We received a really warm welcome from the hosts. The beds were nicely clean and made up and were super comfy. Location was in easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, trains and the town centre. The road was quiet and peaceful. Offered plenty of parking and was easily accessible. The hosts communicated well which led to an all round terrific stay.

Our stay was amazing! Caroline was extremely helpful throughout our stay, from welcoming us at check in, to suggesting local services when we needed them! There were quite a few treats left at the cottage, from fresh bread, snacks, drinks etc and made us feel as we are visiting friends! The cottage is full of character and we were able to fully relax. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a lovely stay in Ruth's cottage, we have no complaints. The area was central to what we wanted to do and the cottage itself is lovely and cosy. The kitchen was fully equipped and has a dishwasher, which we found a welcome surprise, who wants to wash up on holiday? The bedrooms are comfortable with blackout blinds, we all slept well, but there is a road outside so if you are a light sleeper or have children perhaps the back bedroom would suit them more. We particularly enjoyed using the snug, where a few games of chess were played. There are lots of board games to choose from. This is our first time using an airbandb, we found the whole experience good and we shall use again, but I doubt we will be able to come back to Ruth's cottage as we think it will book up really quickly! Thanks for a lovely stay.

The cottage is peaceful and private, as well as being in a beautiful location. Alastair and Vicky are excellent hosts and were most responsive to my requests. Highly recommended.

We felt at home in Tima’s house. She is friendly and responsive. The place was amazing and a very accurate listing. 5 minutes walk to the river and It has a peaceful neighbourhood. We will come back Again.

Second time that we've stayed - very nice cottage in the Surrey Hills, handy for walks around Holmwood Common and Fourwents Pond, and Diana is a friendly and helpful host. Recommended, will definitely use again

Quel merveilleux séjour chez Kornelia et Fred. Une maison superbe, très lumineuse, cosy où on se sent bien chez soi, et d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous sommes totalement indépendants et ils sont présents dès que nécessaire pour nous conseiller ou nous aider. Nous serions restés plus longtemps avec grand plaisir pour profiter de la magnifique région et discuter un peu plus longtemps avec eux!

We had a relaxed stay at Ali's comfortable appartment. Excellent location in the countryside with the closest shop a 10 minute walk away, and all the services/shops of Cranleigh a 10-min drive away. Although cold outside, inside it was quickly warmed up with the wood burner in the living/kitchen space. Comfy and warm beds! Definitely recommend this place and would love to visit again. If visiting in the wetter months, wellies are a must ;-)

Booked Quentin and Melissa’s home for a weekend visit to London for the West End (Inside No. 9: Stage/Fright). Only 20 mins on the tube (Kensal Green on the Bakerloo line) and 15 mins walking (in total). Their home was comfortable and spotless, they provided niceties like bread, coffee, butter, milk, muesli (much appreciated). Parking was on street, but the road was pretty quiet. Excellent communications and recommendations for places to eat. Would definitely stay again. Thanks, Jon, Nicky, Ali, Izzy and Freya.

An excellent property. The location is superb. At the centre of town, close to restaurants, pubs, tea-room, shops - a short walk from Waitrose. Very clean and very nicely set out and furnished. We enjoyed the Agatha Christie theming. Everything was jut as advertised. The door opening mechanism was very convenient. Would happily stay there again.

We really enjoyed our time at Crystal‘s house. The weather was quite chilly and it was nice to come home to a nice warm house each night. We enjoyed having the little sitting room to plan our day and watch a little bit of television before we went to bed. The little shops across the street were very helpful, there’s a pharmacy, several restaurants and small grocery stores that were super convenient. The main action line was very helpful getting us down to all the monuments. Crystal was very helpful in advising us about different things to do and how to get there. Great flat and exactly as described. Pash was very responsive to all questions and the flat met all our needs. As a coupe who travel a lot and are back in the uk every 6-8 weeks, we will be hoping to use the same flat for each visit back. Having hoped to find a ‘fixed’ short term rental in the uk for future trips - we are very pleased to have found it.

We recently stayed at this amazing villa for Royal Ascot, and it exceeded all our expectations. The view from the villa was absolutely stunning, offering a picturesque backdrop that made our stay even more special. One of the highlights of our visit was the fantastic BBQ we had. The villa is equipped with everything you could possibly need, making it incredibly convenient and enjoyable. Parking was ample, comfortably accommodating our four large cars without any hassle. Overall, this villa provided the perfect setting for a memorable stay, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for a superb getaway.
