My friends and I loved our stay Deric's place. He is a great host with a beautiful home. I highly recommend.

This spacious, lovely upstairs home is spotlessly clean, almost brand new and very, very comfortable. Everything is high quality--great beds, pretty linens, luxurious showers, excellent furniture, large tv, really nice kitchen with excellent appliances and all the cooking gear and dishware you need. Glory was very welcoming and responsive. Her descriptions are exactly accurate--though there are a few additional features worth mentioning---like views of Mt. Meru, Mt Sakila, and on a clear day, a fantastic view of Kilimanjaro and the pleasant verandahs off several of the rooms. It's easily the best airbnb we've rented and a great value for the money. In a quiet, well-kept area of Usa River, it is near Arusha National Park and not too far from Arusha proper. Not a tourist area but it is a great opportunity to experience contemporary,upscale African living. The downstairs neighbors speak English and are very helpful and friendly. Excellent for longer-term stays, families or small groups. Highly recommended.

This was a great spot! It was very cute, clean, and spacious and had everything we needed. Greg was responsive and helped us arrange breakfast in the morning. The balcony is a nice spot for morning coffee where you have views of the Mt Meru. Recommend for a group of friends or a family visiting Arusha for a few days!

I stayed at this hotel for about two weeks. We lived with four people. The living room, bedroom, kitchen, etc. were spacious enough for us to work and relax. Especially, it was nice to have air conditioning. And Jane, the accommodation manager, was very kind and communicated smoothly, took immediate action on our request, and was very comfortable during her stay. A lot of it was satisfying. However, I saw some parts that needed to be repaired. The faucet in the kitchen is not fixed. When the bathroom door on the first floor is closed, there is noise.

Die Mitarbeiter vom Haus und der Lodge nebenan sind freundlich, humorvoll und hilfsbereit. Nicht zu vergessen Sadi, mit dem wir einen wunderbaren Tag bei den Hadzas verbrachten. Im Dorf gibt es ein paar wenige Sachen einzukaufen, dennoch ist es am besten alles aus Karatu mitzubringen. Der Sundowner kann jedoch hervorragend vom Aussichtsturm von Kisima ngeda genossen werden. This is our new favorite hostel. We have traveled the world, and Cactus House Experience was the most comfortable and welcoming home of any of the developing nations we have visited. Our host was very accommodating, offering suggestions and transportation. There was an in-house cook, so we had three meals a day included in the price. Great value! It was always a wonderful selection of local food and fresh fruit. The rooms were comfortable and clean. There is lots to do and see. Be sure to ask about all of the excursions they offer including safari, waterfall day trips, coffee experience and so much more!

It was pleasure staying at Asella’s place. Lovely host. I’d stay there again. She was attentive to detail and went out of her way to ensure that our stay with our infant was as comfortable as could be. Her place is tastefully decorated and exactly as in the pictures.

While we were there we had power issues for most of the time we were there. Despite the inconvenience they tried their best to accommodate. Also they said they would reimburse us for the inconvenience. Little hard to find but nice quiet place and the children really loved the pool . The owner is very responsive and communicates well .

We had an amazing stay at Oisso Apt! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area, and the ambiance was just right for relaxing and unwinding. The little thoughtful touches, from the well-stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds, made all the difference.

It’s hard to put into words how special this stay was, but I’ll try. Here, you don’t just book a place to stay, you experience genuine warmth and hospitality. Cedric and Evaline welcomed me with open arms, picking me up from the bus station, showing me around, and helping me plan my trip through northern Tanzania. They know the area very well and did everything to make my stay unforgettable. When an ATM swallowed my card, leaving me without money for three days, they didn’t hesitate to lend me what I needed. They also checked in on me throughout my journey, showing that they aren’t just hosts, they’re truly caring, generous and big-hearted people. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, a space that felt like home. What started as a stay turned into a friendship. Thank you both for this unforgettable experience, your kindness and support, my trip would have been very different without you. I hope to be back soon!

The villa backs onto the golf course, with a beautiful verandah offering great views across over to the club house. It’s a short walk to the first tee, and the hosts do everything possible to make it easy to play - arranging caddies, organising green fees to be added to your bill, and providing a decent set of clubs to use free of charge. The chef is great, and guests sit down to a lavish breakfast every morning, with fresh juices, fruits, granola, eggs and meats. Dinners and lunches are also available and always varied menus and extremely generous portions. The villa is peaceful and calm, with comfortable furniture and high quality beds and bedding. Bathrooms and kitchen is well appointed. All in all, a completely perfect place to stay at kiligolf.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Derick's place! The apartment is very beautiful, well decorated and it's in an incredibly peaceful scompound, perfect for relaxation. Derick is an exceptional host who goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. His hospitality and attention to detail truly made the stay comfortable. The location is also perfect, with restaurants and supermarkets just a short distance away, making everything so convenient. I highly recommend Derick's place for anyone looking for a beautiful and serene place to stay. I’ll definitely be back!

Aida was very responsive and helpful every time we asked a question. Lucy the caretaker was also helpful! House is large and spacious and accommodated our large family well! You can catch a Tuk tuk right outside the front yard to get to the main shopping areas in town.

A cozy place and elmisia was more than helpful. Everytime I needed something he was there to help me. I'll be back for sure.

I had a relaxing time at Angelique. After a long week of meetings, it was the best decision to stay at Angelique Oasis to regroup and relax. I wish I could have had a longer stay. The house exceeded expectations; it was quiet, clean, and equipped with modern amenities. I was even offered complimentary Tanzanian coffee. On a very special note, I enjoyed the fresh flowers from the garden, connecting with nature. The staff was friendly and attentive, respecting privacy. The host provided helpful advice on dining options. The WIFI was reliable, allowing me to stay on top of my emails throughout the evening. The taxi service to and from Angelique was punctual, facilitating travel between destinations. Located just 25-30 minutes from the airport, it truly is a hidden gem that I would recommend to anyone.

What an incredible experience. I absolutely loved my time here, and it was way too short. Mama Lema met me at the house and I was running a bit late, but she offered to make me food even though the power had been out and the water wasn't working. I didn't mind as I was looking for an authentic experience and I received it. Dee was out of town but Mama Lema and Dee's daughters were an absolute delight. They made me feel right at home, and offered the bonus of taking me up to the Chemka Hot Springs for some swimming and rope swings, we had breakfast together before the daughters went to school, and I was served lunch of fish, veggies, and rice, and fresh watermelon and bananas. I absolutely loved the authentic stay and discussions. Do be aware that during that time we didn't have running water and the electricity went out for a bit, but that made it more fun. We caught water from the rain and used headlamps to see. The bunk room was very comfortable and the nets were a nice added bonus. And the new kittens (2 weeks old) were adorable. At the end, Mama Lema arranged transport to the airport with Benjamin, our tuk tuk driver, and that was extra fun (until we found out that Tuk Tuk's aren't allowed through the gate at the airport so we walked an extra few meters from the gate to the airport, and then back to the gate for Covid testing, then back to the airport. If you are looking for a fun and affordable stay, and to be well taken care of and a feeling of love, and not worry about all the modern-day amenities, this is the place for you!

Really beautiful single standing house. Not far away from the tarmac road. We felt home away from home and enjoyed our time over there a lot. We will come back in case we need a homestay in Arusha again.

Lodge is very ok, very clean and full of very sympathetic people. Apart of being hostel in nice clean lodge, we were provided with assistance 24/7, local guidance, nice breakfasts (Thanks mama Rachel). If you look for a secure and clean location this lodge is a great offer.
