Great base for staying in Queenstown, walking distance to the centre, spacious, clean and quiet. It had everything we needed!

Great location. Easy walk into town. The construction nearby was not an issue. Quiet and private.

Beautiful apartment with views of the Gondola. Loved looking up onto the hill in the Morning as the sun was coming up. Great location - easy 10min walk to town. Complex very secure. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area. Would happily stay again.

it's a beautiful flat. perfect view for our Christmas holiday. the lift was out which made moving in and out with our luggage a little tricky. but overall it's a great choice for Airbnb and we had a good time there

Die Unterkunft lag am Lake Wanaka und man konnte zu Fuß entlang des Sees bis in die Innenstadt gehen. Vom Balkon aus hatte man einen tollen Blick auf den See. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder die Untefkunft buchen

Sunrise apartment is a beautiful place to stay and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. Jonathan and Julie are wonderful hosts who communicate clearly and provide excellent proactive recommendations for local activities and restaurants. They were also helpfully responsive to any questions that we had. We would love to stay at Sunrise apartment again.

Lauren was a gracious host and very communicative on booking, entry and departure giving us additional time to check out - beautiful spot in beautiful Queenstown where heaven meets earth - comfortable, clean and right on the water edge - perfect place to go for long walks in nature or sit and meditate with feet in the lake , overlooking the mountains … almost too true to believe- gotta try it !

The space was well located up in Fernhill, about 5-10 min drive from Central Queentown. It was an easy 30 minute walk downhill, then we would take Ubers back up the hill at the end of the night, which were inexpensive and plentiful. The space was split into two attached units (each w/their own key)- the first contained a bedroom, a bathroom, laundry, the living room, and the kitchen. The second unit contained a large bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette. Each had their own balcony with a fantastic view.

We enjoyed two weekend stays before and after tackling the Milford track. The Cabin was perfect for us – we loved the elevated location which provides really great views of the lake while central Queenstown is readily accessible. One implication is that surrounding streets are steep. The first weekend we relied on the Orbus bus service which is frequent, fast and amazing value. We also walked into town and ran a couple of Strava routes along the lake foreshore and foothills. For the second weekend we hired a car, which gave us the flexibility to visit Mora Wines for breakfast, get in a last day hike (the Moonlight track from Arthurs Point), and make several trips to conveniently collocated supermarkets on Gorge Road (FreshChoice for staples and the more upmarket Raeward Fresh for salads and BBQ fare). We made great use of the BBQ, and the laundry facilities, given our activity! As a host, Melanie was helpful and responsive, and kindly allowed us to store luggage while on the track.

Very clean,spacious and well appointed. Netflix and hot tub were great. Some views over Lake and mountains from out door area. Short steep walk into town. Enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

This is ultimate luxury in Queenstown. Beautiful views, stunning property, and super walkable to downtown.

Beautiful, huge penthouse flat. Lots of morning sunshine & afternoon shade. Massive kitchen although we didn’t cook, 3 lovely bathrooms.

A beautiful place to stay! The house is nestled near Lake Hayes, surrounded by nature, offering complete privacy. It has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The morning light streaming into the house is simply perfect. The entire home is spotless, modern, and well-maintained. While a car is necessary to reach the property, it's absolutely worth it. Sussie provided clear instructions, so I didn’t need to disturb her during my stay, and she also shared great recommendations for restaurants and activities. If I return to Queenstown, I would definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay. Quiet place with close/quick access to both Wanaka and Queenstown/Arrowtown. Definitely recommend.

Had a wonderful week in Fernhill exploring all Queenstown had to offer including quiet swim spots, playground with a VIEW, world class MTB tracks, forest and lakeside walks and sneaky local gems for food. We honestly wish we could have stayed longer! Thank you for a New Years to remember.
