While we were there we had power issues for most of the time we were there. Despite the inconvenience they tried their best to accommodate. Also they said they would reimburse us for the inconvenience. Little hard to find but nice quiet place and the children really loved the pool . The owner is very responsive and communicates well .

This was our second stay at the Lush Garden Cottage, and once again, we knew we made the right choice! The cottage is set on beautiful grounds with access to the coffee estate, where we loved walking and exploring. The location is perfect—peaceful yet convenient—with a great restaurant and coffee shop just across the street and a grocery market nearby. The WiFi was excellent, allowing us to work remotely without any issues. A big thank you to our host, Elle, and her sweet dogs, Kingston and Bali, who visited us regularly—they made our stay even more special. We wouldn’t hesitate to return!

We had an amazing stay at Oisso Apt! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area, and the ambiance was just right for relaxing and unwinding. The little thoughtful touches, from the well-stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds, made all the difference.

If you're looking for a place with magnificent views of the landscape of Arusha, quietness, and a remarkable home then stay at Julia's listing. The house is beautiful, modern, and makes you feel like you're part of the natural landscape (big windows, doors, and 360 views of the landscape). Julia was very efficient in communicating with me once I booked, and provided me with all the resources I needed to enjoy the stay. Highly recommend this listing.

What a wonderful place to kick back and take it easy! Frank and Eric were super-helpful. The staff at Frank's place we're professional and very responsive to our needs. We had access to a clean swimming pool and a lush garden. Loved the well designed garden nooks where we could read and lounge for hours on end. The serenity was absolutely worth the while! My family is definitely coming back again for another stay. Thank you Frank and team for making our holiday memorable.

Amazing place to stay! The beds are incredibly comfortable. The host is super responsive and proactive. The gardener during daytime and the night guard are really kind and welcoming. The fact that we are able to do our own washing in the laundry room is definitely a plus! We had a little water issue which was solved super quickly. The host came to check within a couple of minutes and even refunded some amount for the inconvenience, which was really appreciated. We will stay here again! For sure!

I was very happy with our staffs together for 4 nites..It was not far from Arusha town city. parking was very safe..Leaving room has Gud satellites TV(but a bit small) with comfortable sofas n dining table. kitchen has all types of dishes n bowls while preparing food ourselves..Especially, when check in/out time, the owner waited to escort us kindly..Instant showers(Total 3 places) made us very relaxed our body well..Daily service staff clean all rooms n other inside places.. Thanx again. we will select here again if the house is ready!!! thanx..Mosses n Angel!!

The photos dont do justice to this home ;Very clean and tastefully decorated modern home with a fully ewuipped kitchen, wifi and netflix access. The house was well stocked with drinking water, eggs,fresh butter, sugar, soap, toothbrush and clean towels in all the bathrooms. The host went above and beyond for the guests to feel at home. Was a great find would highly recommend for any group or family. I especially enjoyed the hot showers!

It was a lovely experience staying here. The place was tranquil and quiet. Although I wasn’t well, it was really wholesome to see that there were fresh fruits left for us to have. The house was pristine and located in a truly quiet and magnificent woodland area. Worth it for sure. We also planted a strawberry and papaya tree and that was a memorable experience. :) highly recommended.

Karah was a wonderful host...the house is not too far off the main road and has a gorgeous view of Mt. Meru! really such a find! We will definitely be back!

I really liked Prosper's place. Me and my family enjoyed staying at the place the whole two weeks of our vacation. It is a quiet place with beautiful surroundings and at a secured location. The place was clean with nice furnitures, enough kitchen equipments and very comfortable to be in. It is within walking distance to Uzunguni meat carnival that offers delicious meals. I highly recommend Prosper's place for anyone going to Arusha. I will stay again at the house when I go to Arusha.

This house and the whole compound is big and made of high grade wood (maybe mahogany). There are hardly any mosquitoes or flies. The owner did a great job on that. The house and entire compound are very clean. My kids loved it. Cons: the owner needs to improve on communication, including about Wi-Fi usage, etc. The owner left his family photos in the house, which kind of ruined the vacation mood everyday we had to look at that reminder we are in someone else’s home. Also, the master bath is ok, but not big enough, especially the very small vanity/sink, to match the beauty of the house. The time of the year we were there was very cold and no good heating options in the house. Overall: the stay was worth it. I highly recommend this place.

We had such a wonderful stay at Gian's place - the house and garden are lovely and it was perfect for a relaxing weekend away. It's beautifully furnished, the kitchen is well-equipped and we loved the extra little touches, as well as the open fireplace - just what we needed in the rain! Barbara was very responsive and helpful in providing local recommendations. To top it all off, it's ideally located a short drive from Arusha National Park.

Revo’s home is truly a home away from home! The apartment had everything we needed and looked just like the pictures. The host was always quick to respond and made our stay even better. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to come back!

Aida was very responsive and helpful every time we asked a question. Lucy the caretaker was also helpful! House is large and spacious and accommodated our large family well! You can catch a Tuk tuk right outside the front yard to get to the main shopping areas in town.

Grant and Kath’s place was lovely for our short stay in Arusha. The place is very secluded, quiet, and private with a beautiful view of Mount Meru. Frank was extremely helpful with providing groceries for us and ensuring our safari tour operator could locate the accommodation upon check out. This is truly a unique property and I would recommend it to anyone staying in the Arusha area!

I stayed at this hotel for about two weeks. We lived with four people. The living room, bedroom, kitchen, etc. were spacious enough for us to work and relax. Especially, it was nice to have air conditioning. And Jane, the accommodation manager, was very kind and communicated smoothly, took immediate action on our request, and was very comfortable during her stay. A lot of it was satisfying. However, I saw some parts that needed to be repaired. The faucet in the kitchen is not fixed. When the bathroom door on the first floor is closed, there is noise.

What an incredible experience. I absolutely loved my time here, and it was way too short. Mama Lema met me at the house and I was running a bit late, but she offered to make me food even though the power had been out and the water wasn't working. I didn't mind as I was looking for an authentic experience and I received it. Dee was out of town but Mama Lema and Dee's daughters were an absolute delight. They made me feel right at home, and offered the bonus of taking me up to the Chemka Hot Springs for some swimming and rope swings, we had breakfast together before the daughters went to school, and I was served lunch of fish, veggies, and rice, and fresh watermelon and bananas. I absolutely loved the authentic stay and discussions. Do be aware that during that time we didn't have running water and the electricity went out for a bit, but that made it more fun. We caught water from the rain and used headlamps to see. The bunk room was very comfortable and the nets were a nice added bonus. And the new kittens (2 weeks old) were adorable. At the end, Mama Lema arranged transport to the airport with Benjamin, our tuk tuk driver, and that was extra fun (until we found out that Tuk Tuk's aren't allowed through the gate at the airport so we walked an extra few meters from the gate to the airport, and then back to the gate for Covid testing, then back to the airport. If you are looking for a fun and affordable stay, and to be well taken care of and a feeling of love, and not worry about all the modern-day amenities, this is the place for you!
