It should be noted that we do not have a full kitchen, but provide a kitchenette with a microwave, sink and small fridge for your convenience

Excellent stand alone studio cottage in a handy location. Situated approx. 3km from the town center with a feel of country. Suitable for a single person, couple or 2 friends/family that don't mind sharing a queen bed. Very peaceful location and close to the new bike/walking tracks, lake, river, and numerous vineyards. Only 40 minutes approx. to Queenstown and Wanaka, 20 minutes to the historic town of Clyde and further 10 minutes to Alexandra. We welcome guests from all backgrounds.

A deep, covered deck with table and chairs and sofa to soak in the scenery from sunrise to sunset and then take in the stunning night sky. Situated among and overlooking highly respected vineyards. Less than 15 mins walk to five wineries / tasting rooms, and immediately opposite a 1 - 2 hour walkway that meanders through an historic gold mining area.

Quiet, idyllic, with lots of sunshine! 5min drive to Qtown. 15min to Arrowtown. Car parking on premises.
