam was on rectifying that immediately! Would definitely recommend a stay at Koko Cabana!

Great place - bedroom upstairs and downstairs for those less mobile- extra bedding in the lounge - aircon was great for the upstairs and downstairs pool amazing / felt very private - everything we needed - was perfect!!!!!

Had an amazing stay at Sherri and Ben’s place! Very welcoming, arrived to refreshments in the fridge and some fresh mangos. Beautiful location, easy walk to the beach. Sherri and Ben were both very helpful, the perfect hosts! Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time at Tepua's Pae Moana in Rarotonga. All was very well presented, comfortable, welcoming, and the house had so many helpful items to keep our days from sunrise to bed, more at home and enjoyable! The fruit, coffee, milk, spices, and dried goods to start our first day was such a boost. All furniture was comfortable and created an open space to visit and go outside, while still feeling part of the location. The kayaks and SUP, extra gear was fantastic! There was so much to do every day. Tepua's Manager Pamela was receptive and extremely helpful via Tepua prior to our stay, which was very reassuring. She does a great job keeping the house clean and ready for guests - to relax and enjoy the beautiful space and surroundings. Lovely vacation and special place.

Unless seeking luxury I don’t know why one might ever need more than this. Lagoon runs right to the deck but for a ribbon of white sand. Turtles and fish and clear water make for beautiful swimming and snorkeling in front of the house. Almost everything we loved that wasn’t at the location itself was close by. Friendly and relaxed hosts. A beautiful week. Will return.

Genuinely the best Airbnb any of us have stayed in! Gorgeous home. All the amenities you could possibly need. We stayed for 8 nights and wanted for nothing. Well stocked pantry. Amazing amount of towels and linen to use. Comfy beds. Good air-con. Amazing location!! The lagoon just outside is perfect for snorkelling and swimming, we would often have turtles swimming past us! The Avaavaroa passage is just to the right but it’s easy to stay away from. Next door is Sea Pace turtle tours, which is an amazing company to go and see turtles with. They helped us navigate the passage and were very friendly and knowledgeable. Amazing place to stay, brilliant value for money, couldn’t recommend it more!!

One of the best airbnb stays I've ever had. Tere and family made me feel welcome immediately, and are absolutely fantastic hosts. They gave me great recommendations on where to find good food, the convenience store that's open late, and best things to see and do. The penthouse is cozy and clean, the bed comfortable, and the views are stunning. Enjoy the sunsets from the balcony or the beach, which is a literal stone's throw away. Don't overthink this one. I'd happily stay in the penthouse again, or one of their villas. Meitaki ma'ata, thank you all for an amazing holiday!

A great place to stay. Close to town, walkable, shops and cafes within easy reach. Looking out directly to the lagoon every morning watching the whales every day was a real treat. Ian’s help with local resources and the time he spent explaining and showing us about coconuts etc and the conservation efforts being made around the island gave valuable insight into what is happening in Rarotonga. The bungalow was simple and clean, perfect for what we needed. Would stay again.
