Appartamento in ottima posizione, tutto raggiungibile a piedi in poche centinaia di metri. Supermercati, spiaggia, ristoranti, ti puoi dimenticare di avere la macchina. Host molto amichevole e reattivo nella comunicazioni. Comodissimo il parcheggio privato in un cortile interno, anche se devi fare un po' di manovre perchè ci sono altre macchine e lo spazio è poco. Bagno un po' piccolo e si sente la mancanza della lavatrice che al mare serve molto.

Az apartman központi helyen található, sétatávolságra a parttól, üzletektől, éttermektől. A magas lépcsők a várhoz és a Valtos strandhoz elég farasztóak voltak, de cserébe gyönyörű kilátasban lehetett gyönyörködni. A lakás tiszta, tágas, jól felszerelt, jól működő klímákkal. Nikolas minden kérdésre azonnal válaszolt,az Anyukája, Zoe pedig nagyon kedves és barátságos,szeretettel fogadott minket. A teraszról egesz Pargát be lehet látni, esténként azonban kissé hangos volt a szomszedos bár miatt, de ez minket nem zavart. Köszönünk mindent és ajánlom mindenkinek aki Pargán szállást keres.

We had a wonderful stay at this very clean apartment. Mr. Christos, the host, was extremely helpful and polite, making the experience even better. The location is nice—close to the marina and the beach. Highly recommend!

Mr. Christos is one of the warmest owners I have ever met. He was always willing to help and provide guidance whenever needed. The place is just amazing, very clean - recently renovated and extremely hot / warm. Moreover, the location exceptional if you wish to explore Karpenisi and everything nearby. Amazing apartment and perfect for 2 people! The apartment is in the middle of the city of Lefkas city and walking distance to everything you need! The apartment was clean and nice! And the garden outside made it absolutely AMAZING! We stayed one week and loved it! Annie and her family were helpful, nice and really good to communicate during our stay! Quiet area, despite it being in the city center. No bars around… something that is bothering other parts of the city! We slept like angels 😃 Really recommended!!

A perfect, quiet location , kind hosts, and amazing little neighborhood. We happened to meet some of the neighbors and they were friendly and helpful. We will come again.

Εξαιρετικό σπίτι κοντά στην αγορά των Ιωαννίνων. Μεγάλοι χώροι και άνετες βεράντες. Το προτείνω με κλειστά μάτια

Το σπίτι είναι πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο με πάρκινγκ, εφοδιασμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα πχ σαμπουάν χαρτί υγείας, κουζίνας. Ο κύριος Μάκης ήταν πάρα πολύ βοηθητικός και ότι ζητήσαμε είχαμε άμεση εξυπηρέτηση. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!

Efstathios place was great. Amazing view. Very clean. The place is practically brand new. Very spacious. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.. we were close to Lefkada town, very convenient location. Would definitely recommend to others. Would stay there again.

This place is such a gem! Kynthia was very nice, and her father - a total star! He gave us fresh eggs, figs and veggies from his garden. We also loved the outdoor kitten that was around, she was very sweet. We loved staying here, efaristho! ❤️

Πολύ καλό σπίτι πολυ ανετο και ευρυχωρο. Είναι δίπλα στο μύλο των ξωτικών και κοντά στο κέντρο της πόλης.

Άψογη επικοινωνία με τον Δημήτρη, μας πρότεινε δραστηριότητες και μέρη για φαγητό που αποδείχθηκαν πολύ καλές επιλογές. Το κατάλυμα όμορφο, ζεστό, όπως ακριβώς στις φωτογραφίες πάνω ακριβώς από την πλατεία του Προυσσού.

Simeoni and Spiros are amazing hosts. There should be a separate category for Simeoni. The house location is perfect, private yet close to town which has plenty of amenities. The house is also very close to a great beach and fantastic sea-side tavernas. A perfect spot!!!

Had an absolutely fantastic time here! The location is great, the house is very nice and comfortable; easily accessible by car! She is a fantastic host and is extremely warm and welcoming! She gave us wonderful recommendations and was very easy to get in touch with if we had any questions. We hope to come back in the future!

The accommodation was stunning! Brand new, very comfy and modern. We had a really good time and the pool is really amazing. I highly recommend the villa, it's the perfect choice for a family with kids and the host welcomed us with watermelon, Greek wine&honey. The communication with miss Spyridoula was flawless, therefore this villa is the perfect choice for a perfect holiday in the beautiful Lefkada!

Das Apartment von Stavros war sehr sauber, schön und ansprechend dekoriert. Die Lage ist ideal – nur eine Minute vom Supermarkt entfernt und in der Nähe der beeindruckenden Meteora-Klöster, was es perfekt für Ausflüge macht. Stavros war ein ausgezeichneter Gastgeber. Er hat uns alles freundlich und professionell erklärt und stand jederzeit hilfsbereit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Das Apartment entsprach genau der Beschreibung, und ich kann es mit einem guten Gefühl und reinem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

This apartment is a great place to stay in Preveza. It’s clean, modern and very tastefully decorated. The apartment is spacious and there is a large private outdoor area. The location is very convenient, close to the waterfront and a short walk to the centre of town. Communication was excellent.

Me and my friend loved our stay at Thomas’ airbnb, and felt very safe even as two young female travellers. the house had great aircon and it was lovely to have a nice outdoor sitting area. also, for the price that you pay it is in a great location, being a 2 minute walk from the town of nydri and around 5 minutes from the beach. we had some issues with our power going out one day but thomas and his mother were very proactive in fixing it and apologetic ☺️
