Great little place for 2 families. It looks small from outside but it’s big from the inside. Clean Great hosts Had all we needed Allowed us early check in and late checkout We would definetly stay again!

Very pleased with this Airbnb. Clean, comfy. Extra comforts in the bath and kitchen. Comfortsble beds. Nice sheets and towels. Air conditioner worked well. Good security lighting and dead bolts on doors. Absolutely will recommend and use again while in Carlsbad. 🌻🌻

The house felt very homey and was spotless upon arrival. This spot is perfect for families or a group of friends comes with laundry machines, ac, heat, and it’s a walkable distance from downtown. Sandra was super responsive anytime I needed anything, I highly recommend you stay here during your visit to New Mexico!

Generally, we did not think much of the Carlsbad area but I was there for work. The house worked out great, way better than any hotel could have. Could have been cleaner upon arrival. We found numerous plastic wrappers from the straws in kids drinks like capri sun. The outdoor grill was on its last leg and the burner rusted off about a month into our stay. Fenced back yard worked out well for our dog. Host was super responsive to any requests. Temp housing in the area is ridiculous pricey so the price for the house is market driven I’m sure. Overall, a 4.5 star rating

The home was very clean and a great place to stay in Carlsbad. Neighborhood was quiet and this location is a perfect spot for those coming in to see the nearby Guadalupe and Carlsbad Caverns National Parks. It is also very close to a Walmart for ease of getting groceries and other necessities. We recommend the nearby Dragon Chinese Buffet for those that enjoy Chinese food, and we also had a great experience at Blue House Bakery for breakfast and coffee. I would avoid a local mexican restaurant called El Jimador, my party of 4 had an absolutely horrendous experience and felt very unwelcome by every member of the staff there. Otherwise you shouldn’t go wrong with host’s recommendations for restaurants!

This home was perfect for our stay while traveling. Extremely comfortable, great layout and beautifully decorated! Amenities were as described & local information in the booklet provided was helpful.

We enjoyed our short stay in Carlsbad. the house was comfortable and quiet, the games was a nice touch! The house was close to some great restaurants and a great stop over if exploring Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe.

This place was just right for us! Our little dog has a seizure disorder and has to travel with us. The backyard was perfect for him to stretch his legs, it was very private and large. The bedrooms were nice and comfy, the bathroom was clean and nice. The kitchen and dining areas were well appointed and nice. The living room was cozy and the TV was great! We loved our stay and would absolutely stay there again!

We loved our stay here! My wife and I, with our son stayed for the night after visiting the caverns. Julie’s home was incredibly cozy, and stocked with everything you would need. Some snacks, water, and there were even toys for my son. Great value, and quieter than a hotel. It exceeded expectations!

You won't regret staying here. Very safe location, clean studio, plenty of amenities and close to the Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains. Julie is a great host too, very responsive and helpful!

Very clean, well equipped kitchen with unexpected bonus of coffee, cinnamon and honey. Couch was comfortable to sleep on, bed very nice. Chris was super responsive to questions. 45 minutes from Guadeloupe Mountain national park and half that to Carlsbad Caverns. Neighbors’ roosters frequently woke us too early. Completely private location with fence.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The massage chair was a plus. The only negative is the backyard not being very private which made the hottub a bit awkward. Also there was only 1 tv in the whole house which was inconvenient. But otherwise a decent stay for just a quick trip to Carlsbad.

We loved staying at Mirage! There is a cute kitchenette and lots of storage space with a shower for 2. The icing on the cake was the hot tub in the backyard. After a few busy days - relaxing in the hot tub was such a treat. The communication from the hosts was excellent. And they provided a lot of information regarding the town and things to see and do which was so helpful. We loved our accommodations at Mirage and I definitely recommend it!

We stayed at Brendan’s while visiting Guadalupe Mountains National Park and Carlsbad Cavern! The place was clean and located in a nice area. We definitely appreciated the hot tub after hiking! Would recommend staying here.

We had an awesome 2-family stay. We loved the remote privacy and pastoral ranch setting, with the cows, sheep, horses and adorable herding dogs. The lodge-like house was very well appointed with interesting Texas decor and great big kitchen. We enjoyed the pool and chess tables. Our stay was too short, we hope to make it back!
