We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great location and we would have no hesitation in coming back again.

Nick is a fabulous host. Nothing is a problem for Nick. The local restaurant recommendations were spot on. The house is gorgeous, perfect for our family of four. The carefully thought out home had everything…and I mean everything you could wish for! Beds are very comfortable, space is carefully planned and utilised. Bathroom is fantastic, lots of towels! Thanks Nick, see you again we hope!

We had an absolutely fantastic weekend stay at Spring Farm. Our group of 10 friends were looking for a cozy countryside escape. The house is spacious and full of charm. The bedrooms were all comfortable, and there were plenty of communal spaces for us to relax, either in the large living room by the fire, around the dining table enjoying meals together or having a swim. The kitchen was well-equipped, making cooking for a large group easy. A great time all round.

We spent a lovely week at Alison's farm. Beautiful location near charming Ticehurst and Wadhurst (both have good Pubs), incredible views across open countryside and hills from the heated outdoor pool, which our daughter loved. Slides, swings and a trampoline bonus points with kids. Alison was friendly and helpful. The Shed itself is warm and comfortable, kitchen is kitted out for basic meals, and the two ensuite bathrooms are super spacious and have good showers with hot water plus bathtubs. There is so much to do in the area from beautiful walks, tastings at vineyards, to cyclyng in Bedgbury, boating in Bewl Water and seaside beauties Rye and Camber in the vicinity.

We absolutely loved our stay and will be booking again. The space was clean, warm and very spacious up and downstairs. The design and decor was on another level. We couldn’t get over the beautiful chandelier. We were greeted with fruits and milk on arrival in the large kitchen. Ahead of our journey we were given clear directions to the property. Access was easy and there were clear instructions for the sauna, pool etc. We used the sauna daily. It’s was huge and looked brand new. We were be able to watch the kids swim in the pool from the sauna. The kids absolutely loved the pool and took every opportunity day and night to swim. It really was a bonus to have our own pool. 5 of us stayed for a week and there was enough space in the fridge and freezer for all of our food. I have already recommended the space to my friends.

Had an amazing stay at Jane’s Old Stable on the farm. We received instructions on how to find the place beforehand and it was easy to find. The property has great views from the bedroom, was clean and had everything you needed for a stay including coal and wood for cooking outside. It was nice to admire the views and animals with a cup of tea sitting in the front garden in the morning. We enjoyed cooking and eating outside, and toasting marshmallows whilst looking at the stars. Kids especially loved the pool and hot tub. There were plenty of pool toys for them to play with. They enjoyed reading the books, playing games both inside and in the outdoor games room. We got to feed the fishes in the stream, stroke the horses, learn about the bantam hens and the kids even collected a freshly laid egg with Jane which was amazing. We had a couple of issues with the hot tub and each time Jane was quick to respond and fix the issue. Would highly recommend a stay.

This house is absolutely fantastic. Our group of 9 including a teen and two 9-year-olds stayed very comfortably for a week with a typically English mix of weather and the house accommodated us amply. The spaces were all individual, relaxing and full of beautiful furniture and art, we loved the characterful high-ceilinged garden room and the sitting room big enough for all 9 of us to play games. All the first floor bedrooms were large with comfortable beds and generous storage, and the second floor attic with two bedrooms and a relaxing space between was a great little world away. The rambling garden and the tennis court, trampoline, warm pool and table tennis were a real hit with our group. Locally there was something for everyone, highlights including great walks from the house along the river and up onto the spine of the South Downs, and garden visits to High Beeches and Sussex Prairie Gardens. Enzo and Lucy are well deserved superhosts, we would return in a heartbeat.

Undoubtedly professional and sincere hosts during my stay. Both Capital Link and Aleksandra exceeded my expectations with how helpful and responsive they were. The space itself is divine. The bedroom reminds of scenes from the movie ‘Shame’ starring Michael Fassbender… if you know you know!!! Would love to stay again in the future. Ma fille est restée 1 mois et demi dans le logement proposé par Antonio. Nous avons eu un très bon accueil de celui-ci qui s’est adapté avec gentillesse à notre arrivée. Le logement est conforme aux photos de l’annonce. Les pièces sont spacieuses, on se sent très à l’aise. Rangements adaptés pour les affaires personnelles dans la chambre et la sdb. L’emplacement est très bien desservi par les lignes de métro et lignes de bus pour se rendre dans le centre de Londres. Plusieurs supermarchés se trouvent à proximité et c’est très pratique. Je recommande à 100% le logement de Antonio…

Getting the keys was a bit tricky as the address of the shop was not provided, only a picture of it. There was also no instruction on parking, only photo of the parking space. The view is stunning. Everything you need is in walkable distance. You really don't need to leave the area. The Wharf kitchen street food was our main choice for food, and it was both inexpensive and delicious. Tesco 24/7 is bonus. The Uber boat is a great choice for hop-on, hop-off transportation.

I had a fantastic stay in this cozy, clean, and conveniently located apartment. It was the perfect spot for exploring the area, and everything I needed was easily accessible. The host was incredibly communicative and made sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience!

Sehr gute Lage, mitten in Canary Wharf, bestens erreichbar mit U-Bahn. Tolle Wohnung - Wolkenkratzer-Feeling. Gut ausgestattet, hat alles was man für Kurzaufenthalt wünscht. Wenn ich wieder mal in London sein sollte, komme ich gerne wieder dahin.

Claudia and Leon are great hosts very responsive and trying their best to accommodate. They have been great. There are some issues, but the host were pretty keen to resolve them. Great location.
