love the location and there’s also many convenience stores (7e and lawson) on our way back to home. the house is well equipped and comfortable to accommodate 2 person.

Stayed at Tokyo Ryokan recently and really liked it. Super convenient spot—easy to walk around, with lots of local shops and a convenience store just a minute away. The area felt safe and chill, and it was easy to get to different places by JR train. Overall, comfy place to stay and everything you need is close by. Would totally stay again!

It was a great stay, the location was convenience near station with Family Mart and 7 Eleven around, also there is one local super market and few eatery place, bus stop is also near by. Mr. Akira is a very friendly person, he had given us clear direction and very responsive. I would like to thanks him for waiting us on being late check in, overall our 07 nights stay was wonderful, thanks you......

This place was a perfect stay for me and my friends would recommend to anyone who wants to be around shinjuku without the the busy hustle of the city.

We will recommend this place to all our friends who are going to visit Japan. It is very nice and spacious (the latter is not so common in Japan), and the hosts are very friendly and responsive. Moreover, it is close to Nippori station, so it is easy to get around Tokyo and also very easy to get from the airport — on a convenient Skyliner train where you can fit with your suitcases or strollers without any hustle.

This place also near with Seven Eleven and Familymart so easy to get food. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring a smooth check-in process and providing helpful local recommendations. The amenities were top-notch, including a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. If you're looking for a peaceful place, Sozo is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended for travelers who want a unique and comfortable experience in Komagome, Tokyo

You can see the Tokyo Tower from your window. It’s less than a minute walk from a station which allows you to commute where you’d like to go without too much of rolling your luggage. The staff are super friendly and there’s complimentary snacks and drinks. Clean, Modern, and Sleek room!

아이와 4인 가족 여행하기 너무 좋았어요. 엘레베이터 세탁기 드라이기 칫솔 일반 무인호텔이라 생각하시면 되요. 생긴지 얼마 안되서 쾌적했어요. 바로앞 세븐일레븐이 있어서 편했어요. 짐 보관 안되는건 어쩔수없는거라 그게 호텔에 비해 아쉬웠어요. 다시 오고 싶어요.

I had a great stay at Hostel Lund. It was in a great location and a short walk from the station. The place was clean, quiet, and the host was very responsive. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to visit Tokyo.

We've stayed in several Airbnbs and do not give five stars often. We have to in this case. This was, by far, the cleanest, most well laid-out place we've been. It can be very difficult to find a place in Tokyo that sleeps 6 but here, we could have had more and not felt crowded. I also have to give credit for the incredible responsiveness whenever we had questions. Truly top notch. Also, we love that this place was located in a very quiet area so close to a train station and to a 7-11 and other convenience stores (convenience stores in Tokyo are better than in the states). It meant everything after busy days and evenings of sight seeing and other experiences to be able to settle into a place that quickly felt like home. We highly recommend this location. We'd stay again in a heartbeat.

Da's place was very clean & she was responsive to my questions, with quick answers to the point. Location is also just nice for those who want some peace & quiet during the nights but not too far away from the train station.. If I had to describe one downside, it would be there is no elevator in the building hence if you have many luggages you have to be prepared to carry them up the stairs, though the host has mentioned this clearly in their description. Overall I'm satisfied with my stay & would return again, with lesser & lighter luggage.

Die Unterkunft war sehr toll. Die Lage war perfekt. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend, aber Ikebukuro ist sehr gut und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar und die anderen Teile von Tokio sind von der Station Ikebukuro schnell und einfach erreichbar. In der Nähe der Unterkunft gibt es mehrere 7/11 und Family Marts. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat immer sehr schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Wir würden diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.
