Diane’s place is a gem! Located towards the end of a street, it’s in a quiet location, detached from the main house (but the roof is shared). Downtown SLO is about 5 miles away. Diane’s place is well appointed. She has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. We didn’t cook in the kitchen, but it seemed to have everything you would need. Bed and sofabed were comfortable. Darling patios in the front and back. The train tracks are behind the house, but you barely notice the train going by. I was able to meet Diane one morning, and she is lovely to talk to. We definitely will not hesitate to stay here again.

Location, location , location ! Beautiful space with comfortable patio. Great place to ship some wine and watch a gorgeous sunset. Close to shops and restaurants. Parking spot provided.

We love visiting Morro Bay. This cozy home was perfect for 3 friends wanting to get away, relax and enjoy nature. It was a peaceful, lovely trip. Beds were clean and comfortable. The bathroom and kitchen very clean. The TV provided many options for entertainment at night. Very close to restaurants and the bay. Would love to stay here again!

Great little spot to stay while exploring Paso! Very close to downtown and all the wineries. A bit hard to find at first but just follow the directions carefully! Fayette was very responsive and we loved seeing their pups in the morning- would definitely stay again. Place was also very clean and updated.

Super sweet studio apartment. Something small and sweet with plenty of walkable activities around the town. Friendly faces and sincerely the sweetest host! My significant other and I had a lovely time for new years getting to relax around and be cozy, while also being immersed in the cute town of Morro Bay. Plenty of activities, stores and restaurants to choose from. I’d recommend stopping here at their place for a few days or to get out of town for the weekend from daily life. I really loved it and would love to come back again! Thank you!

We had the most amazing stay at this picture-perfect little home in San Luis Obispo! Everything was immaculate, with fresh towels, delicious lemon cakes, and Smartwaters thoughtfully set out to welcome us. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the home's beautiful design made it so cozy and inviting. The location couldn't have been better. I am all about walkability. The home was just a 10-minute walk to downtown, yet so peaceful and quiet at night. The large TV and the ability to make the space perfectly dark for sleeping were both big bonuses. The hosts were incredible. Super responsive, friendly, and accommodating. They even lent us a charcuterie board and some olive oil as we forgot to get some from the store! We got engaged during our trip, and they shared in our excitement, making the experience even more special. This serene spot holds such a meaningful place in our hearts, and we can’t wait to come back! Thank you so much for having us in your home!

This is our first time traveling to Arroyo Grande, just because of this house. My family has 4 adults, 1 kid, and 1 large dog. So I booked this house due to it is "pet friendly" and it has a pretty backyard according to the pictures. We fell in love with it immediately when we arrived it! The inside, front yard, and backyard were all contemporary style and designed professionally. All the electronics are modern and function very well. My husband enjoyed turning on the music and could hear it everywhere around the house. Cory prepared snacks, bowls, and blankets for the dog, so he could sleep in the house but away from furniture and carpet. My son and our dog run a lot in the backyard, and the whole family had a sweet night hanging outside as well. The local restaurants/coffee shops and shopping stores recommendation list is very helpful. We saved a lot of time on searching when we needed them. Overall, I feel it is worth every penny that I spend! I highly recommend it!

My friends and I absolutely loved our stay here! I didn’t want to leave. Before I checked out I already started thinking when I can come back. Initially the photos confused me on the layout but tbh the photos don’t even capture how beautiful and well made the house is. Can’t wait to go back to use the sauna!

My family and I had a wonderful time at Laurie's place. It was a beautiful home with a very peaceful vibe. Pismo was only a short drive away which was great for day time activities. We hope to come back one day!

Cooper and family are great hosts. We communicated through our stay and always got a quick response. Terrific hosts for our first Airbnb stay. We will be using Airbnb again thanks to our positive experience cultivated by Cooper and his family. Very easy to find and access the house. It's a front house on a two house property so we were able to come and go without disturbing the second house. The house was very clean and minimal but plenty furnishings. It had the appeal and cleanliness of a hotel suite with the warmth and space, both inside and out, of a private house. Beautiful property with a fresh garden. Thank you for the stay!

It was a perfect place to stay in the Central Coast . It was very pretty and very clean. The beds were comfortable. I would stay again for sure!

First time staying in SLO. Place was tucked away in the back with ample parking for up to three cars. Kitchen/living room was cozy and clean. Bathroom and bedroom had everything needed for our stay. Place was walking distance to downtown SLO and several parks in the area. Would definitely stay at this place again.

Marilynn's home was spacious, comfortable, and well stocked with everything our group of 8 needed for the weekend! The inside was big enough for us all to hang out together comfortably, and the outside area is beautiful and private: great for enjoying the sunshine and some bird watching! One night we even decided that instead of going out we could just stay home and enjoy the game room! Marilynn was also very helpful and responsive! Our whole group was flying in from out of town for a bachelorette weekend, and I appreciated being able to arrange for some balloon and flower decorations to already be waiting for us upon arrival. Last note is that all the beds were very comfortable- which is never a given at a vacation rental, and was appreciated by all :)

Review for Joseph's Airbnb I recently had the pleasure of staying at Joseph's place with my family. The space was immaculate, with everything neatly arranged and well-maintained. It truly felt like a home away from home. Joseph was incredibly responsive throughout my stay, even late into the night. His attentiveness made a significant difference in my overall experience. Despite the small hiccups, my stay was wonderful, and I would highly recommend Joseph's Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. Ken’s place was amazing. We have stayed at other places here in Pismo and this is by far is our favorite

The suite was exactly as advertised. Self check-in was easy via keypad and code. The suite was clean, and had all amenities I needed. It was spacious for a solo traveler, and it would be great for a couple as well. The location is great, only a few minutes walk to the beach and the dunes recreational area. There's a few restaurants and a small market in walking range; for more choices (near downtown) you will need to walk 15-20 minutes, or use a bike/car. The area was quiet at night. I enjoyed my stay and I will be back next time I am in the area. I would recommend this place.

We loved our stay at Jaime's place. It's in a beautiful location, directly across from the lake with an amazing view. It's close to everything, which was great for us as we were visiting Cal Poly and the local area. The complex had a nice pool and spa that we got to enjoy, which were both quite warm. My wife enjoyed all of the high-end hair care products and stylers. My only issue would be that it's right on the road (Madonna Rd.), so gets noise, mostly in the morning during the week. I sleep with earplugs, so didn't bother me, but might bother light sleepers. Nonetheless, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This was a very well appointed condo with a view of the ocean and the green hills! The location cannot be beat, close to restaurants, shops and really close to the pier and the beach. The condo building itself was very quiet and I loved having an elevator when needed. The management company was very communicative and it was super easy to get in and out of the building and the condo itself. The price was very reasonable considering the 2 bedrooms and the location.
