The Dog House was an adorable place to stay while visiting Golden. We loved how easy it was to walk downtown and along the river path.

Pete and Kate's guesthouse is nice. I stayed 5+ days at their guesthouse. The guesthouse is quiet, clean, and comfortable. The Wifi connection is Strong. Pete and Kate responded quickly to my questions, and they were helpful! I enjoyed my stay!

A true gem in Colorado. Between the super helpful host and cozy living space you'll feel at home.

Eclectic and cozy, this place was perfect. Even had a working turntable and 1970s vinyl records. So close to the Denver Botanical Gardens. Quiet for good sleeping

We enjoyed our stay immensely! Rebecca and Trace were very responsive hosts and made lots of great recommendations in the area. Louisville is so charming, we felt very safe walking around the town exploring the wonderful restaurants and quaint neighborhood - it was so peaceful and quiet! Our beds were VERY comfortable and we felt right at home! The location was perfect! We will definitely stay again!

This apartment is in a fantastic location. It is walkable to downtown Golden shops, restaurants, and local trails. It was an enjoyable home base for our week long stay to visit with family in the area.

Hace unos días, junto con mi hermana, nos alojamos aquí. El lugar era cómodo y acogedor (igual a las fotos). Tenía todo lo necesario para poder tener una buena estancia. La zona en la que se ubica la casa es muy tranquila y bonita. De fácil acceso. Todo queda relativamente cerca en auto. Sabrina, como anfitriona, fue muy amable y clara con sus instrucciones. La verdad es que nos encantó y volveríamos a alejarnos sin problemas! Lo recomendamos si buscas un espacio tranquilo, privado y acogedor, realmente con todo lo necesario para una gran estadía.

Ben’s communication from start to finish has been excellent . The unit is exactly as posted and when we walked in, it exceeded my expectations . Cleanliness is top priority for me and his place is so clean ! Location was key for me as I wanted to be close to my daughter’s residence . I look forward to staying here on future visits out to see my daughter .

Nice layout. Clean bathroom and kitchen. Great to have laundry inside. Neutral decor. Responsive host. Plenty of storage space in closet and dresser.

Aimee's studio was a great fit for me. It had everything needed for a three night stay. Parking right outside the door was a great perk. Close to Washington Park and other great neighborhoods for eating and shopping. They gave me great dinner recommendations and responded very promptly. There's a new deli, Leven, in the area that is a great option for lunch/dinner.

This is a nice over-the-garage space completely independent from the rest of the property. Located in the Fivepoints neighborhood and convenient to the rest of Denver by car streetcar bus or even scooter. I was in Denver for a conference and this unit met all my needs. Parking is on- street but we never had trouble with finding a space. The deli and bakery at the streetcar stop are delightful as are the several places recommended in the house book. If we are in Denver overnight again we will be seeking this unit out. Definitely recommend!

Cory’s guesthouse was the perfect place to stay in Berkeley, near West Highland. I needed a convenient spot for looking for a home, and this was great. The place is beautifully remodeled and perfect for me to stay in and work from during the day. The kitchen is well stocked and I was able to cook an entire meal easily! Would highly recommend this great location.

We loved our stay! Even though we were in somebody’s back yard, we had lots of privacy. The Neighborhood is safe, with a small police station right behind it. It was quiet and peaceful, and the people we encountered out and about were very friendly. We were a short drive from downtown activities, an easy drive from the airport and centrally located for longer day trips to the mountains. The host was very responsive and clear with instructions. The tv had streaming services. The full kitchen was well stocked and easy for me to prepare meals for my family. The mud room was nice too. I would 100% stay here again. Highly recommend!

Another Great stay at Mike's guesthouse! The guesthouse is clean, comfortable, and well stocked (spices, linens, blankets, etc.). Mike's guesthouse offers a Great location, strong Wifi connection, and quiet workspace if needed. I enjoyed my stay!

This was a lovely place for a small reunion of college friends in town for a friend’s event. The location was easy to access both from Denver and Boulder where we were splitting our time. The rental was just big enough for us to have some space to lounge in the morning and watch some tv and catch up in the evenings without it being oversized for our needs.

My wife and I booked a stay day-of, and they were extremely flexible with check-in, and they responded to us very quickly. Super convenient place, beautiful in the morning. We cooked breakfast and ate it on the balcony that overlooks the street. Very peaceful morning, private, and simple. Will definitely check this place out again if need be. Thank you!

Such a cute and cozy Airbnb! Very clean and the location was a quick 15 minute drive from everything we wanted to do. I will definitely stay there on my next trip to Denver.

Joshua responded to any questions quickly and completely. His pace was as described. Bed, linens, pillows and blankets were heavenly. Only caution is the outdoor stairs leading up to the place. They are steep. Walk with care.

Stay was amazing. She was quick to come fix an issue we had with the toilet and was very responsive and overall just a great stay. Would stay again.
