We were in the area for our daughter's basketball tournament and this house was perfect for our stay! Everything is exactly as described and very comfortable! Our dog loved the yard and was equally as content and loved our morning walks around the charming neighborhood. We stay in a lot of rentals and this was one of the best in terms of supplies and items to meet all needs. We will be back!

Renee was a great host with quick response time and provided added resources for what shelbyville had to offer. The house exceeded our expectations and we appreciated all the amenities that the house had to offer- will be recommending to other organizations to use for retreats!

Lovely house on the lake. The house is on three levels, so lots of space to spread out. The host was very communicative, supplied us with lots of recommendations, and was responsive. Overall a 5-star experience. Loved the deck to hang out on.

We’ve stayed at Lisa’s Airbnb maybe 5-6 times now. The home is always clean & impeccable. Plus it’s cozy & comfortable. It’s one of the finest Airbnb homes we’ve experienced. Well done Lisa!

Loved our stay! We’ve stayed at lots of AirBnBs and this was hands-down the cleanest. The large yard was great for my boys. The amenities- from towels to bedding to games - were all clean and well-thought-out. This is a cozy little space for some time to get away. Convenient location for reaching Aikman Wildlife Adventure and Yoder’s restaurant.

this little cabin was a great reset for the hubby, myself and our dogs. very comfortable. It's REALLY quiet and dark at night! We couldn't figure out how to town on the outside lights until the last night, which was fine as that's when we made our fire and s'mores. check in and out was really easy. I definitely recommend visiting the town of Casey while you're there. My only complaint is the stairs, they're steep and a bit intimidating, especially in the middle of the night or after a glass of two of wine 😉. we'll definitely come back is we ever find ourselves in that area again

This is our second time staying here as a family. There are several reasons we came back: check in and out is very easy; the space accommodates our extended family very well; there is direct lake access though you have to be aware the path is “natural“ and as Doug has said in other reviews, they do not have control over improving the path; the space was very clean and all the essentials are provided; Doug is very responsive and got back to us very quickly when we had minor questions! We would highly recommend staying here, as long as it doesn’t interfere with the time we want to come back😁

Sean was a great host & we really enjoyed our stay here. Super peaceful & beautiful location right on the water. The house was very clean & felt so homey. Would definitely stay again!

Samantha was so good to our family. Her house is charming and a wonderful gathering place for everyone- great dining room hightop table for game night. Beds are super comfortable. Right on the square. Perfect for a family event or getaway. Thanks Samantha!
