The neighborhood offers: Fleetwood trail, lake/river fishing, short distance to wineries, golf course, boutique shopping, & resorts. Or (& my preference), watch the sunset with a good book & cocktail on the 3-tier deck with views from every room.

Sweet 4 bedroom, 2 bath cottage, a close walk to the New River. Huge side yard perfect for family soccer, ultimate frisbee or just sitting back by the fire pit and taking in the beauty of the mountains. Perfect place for outdoor enthusiasts with kayaking, canoeing, tubing, fishing, hiking and biking options all close. The house offers two private bedrooms downstairs with comfy queen beds. Upstairs is a sleeping loft with 2 rooms, 3 twin beds and a double bed. Large front porch.
