Ascona : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Sehr schöne moderne Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit Davide war sehr nett und unkompliziert.

Wir waren mit 2 Kindern in der Wohnung und es war für uns perfekt. Alles zu Fuss super erreichbar und zwei Zimmer zum Schlafen. Der Küchentisch verfügt bloss über 3 Stühle, da wir aber immer auswärts gegessen haben, war es für uns so ok. Patrizio war jeweils super schnell mit seinen Antworten. Danke!

Absolutely wonderful place and Claudia was a fantastic host. The views are incredible but at a price, quite a few steps to get up to the house but well worth it. Very quiet area with good amount of privacy. Easy to walk to everything in Como, we will use this house again if our travels bring us back to Como.

Tommaso es muy amable y servicial. El departamento se encuentran bien ubicado, cercano al centro de la ciudad y posee una linda terraza. Se encuentra bien equipado y con todo lo necesario para una buena estadía.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Was zum erwähnen ist es ist im Untergeschoss und hat aus diesem Grund nur kleine Fenster. War allerdiengs für uns gar kein Problem und die Unterkunft ist so schön und heimelig eingerrichtet, dass man das eigendich auch total ausblendet. Ruth war sehr freundlich und wir hatten auch im Garten eine nette Unterhaltung. Wir finden es auch sehr grosszügig, dass man den Pool und den Garten mitbenutzen darf. Einfach toll!

Ein echtes Bijou mit atemberaubendem Ausblick! Die Lage ist perfekt: ruhig und doch zentral. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man zu Fuss den See, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell im Zentrum von Locarno. Liliane und Rolf sind wunderbare Hosts – äusserst gastfreundlich und stets schnell erreichbar. Wir haben über zwei Wochen hier verbracht, sowohl für Ferien als auch für Home-Office, und uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

Das Loft ist wunderschön und luxuriös ausgestattet mit einer atemberaubenden Terrasse mit Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Es ist noch besser als in der Beschreibung. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

We loved staying in this house. The location and the view were breathtaking & the large terrace and garden were perfectly quiet. The house itself is comfortable and well equipped - looks and feels much better than the pictures. Olga & her assistants were very responsive and helpful, resolving any small issues and questions quickly.

Fabrizio is a very nice man and an involved host in the best possible way. I loved having him as a host and would recommend his place to anyone - it's beautiful!

This was the most beautiful airbnb we have ever stayed at. I wish we could’ve stayed longer because it was amazing. Sara was a great host & helped us when we couldn’t find how to get in & also gave us some recommendations for food. We loved walking around and exploring the area, there are a lot of waterfalls all around! Thank you & we hope to be back someday.

Excelente casa, muy cómoda todo estaba impecable. Increible lugar y la vista que tiene al lago es espectacular, desde allí pudimos ver los fuegos artificiales de Año Nuevo. We had a great stay, thank you Doris. The apartment is in the perfect location with just a short walk to the lake and city (uphill on the way back). It has lovely views over the lake and mountains. Everything was perfectly clean. Can only recommend.

From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the stunning panoramic views—It felt like stepping into a postcard! Whether we were sipping coffee on the balcony in the morning or enjoying a glass of wine at sunset, the vista was a spectacular treasure. The apartment was a peaceful haven with wonderful features: impeccably clean, quiet, and fully equipped with everything we could need—and beyond. The mattress was luxurious, the shower had instant hot water & excellent pressure, and the cozy kitchen was stocked with thoughtful touches. The outdoor dining area & balcony sofa quickly became our favorite spots to relax and soak in the majestic scenery. Our hostess, Raffaella, was kind, responsive & accommodating. We were warmly welcomed with a bottle of Prosecco, Nespresso pods, a variety of snacks and more—we truly felt like honored guests. If you’re looking for an unforgettable stay in Lugano, this apartment is a gem! Highly recommend.

The apartment was super modern and central, looking anew, very spacious and comfortable. It had all the ammenities one needs to feel at home—and enjoy a new city. In walking distance from the main sights of Lugano (Gandria, Parco Ciani, Mt. Brè and Lugano’s city center) and surrounded by all the services one might need.

Wir hatten tolle Tage in Como, die Unterkunft liegt ideal um alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sabrina war sehr nett und Hilfsbereit. Es war alles sehr unkompliziert. Wir wurden mit einem kleinen Kuchen und Wein empfangen. Mit dem Auto bis zu Unterkunft zu gelangen war für uns etwas schwierig, da GoogleMaps die Einbahnstraße in der Innenstadt nicht kennt. Aber wir haben es geschafft und Sabrina hat auf uns gewartet ;) Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen. Danke Sabrina!

Ende Oktober/anfangs November 24 haben wir eine wunderbare Woche in Andrea's liebevoll eingerichteter Wohnung verbracht. Wir mussten kurzfristig für einen Krankenbesuch ins Tessin und haben erst am Vorabend der Anreise bei Andrea gebucht. Das war top unkompliziert und einfach. Die erste Reaktion beim Betreten der Wohnung war: "das ist ja eine Honeymoon Suite!". Viel Liebe zum Detail, super geschmackvolle Deko-Details, diverse Vasen mit frischen Blumen, sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, gutes Licht, usw. Hat einfach alles gestimmt! Andrea war sehr unkompliziert, herzlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, denn es ist der richtige Ort zum Entspannen.

Lovely stay in Lugano! Quick walk to train station and 15 min walk to lake. Modern and updated apartment with stunning views from every room. Apartment had everything - from a washer/dryer to a well stocked kitchen - there was even a levoit fan. Fast WiFi too! While this is listed as a 1 bedroom, the living room has a door and sleeper couch for privacy as a 2nd bedroom if needed. The host Gea was lovely and so helpful. Thank you!

Claudio’s Airbnb is really a wonder to stay in . It’s so technologically advanced and the place is clean , spacious and private . Claudio was really helpful with my request and guided me with the check in well . The kitchen is a work of wonder and the house is really well decorated . I felt comfortable living her with my wife .

Wunderschöne, grosszügige Wohnung, zentral gelegen. In der Nähe einer Busstation und direkt hinter einer Migros. Antonio ist sehr zuvorkommend und stets sofort erreichbar. Einfacher undabhängiger check-in und check-out möglich. Wir konnten unsere aktiven Ferien sehr geniessen und fühlten uns wohl in dem Apartement. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Excellent séjour, Daniele et Ernestina sont très accueillants. Malgré une météo pluvieuse, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le lieu et hôtes. Merci à vous !
