"La piccola casa con il giardino completamente recintato era perfetta per il nostro soggiorno. Tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno è arredato con cura e praticità. Cinzia è una padrona di casa incredibilmente gentile e disponibile. Fa di tutto per rendere il soggiorno il più piacevole possibile e risponde immediatamente alle richieste. Siamo rimasti particolarmente colpiti dal frigorifero ben fornito con numerose bevande e cibi. Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni meravigliosi lì con i nostri due cani, che sono stati accolti molto calorosamente. Il Jacuzzi era sempre molto pulito e veniva regolarmente controllato e pulito dalla padrona di casa. Cinzia è sempre disponibile quando serve, ma rispetta anche la privacy dei suoi ospiti. Ci siamo sentiti completamente a nostro agio e possiamo consigliare vivamente la casa.". Era molto bello

By the famous lakeshore surrounded by nature and close to multiple known cities, including Perugia and Cortona. The host is a very friendly welcoming person and always responsive. A highly recommended place with a very special remarkable experience.

We do not have the words to describe our stay here as it was truly special. I wish we had more time and if we are able to return one day we will definitely stay at Anna’s again. Anna went over and beyond to make our stay extra special. She had a variety of local goodies and goodies she made for us. She made us reservations at a nearby restaurant the first evening which was great good and a great experience. She arranged a tour of the local museum which was an amazing experience. She came with us and used her translator on her phone as we unfortunately do not speak Italian. Civitella d’Agliano is a special place and the people are wonderful. Thank you Anna for sharing your piece of heaven on earth with us!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub mit 9 Freunden. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ist sehr hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Außenbereich war wunderschön und grün. Ein toller Pool und viel Platz ganz für sich alleine. Alles exakt wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern gezeigt. In der Nähe sind mit dem Auto viele schöne und günstige Restaurants erreichbar. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und hatten eine schöne Zeit. Amanda war sehr freundlich und war immer schnell erreichbar bei Fragen.

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war sehr schön! Der Pool war sehr sauber und wurde jeden Abend gereinigt. Obwohl man sich den Pool mit drei weiteren Wohnungen teilt, war es immer sehr ruhig und angenehm in der Unterkunft. Unser Highlight war außerdem der Pizzaofen mit dem wir sehr leckere frische Pizza gemacht haben!

Vi havde en fantastisk uge i Casa Trasimonte, hvor vi nød huset, poolen, terrassen og udsigten. Huset er rigt udstyret, så vi spiste en del hjemme. Vi spiste også på den lokale restaurant Lo Scoliotto, hvor udsigten og maden er god. I Tuoro spiste vi med flot udsigt over søen. Selve Largo Trasimeno var lidt af en skuffelse. Ikke at se på (virkelig smuk), men ikke indbydende ift. at bade i. Vi løb gode ture i bjergene omkring huset, og mødte en smuk dyrediversitet. Alt i alt en stor anbefaling fra os.

המארח היה מאד ידידותי , הכין ארוחת ערב טעימה ונעימה בטוח שנזכור את שהייתנו כחוויה נעימה. ייתכן והוספת ארוחת בוקר הייתה משלימה את החוויה המקסימה שחווינו. תודה רבה לאנדראה.

Luogo mozzafiato, zona tranquilla inmerso nel bel messo delle colline , con dei paesaggi splendidi. Raccomando al 100%. Mery è stata gentilissima e ci a raccomandato dove è come muoverci in zona . Grazie ✨🙏😁

El alojamiento es precioso en medio de jardines maravillosos para pasear a cualquier hora del día con un encanto diferente. Es un lugar con historia muy bien mantenido, limpio, bonito y con todo lo necesario. La habitación de arriba es perfecta para personas no tan mayores para evitar posibles accidentes pues las escaleras son un poco empinadas, esa habitación es preciosa! La piscina es muy linda y cómoda para compartir con otros huéspedes. Lo mejor la amabilidad, atención y cuidado de Marika. Gracias también a Giovanni, que aunque no lo conocimos, siempre estuvo atento a lo que necesitáramos. Es un lugar estratégico para visitar varios lugares de la Toscana. Vale la pena compartir el día de pizza con las personas de Cicogna, además de que comimos delicioso, cantamos y bailamos. Fue una experiencia única despertar en medio de esos parajes! Muy recomendado y seguro si volviéramos, repetiríamos y por más días!

Abbiamo passato un bel weekend nella tranquillità delle colline toscane in una zona non molto lontana da Arezzo. La piscina è abbastanza grande e ci si può rilassare tranquillamente sui lettini. l'appartamento è molto accogliente e dotato di tutto il necessario con patio esterno per poter fare colazione o i pasti. Infine un altro punto a favore va a Marika per l'accoglienza, l'ospitalità e la descrizione del posto con le varie attività da fare. Una host davvero impeccabile da cui si evince una vera passione per il suo lavoro mettendo cura nel mantenimento degli spazi comuni

Sal was a lovely host, very kind and greeted us openly with his entire family there visiting. The house is 1km off the main road so quite remote, but very picturesque over the valley. He gave an overview of the apt and property at check-in and didn’t bother us during the stay, but said hello a few times by the pool ☺️ The AC in both rooms worked well and the bed was quite comfy - softer than any others we had over a month in Europe. The shower had a drain clog but I was able to clear, it is quite small though if you’re tall or wide 😉 (needed some shower soap). Kitchen had most things, would’ve liked some olive oil but they ran out of their production for the season. Sal did give us a stellar bottle of their wine from 2017 that was magnificent! Laundry was efficient in the pool house, and the pond and duck was peaceful. The pool area is lovely and plenty of chairs / umbrellas. A little further from main towns / restaurants than expected. Some excellent wineries nearby though!

J'ai adoré mon séjour dans ce magnifique petit appartement. Maria Argia et Massimo sont des hôtes adorables, très accueillants, à l'écoute, généreux et disponibles. J'ai beaucoup apprécié le comfort général, la proprété impecable, le parking derrière le portail , la jolie tonnelle avec les citronniers, la proximité du lac et du village, tout peut se faire à pied. Merci Maria Argia et Massimo pour vos gentilles attentions, je me suis sentie comme à la maison et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

We had the most amazing two weeks in Luca's gem of an countryside apartment. The apartment was very clean upon arrival, and is located in the most stunning valley. Luca and his family was very friendly, would always help is with any questions we had and gave us really good reccomandations of the area. We really enjoyed our time there.

This place was everything we wanted and more. SO private (we were aline and no other guests in the big Vila next door). the view is just stunning- waking up to it every day, seeing it from the bedroom and drinking our coffee in this view was magical. arriving there is easy but the oast 5 min drive are in a bit more rocky road- fine for higher cars we arrived when it was fully dark and it was still.fine the pool is amazing we had everything we needed here and likes how it is surrounded by green and really isolated. the communication was easy thank you so.much! I wish we will come back!

We are in Europe for a year from California, with our two Logotti, and stayed 6 wonderful weeks at Faetole. The cottage inside is modern chic, on three floors, views of the forest on all sites. Totally peaceful, serene. Everything works great! The main road is a km away and we walked in the hillsides, forests, vineyards and olive gardens, and got to know the friendly folk in the neighborhood. The dogs had a blast playing with Gustavino, the host's doggie. Our hostess was more than helpful and communicative! She is a wonderful person ... warm, considerate, kind ... Tuscany in winter. Off season. Quiet, with lovely panoramic drives, great food, olive oil and wine. The weather has cycled through cold, rain, wind and fog. Every morning was a surprise - the skyline over the rolling hills would feature a different look at sunrise! Nearby cites - Siena, Lucca, Volterra - are so scenic and pleasant to walk around. A WONDERFUL experience.

Fantastic place - 1000 characters are too few to describe everything! The apartments are arranged in a way that no one disturbs each other. All around, there's silence and tranquility. The house is an excellent base for both longer and shorter trips. The pool on hot days allowed us to catch our breath after sightseeing. The kitchen is decently equipped. The hosts are incredibly friendly, and their professionalism is evident. We felt taken care of every day. The complete set of information received before arrival made planning our stay much easier. Plus, we had good ongoing communication. All of Sabina's recommendations were useful for us. If they organize a walk around the area, we definitely recommend participating 😊 Not far from the house is a well-stocked Gala grocery store. In the town of Tavernelle, you can find great ice cream and a pastry shop, and on selected days, you can buy vegetables at the market. After these holidays, Umbria has gained a special place in our hearts.

Diederik en Martine zijn heel aangename hosts! Geen vraag is hun teveel en heel snel krijg je antwoord. Het huisje ligt in een natuurgebied waar het rustig en stil verblijven is. Wie graag 's avonds nog café's of bars wil bezoeken moet de wagen nemen want in de onmiddellijke omgeving is weinig te beleven. Wél kan je wat hoger de berg oprijden en iets lekker eten bij La Baita di Montarale. De Italiaanse uitbaters zijn heel vriendelijk. Aanrader! In de woning is alle comfort aanwezig: gasvuur,vaatwasser,koelkast met vriesvak, douche,bad,beddengoed,zelfs zeep en shampoo! Buiten kan je gebruik maken van de BBQ, de gezellige zitplaats én niet te vergeten het zwembad. Wekelijks komt iemand langs voor onderhoud. Natuurgebied dus ook heel wat dieren en kriebelbeestjes (insecten). Dagelijks hebben we schorpioentjes gespot (die ook wel al eens binnenshuis opdoken) wat eerst wat schrikken was maar uiteindelijk wel went...ze zijn onschuldig en nuttig. Wij hebben in elk geval genoten van onze vakantie in Casa Lavanda!!

Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft befindet sich inmitten eines Pferdehofs mit vielen Bäumen drum herum. Unser Hund hat den eingezäunten und eigenen Garten geliebt. Sehr erholsam und gerne wieder.

The cottage is strategically located in the mountains near Florence, offering a stunning view of the Arno River valley and Florence. The property is comfortable, quiet, and ideal for a contemplative, restful vacation. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the heating is both efficient and sustainable. Giacomo was responsive and warmly welcomed us, providing excellent guidance on local attractions. It was a pleasure to spend time at his property. Highly recommended! Alvaro
