Arratia-Nerbioi : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Muy buena localización, el alojamiento es tal y como se describe en la página. El trato fue muy bueno, tienen plaza de garaje, contestan muy rápido a los mensajes. Muy buena opción si vienes a Logroño.

Un agréable week end passé en famille à Bilbao. Le logement est charmant. Il correspond parfaitement à la description et il est idéalement situé. Un peu de bruit de la rue, mais personnellement, cela ne nous a pas dérangé, ni empêché de dormir. Énorme big up à Veronica qui est venue nous ouvrir la porte de la résidence à 23h parce que nous avions oublié les clefs… Un souvenir qui nous aura bien fait rire. En clair, tout était parfait. Et un grand merci à chacun des hôtes pour leur réactivité et leur amabilité. 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Nous venons d’y passer 3 nuits , ce fut un pur bonheur . Superbe emplacement dans le centre historique , à proximité du port , des bars, restaurants . Nous avons pu nous garer à proximité sur place bleue ( gratuit à cette période ) . Village typique où il règne une ambiance très chaleureuse et conviviale . De nombreux bars à topxos à ne pas louper . Une belle ballade à pied à faire jusque Bermeo . Et de jolis villages à découvrir dans les environs , et proche également de Bilbao . Nous n’avons pas eu l occasion de rencontrer Iren mais elle a su répondre à nos questions très vite et a été de bons conseils , et flexible pour l heure d arrivée . De plus des petites intentions vous attendent à votre arrivée : chocolats, gâteaux , lait , capsules nespresso, bouteille d’eau …je recommande ++++++

Nice place. As described. Great communication. Near lots of restaurants and bars. Pretty good climb to get there, as described. A little noise from upstairs now and then, but not bad. I would stay here again.

Firstly, a big thank you for allowing an early check in - it meant we could have a full first day! This is a lovely apartment in a great central area of San Sebastián. Everything you could want or need is in the apartment, with much of the City within walking distance and some of our favourite bars on the doors step. Thank you for wonderful stay and for your great hospitality.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, está muy limpio y es muy confortable. Es fiel a la descripción y está en una zona muy tranquila en el puerto. Cristina la propietaria te hace sentir como en casa, es muy amable, simpática y cualquier duda te la resuelve rápido. Sin duda si vuelvo a Laredo volveré.

Such a pleasant stay! Communicated with us well in advance and was proactive in letting us know about the eco-zones in San Sebastian (knowing that we were driving there). Someone also kept checking in to see what time we’d arrive, ensuring that someone was there to meet us by the roadside. House is exactly as it looks in photos—very clean, quiet, and tidy! La Concha and the Old Town were a short walk away!

Exceptional customer service (unlike many other places I've been to). Marta was very helpful and even helped me move the date as my trip was moved forward. Safe, off street parking. Very clean and outstanding quality linen, bathroom. I will definitely return when I have to go to Bilbao area.

El piso está muy bien equipado, y el hecho de que tenga parking para dejar el coche nos permitió poder ir andando al casco antiguo, volver en autobús, y para los planes más lejanos, pudimos coger el coche y recorrer los pueblos cercanos que son preciosos también! Definitivamente volveríamos!

Grande maison confortable dans Santander parfaite pour les 9 personnes que nous étions : 5 chambres, 3 salles de bains complètes, un salon, une grande salle à manger et une belle cuisine ! Hôte très agréable ! Merci

Excelente relación calidad/precio. Casa antigua, acondicionada y con muchos detallitos. Muy limpia. Bien ubicada. Fácil aparcamiento. A tener en cuenta que hay muchas escaleras, si alguien tiene problemas de movilidad, a nosotros nos ha resultado hasta divertido. Buena comunicación con Ivanna.

Fue un acierto elegirlo para nuestra estancia, tanto el alojamiento como el anfitrión. Muy recomendable en cualquier epoca del año. Lo guardaremos entre nuestros favoritos. Un finde memorable.

Hemos disfrutado de la estancia. La casa tiene todo lo necesario y con unas bonitas vistas a la ría. La zona es muy tranquila y bien comunicada para hacer excursiones. Manuela está pendiente a la llegada y disponible en toda la estancia. Volvería a elegir ese alojamiento!!!

Maria a été très réactive à toutes nos questions et demandes. Le logement était mieux que ce à quoi nous nous attendions (il est plus grand que ça que sur les photos). Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour un séjour dans le pays basque espagnol !

A la casa no le falta de nada, como si estuvieras en tu propia casa. Además, Lourdes te deja todo tipo de comodidades para tu llegada. Había café, infusiones, Colacao, azúcar, leche, E.T.C. Como he dicho antes como en casa. Tiene internet y además plaza de garaje que es imprescindible en la zona centro. Repetiremos seguro. Muchas gracias Lourdes.

Lovely apartment in a great town. Mia was a really helpful host and we had a great time in Bermeo.

i don't know which was better, cristina or cristina's place—both were exceptional and lovely! her place is beautiful, serene, very clean, and welcoming. cristina is warm, friendly, and better than any tour guide on their best day. she had the place stocked with life-savers for us like juice and snacks. the amenities were wonderful and everything was modern and easy to use. it was spacious, comfortable, and has spectacular views and close proximity to everything. this is the perfect airbnb! we were very happy and can't wait to return!

Excellent apartment in a very nice place only five minutes drive from Laredo center. The host is very friendly and ready to help at any time. She also speaks English which makes communication a little easier. There is a lot of space for 4 adults to enjoy their staying for enough days. The two bathrooms really help. The place is cosy and super clean. I definitely recommend it!

El apartamento es tal cual se describe y fiel a las fotos, estaba todo muy nuevo. Se veían la playa y la ría pues es acristalado por todas partes y las vistas son estupendas, así como muy luminoso. Al lado de la playa, y cerca del centro ya que en coche tardabas 5 min. A mis hijos les encantó la zona pues siempre podías realizar actividades acuáticas como diversas excursiones. Zona tranquila. La anfitriona muy amable y atenta. Repetiremos la experiencia!

Family with 2 kids stayed in last week of October 2024. Ana was very responsive and made the stay very easy with good local recommendations for beaches and places to eat. Excellent apartment and location right on beach and within easy walking distance of all you need. Santander is a beautiful city and El Sardinero the best place to stay for walks, beaches, restaurants for families. The bus into the city is right next to the apartment and worth several visits at least. Wish we’d had more time and would recommend Ana’s apartment

Denise offers you a very nice and calm apartment close to the center and beach. With the buss it is easy to reach the old center. We appreciate the nice living, 3 sleeping rooms, two bathrooms and the fully kitchen equipment. Nearby was a free parking for the car. The communication with Denise went very smoothly.

Un sitio genial y muy bien situado para pasar unos dias por la zona. El apartamento es muy bonito y está muy bien equipado. Y María del Pilar es encantadora u super atenta. Espero poder volver pronto!
