This is a superb place to stay, we loved every minute of our 2.5 weeks. The setting is perfect, the hosts are super friendly and helpful. We swam in the lake most days, an easy 10-15 minute walk down (less easy coming back as it’s uphill, but well worth it!) We explored the local walking tracks. And Bella the cat appeared most days, usually early mornings when she would join us in bed! Cannot recommend highly enough☺️

Second time at this beautiful property. It accommodated three families well and lots of different living spacious was perfect for three generations. Walking down to the lake and into Wanaka for a spot of shopping was easy. Highly recommended!

The place was perfect for what I was looking for! Absolutely loved using the hot tub with the amazing views of the mountains! The place was exactly what I paid for with very comfortable beds! Only slight warning, is can wake up early if floor above is rented out as well in the morning from walking around.

We had the best stay at this lakeside air bnb, the views were gorgeous and couldn’t have asked for any better! 🤩 perfect stay, we wish we could have stayed longer

My friends and I had a wonderful stay here! Place was exactly what we hoped for! Good walkable distance to town and the lake. Loved having the deck and lawn out the back for a bit more space to relax. The weekend we stayed was incredibly hot so was glad to find out the aircon worked well! Overall our stay was great! The one and only downside (not sure if our fault for not looking hard enough or not) but we were only left with 3 toilet rolls- for a 2 night stay at 7 of us it went pretty quick but luckily one of us had brought some of our own to use.

We had a fantastic time at this house! 🤍 The space is incredibly clean, new, and modern. Every detail has clearly been well thought out, and it made the experience feel special. The kitchen is by far the most stacked and organized one I've ever seen, it's a dream for anyone who loves to cook. The views from the house are lovely, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. One thing to note for future guests: the home has many delicate decorations and artifacts around. To avoid any accidents, I recommend collecting the fragile items and storing them in a closet during your stay. It’s a small step to ensure everything stays intact and you won’t be responsible for any breakages. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a stylish, relaxing, and comfortable stay! Villa Lusso was a great place to stay! The rooms were big, clean, and nicely decorated. The beds were really comfortable. The hot tub was awesome and perfect for relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the location was quiet but still close to things to do. The host was helpful and made check-in easy. I definitely recommend staying here!

We absolutely loved every aspect of our stay. The home was very comfortable and tastefully decorated, kitchen was well equipped and the views were fabulous.

Jennifer is definitely a super host! She came to greet us personally and her home smells of freshly picked peonies. Knowing that we are from Singapore and not used to the cold weather, she set up the fireplace to keep us warm (and for the experience). She also brought out her game animals to interact with our children. Couldn’t ask for more :)

Carla and Chris were excellent communicators, very nice and kind guests and jumped to anything I didn’t know how to use ect. Very kind people. Thankyou Carla and Chris! 🙂

We had a great Family reunion and the place is really comfortable with a big living room and kitchen. The communication with the host was excellent. Will recommend and give this place a 5 star rating.

This property was everything we could have asked for and more! It was immaculately clean, beautifully modern, and packed with thoughtful amenities — the owners truly thought of everything. The location was perfect, with breathtaking views that made it hard to leave. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and access to the home was a breeze. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and would absolutely stay here again!

David’s place is as beautiful as it’s comfortable. We were a family of 5 and we only used the three bedrooms on mid-level floor. Having kitchen and living room and laundry all on the same floor made things super easy for us. Moreover my husband used the top floor office to do his office work away from our chaos on the lower floor which was just another cherry on top. And the view is just stunning - out of the world. It will make you get out of the bed in morning. We made use of both fire places, cooked and ate out on the patio many times. He also has a next-gen level media entertainment which we enjoyed. Thanks for letting us stay at your super amazing place David. Would love to visit again.

My husband and I spoiled ourselves for our 30th anniversary to stay in this beautiful house with amazing views. Watching the changing light on the mountains and lake was so restful we didn't want to leave. It was only a $11 Uber into the centre of town on the days we didn't want to drive. The neighbourhood is very quiet - we couldn't believe how well we slept! Very comfortable bed. The kitchen was extremely well equipped along with having plenty of cups and glasses. From the lovely welcome gifts to swift responses, we couldn't have asked for more.

Such a great home to stay in. We were two families and it worked perfectly! Plenty of everything that you need. Kids loved the games room and plenty of towels were provided which is needed with kids in and out the spa! Fireplaces were amazing with plenty of wood! There is nothing that they could have done differently! This will be our go to Queenstown home!!! Excellent amount of space for everyone to relax and have fun in!

We were a group of five (3 adults, two young children) and really enjoyed our stay at this fairytale house. It was very clean and furnished with lots of charming accessories which make the place even more WOW. I personally loved the outdoor illumination at night, which added to the fairytale feeling. We also made use of the hot tub. The only thing to improve is the wifi speed and coverage throughout the house. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants to experience a very special stay.

Convenient no frills accom in walking distance to town. We were slightly saddened to see that the hot tub wasn’t located in the garden of the unit as we assumed it was from the pictures. Extra towels delivered when needed and fast communication. Very comfortable bed. Great shower pressure.

Even better than we expected! The place is in a peaceful location right by the lake — such a fantastic spot with great taste in design and decor. Everything was well-maintained, and the team was professional and attentive. Staying here was a truly memorable experience. Highly recommended!

My stay at the carriage was absolutely incredible ! It was the perfect place to reset and relax. The accommodation was cozy and extraordinary. Every time I felt welcome. The perfect little paradise at almost the end of my travels. The hosts were simply wonderful and if I would have the chance to be in queenstown again I’d love to stay there another time.

We LOVED our stay!! The only down side is we wish we’d booked for longer. This is a really cool and cozy Airbnb. Beautifully designed and decorated. Very thought out with helpful labels on all light switches. Our favourite things about our stay were the swim-able bath tub and the disco light feature! The location is quiet and peaceful. Nate offered up some great recommendations too. Lastly, shout out to Billie and Kai. The friendlies, most adorable, cuddliest dogs we’ve ever met!! Looking forward to staying again in the future. Don’t change a thing! Xx

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL little home! We loved every minute of our stay - Sally was super accommodating, and provided all the instructions you would need to enjoy your stay. The tiny home had all the amenities you would need, including an outdoor fire pit, bbq, outdoor bath. Inside, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils including pots/pans/air fryer even! Snacks and breakfast items also provided!! (including tea/coffee/sugar etc) Located less than 10 minutes from Wānaka centre, it is very convenient. Every detail has been well thought out; we did not want to leave!
