The place was perfect for our stay on Aitutaki! We were able to rent a motorbike and get around the island super easily, and then relax back at the room afterwards. It was clean, very comfortable, and the view is amazing. Especially enjoyed hanging by the pool after a long day. On top of that Luke was more than accommodating with every question/request. We would definitely stay here next time we visit!

Our stay with Jenny and her husband was absolutely one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had! They welcomed us with such warmth and kindness that we felt like we were staying with good friends. They are truly exceptional hosts – super sweet, incredibly friendly, and always eager to help with anything we needed. The accommodation was spotless, cozy, and had everything we could possibly ask for. Jenny and her husband went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We genuinely didn’t want to leave and would have loved to stay longer. Without a doubt, we will be back! If you're lucky enough to book a stay with them, you're in for an amazing experience. Highly recommend!

Lovely and beautiful bungalow right by the sea, very cozy and private. Location is great but I do recommend renting a car or a scooter. Brooke kindly organized a scooter for us which was a great way to explore the island! Would definitely recommend staying at barefoot bungalow and enjoy the laid back island life of Aitutaki :-)

This bungalow is in a beautiful location with an excellent lagoon aspect.The hosts are unbelievable and give service a new meaning. As an example, my wife had an issue with the mattress and we mentioned it to Vaea to see if perhaps she had a possible solution. We never expected her to source a new mattress on this small island, but that is exactly what she did and that very night, my wife had a great nights sleep. Thank you, thank you, thank you Vaea for going truly above and beyond in your response to this issue. Additionally, please take the opportunity to book a private lagoon / snorkeling cruise with her husband Marokii. You will not be disappointed by his service, insights and commentary along the way. They both made our visit to Aitutaki a most memorable experience! Cheers

As it was my partners first time to Aitutaki, Eileen’s residence allowed that island-feel vibe where we were able to absorb the island at our own pace. We weren’t rushed for room service or the breakfast buffet or with family arrangements. No. We soaked Aitutaki slowly but surely. It’s nicely surrounded by nature which allows some privacy from the busy road but not too far to hop to the shop. We made friends with Chad (the goat) and enjoyed making memories. Thank you Eileen for your warm hospitality - will definitely be returning back to you for future Aitutaki plans :)

This Villa is situated at the best location in the island. Your front yard is basically the lagoon. The villa was spacious and all of the amenities were great. There are air conditioning units in each bedroom for those hotter days. Nora was super helpful and responsive. Richard, Nora’s dad, was extremely nice and knowledgeable about the island. He gave us tons of information. Richard also owns a boat and took us on a private lagoon tour. He is a retired fisheries officer with over 30 years of experience and still volunteers to help with conservation efforts of the island. Amazing family and an amazing stay.

Absolutely gorgeous location!! Our host Tania was easy to work with and very responsive. Our co-hosts Ruth and Mu, were very attentive and friendly. We rented a moped to travel the island for 10 days, but the restaurants and grocery store are easy to walk to.
