We had an amazing time at Kim's place. They were very responsive to some questions we had about getting into the place given it was snowing. The house was cozy and amazing, and had spectacular views of the lake and surrounding mountains.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The bunkhouse was very cozy and we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We also had a beautiful view of the Allagash River and easy access to the North Maine Woods. I would absolutely stay here again.

Aaron and Jennifer's beautiful home was perfect for my quick stay for me.. The house is huge, comfortable and has all modern amenities on a natural setting. it is very convenient drive to the airport and downtown. They are both good genuine people and I am very happy to have met them.

Just as the pictures showed, great spot in town. Good reasonable price. The host was friendly and was great in communication. Would stay again for sure!

Stunning house near the airport and a pond in the woods...feels far out but is very convenient to Presque Isle. Everything is clean, spacious, uncluttered...CANNOT RECOMMEND HIGHLY ENOUGH

Gather Inn was in a perfect spot to walk around Millinocket, and made getting to Baxter State Park very easy. All conveniences were up to date, and having a heat pump just for our room made it easy to have the right temperature. And breakfast was FANTASTIC. Honestly might have been worth it just for that!

Donald is an amazing host who made sure we felt at home, 1000 miles away from our real home. The continental breakfast was a massive plus to staying with Donald. Everything was clean, tidy, and ready for us as soon as we entered in the door! I would recommend staying with Donald to anyone and everyone!! 10/10 great experience! Will definitely be staying here again! Also, if you plan on fishing or ice fishing, Donald is your man! He’s got a bait and tackle shop attached to the house!!! Absolutely amazing setup!

Perfect spot for some fishermen to have a warm space to stay after a cold day on the ice! The rooms were exactly as pictured with all new linens and a very clean bathroom. Don was so pleasant to stay with and even fed the guys breakfast! Thank you!

We enjoyed spending a night at Carol's place. She is very accommodating and fun and interesting to talk with. She has rooms with longer-term guests and a gentleman arrived from Australia the same evening as we did (who was also fascinating). The house is not too far from a road, but it's so well built that noise wasn't an issue. We were comfortable and felt well cared for. Another Airbnb for the win! Elizabeth

We chose The Gather Inn because the space fit our needs and it looked so homey and welcoming. It did not disappoint. The bathrooms are small, but provided all that is really needed. The beds were comfortable, in-room AC easy to control, lighting was plentiful and warm. Extra blankets were available along with great towels! Tracy makes a wonderful breakfast and is very friendly and accommodating with guests. Melanie was not on the property, but she was quick to respond to any of our questions. There is plenty of parking. We were in Millinocket to pick up our son after completing the Appalachian Trail. We found that the Gather Inn did not provide many options for a hiker to hang gear to dry which was essential before packing it up for the trip home. If we had more time, we would have stayed longer and would recommend the Gather Inn to others. It is a wonderful gem of a Bed & Breakfast. Thank you, Melanie (and Tracy).
