We loved the apartment it was spotless and had everything we needed for our 4 week stay. Jana and her husband were great hosts, they were very accommodating with our arrival and check out times, we would definitely stay again.

A lovely place, quiet and peaceful but easy to walk to local shops, restaurants etc. Garage parking and the terrace with private pool were highlights. Great communication from the host too with instructions to get in and very responsive to my questions.

L'appartement est extrêmement agréable avec une vue mer imprenable. Attention tout de même au bruit de la mer qui peut vite devenir gênant pour certains. La plage est à quelques mètres seulement et la piscine de la résidence très agréable. Il est assez facile de se garer aux abords de la résidence et les commerces de première nécessité sont juste en face.

Vi har boet i denne dejlige, trygge lejlighed i en måned. Som mange andre beskriver, brugte vi den store, solrige balkon det meste af tiden, vi var i lejligheden. En stor del af madlavningen, blev lavet i lejlighedens køkken, og selv om udstyret var begrænset, klarede vi os fint. Også de 14 dage, vi var 4 voksne. Sengene var komfortable. Spørgsmål til Justas og Henrika blev besvaret straks, og løst. Vores bedste anbefalinger og kommer gerne igen.

A friend and I stayed here in mid-March and it was absolutely perfect for what we needed. Lovely, quiet, clean apartment in the MV complex with a small terrace which was a few metres from one of the swimming pools. 10-15 mins walk to Fanabe beach as a reference point where there are multiple bars and restaurants. There is also a small supermarket just outside the main gate. We had a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge meaning we had our own space - huge thank you to Franco and Daiana for their attentiveness from messaging the day before our flight to arrange check in, to checking us out bang on the time we requested and offering to sort a taxi to the airport. Will definitely stay here again - 5*!

Hôte TRÈS PROFESSIONNEL ET À L’ÉCOUTE ! Super séjours, accueil et instruction au top ! Nous avons passée de bon moments en famille avec 2 enfants. Très propre et à proximité immédiate de touts commerces, restaurant et activité. Siam Park à peine à descendre à pied 5 minutes. Nous reviendrons sûrement et conseillerons à nos proches et amis ce magnifique villa.

Wir waren eine ca. Woche in der Unterkunft. Nach der Buchung meldete sich der Gastgeber schnell bei uns und auch die weitere Kommunikation erfolgte stets zügig und zuvorkommend. Nach einem unkomplizierten Check-In fanden wir eine saubere und sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung vor. Zu Fuß war es etwa eine halbe Stunde zum Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren jedoch fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war auf den Balkon und im Hauptschlafzimmer aufgrund der angrenzenden Straße teilweise recht laut. Wir würden wiederkommen!

We really enjoyed our stay and we thought the apartment and views were even nicer than in pictures. With family it was perfect, the heated pool, spacious apartment and garage made life easy. Viktoria and Sergej responded always with no delay and are super friendly. Area was also good for us and I enjoyed runs along the sea and also on the hiking trail close by with amazing views. If you want to eat out a lot, be prerared that you need to walk a bit to areas with restaurants. Pool we had often only for ourselves so it was quiet and peaceful in the residential complex. Thank you for making our holiday unforgettable!

100%ige Empfehlung! Juan und sein Team sind die absolut perfekten Gastgeber! Sie sind hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir mussten niemals auf Rückmeldung warten, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Wir haben grossen Respekt vor diesem Engagement! Wir können diese Location jedem empfehlen, der Ruhe sucht, nicht viel unterwegs sein möchte, gerne kocht und grillt und der eine Unterkunft sucht, die grosszügig ist (3 grosse Schlafzimmer mit je eigenem Bad!). Das Haus eignet sich ideal für 6 Personen. Doch auch zu zweit ist es perfekt. Die Hacienda selbst ist wunderschön gelegen. Schon Ende März war das Klima sehr warm, so dass wir sogar kurz ins Wasser springen konnten. Die Gischt ist stark, so dass man vorsichtig und aufmerksam sein muss in den kleinen Buchten mit den Lavasteinen. Ein Hinweis noch zu Teneriffas Strassen: Sie sind teilweise extrem steil. Achten Sie unbedingt auf die Schilder „Navigationsfehler und einem Pfeil, in welche Richtung man fahren soll“.

We had a great time here - 6 adults and a 2 year old. The flat was spacious and well appointed and we didn't feel crowded at all. We ate in around half the time and the kitchen was well equipped with plenty of crockery and cutlery so you weren't waiting for the dishwasher to finish which can be a problem with a larger group. The area is lovely. 10-15 mins to the sea and great for a seaside walk and then back to the apartment for a swim in the pool. Plenty of towels and some pool toys. We ate out on the front patio with lovely views across the park to the base of Teide. Restaurants and reasonably good supermarkets close by. Communication was good and a generous check out time extended on request to 13.30 Would certainly recommend

Das Haus besticht durch seine vielen großen Fenster, der Durchsicht vom Garten auf das Meer und dem tollen Ausblick.

Wir waren für eine Woche zu Gast in der Villa Crone und es war super. Es ist eine wunderschöne Unterkunft mit traumhafter Pool und Gartenanlage, genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Chris und Richard sind sehr freundliche und offene Gastgeber mit super Kommunikation zum Check-In sowie Empfehlungen für die Gegend. Die Lage ab vom Trubel lädt zum absoluten entspannen ein! Wenn wir wieder nach Teneriffa reisen, würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen! Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub!

Toaster would be great but otherwise everything was perfect

We just wanted to thank Joaquin and the team for giving us a really great holiday. From booking to check-out they were absolutely faultless and we had a fabulous stay in their apartment. What first drew us to the property was the photo of the stunning view from the balcony but I have to say, the reality is even better! The studio was much larger than I expected and it had every amenity you could wish for. The kitchen is really well stocked for those that wish to self-cater but you are surrounded by a multitude of bars and restaraunts should you prefer to eat out (we highly recomend the El Horno De Neptuno for the most delicious, authentic tapas). The apartment complex is very well maintained. There is a lovely relaxed vibe and the onsite restaurant has a good selection of food for days when you wish to laze by the pool. The host offers an airport transfer service which was great as they arranged our check-in and gave us a tour of the apartment. Thanks for everything. We loved it x

Marias apartment was in the perfect location for enjoying all Costa Adeje and the rest of the resort has on its doorstep. The apartment had everything we needed and more for our stay and was extremely peaceful. The television had access to all streaming channels which was great for evenings in and the wifi was excellent. All communication with Maria was prompt and very helpful. You will not be disappointed if you have the pleasure of visiting Marias apartment.

I had never used an AirBnb before, and was a little cautious, but Diego and Rosa were so responsive to any queries or questions I had. They were both so friendly and so helpful. Sehr schöne Wohnung mit schöner, grosser Terrasse und Pool quasi vor der Tür. Ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Gehdistanz. María ist eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Auf Fragen hat sie stets sehr schnell reagiert. Vielen Dank!

We had a wonderful time at Marina's apartment. The location is excellent, being peaceful yet very close to all major attractions. The property was impeccably clean and spacious. Finally, the host Marina was always at hand to make sure we are comfortable and providing everything we needed.

Fantastic stay!!! The apartament was very clean and spacious and situated in quiet but very beautiful south part of Tenerife. In the apartment you have everything what you need for either cooking or relaxing and the balcony with the great view on both - swimming pool and sea. Heated pool was absolutely great as even during the evening you can enjoy the swim without worrying about cold water. Absolutely fantastic contact during the whole stay with Christoph and Isabelle (who was looking after us during the stay 😃) They are extremely nice and helpful and really make your stay exceptional - thanks for everything and hope to see you again some day!!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The area was beautiful, lots to walk and see. Great pools and great restaurant inside the pool area. Everything was as described. Carlos was very responsive and helpful and gave great recommendations!

We loved the apartment! It was very clean and comfortable, and the terrace with a mountains view is a huge advantage! The area is quiet, with a supermarket just across the street and the beach nearby. The host is very responsive and friendly :) Highly recommend this apartment if you’re looking for a peaceful vacation or planning to rent a car.
