Cleanliness & Comfort The room was impeccably clean, with modern decor and a very comfortable bed. I felt at home the moment I walked in. Although the train station is just nearby to the room but I dont feel the sound of the train affect my stay. Amenities The amenities were top-notch like WIFI, kitchen, washing machine. I especially enjoyed the availability parking during night night time , which made my stay even more special. Overall Experience Overall, this was one of the best stays I’ve had in a long time. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, offers a perfect blend of comfort and fantastic service. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay!

Chihiro’s place was the perfect spot for our visit to Fuji. It was very conveniently located to the main station and slept our group of six comfortably. The view from the living room was one of the highlights during our time in Japan, and all the amenities, especially the heating and hot water, were easy to use and as described. Would highly recommend Chihiro’s home for anyone planning a trip to Fuji.

Great place to shut down, it's right next to the river so you've got a great place to run right outside. The nearby temple is very pretty, especially a night if you're looking for a great shot, it's dimly lit by warm and diffused light. In my personal opinion, it's better than anything I saw in Kyoto, though maybe I'm biased because here, I could actually take a photo without at least 50 people being in it haha. It's right next to the tracks, I am extremely sensitive to noise so I'm surprised that I was almost completely unbothered by the trains even without ear plugs, at night it was a non issue. Just don't sleep with the window open, I was here in the middle of winter so that was never even a consideration. However if you sat inside all day, it could get annoying, like a neighbour mowing their grass all day. Rickie was nothing but an absolute gentleman, I have nothing negative to say about him.

The host is very responsive! And the private indoor and outdoor onsen are very enjoyable! We love our stay here very much.

電車がすぐ近くを通るので夜中まで電車の騒音は聞こえます。でも、うるさくて眠れないと言うほどではありませんでした。 新宿からも程よい距離なので過ごしやすかったです。 ありがとうございました。

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Sie hat die perfekte Lage als Ausgangsort für viele Ziele in Hakone. Ichimaru war außerdem immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben sogar noch um eine Nacht verlängert, weil wir uns so wohl gefühlt haben. :)

大学時代の友人4名で利用させて頂きました。車を玄関先に駐車、チエックイン、設備の利用方法等短時間で的確に無駄のない説明を頂き宿泊が楽しみになりました。普段マンション生活で窮屈な生活をしている事もあり隣の部屋を気にせず古民家一棟貸切で過ごせたのは最高でした。まず岩風呂に入れ替わり立ち替わり大男が合宿を思い出し入りましたが2人でも余裕！夕食はレストランのテイクアウトと近くのコンビニで調達便利でした。和室先にデッキがあり、そちらで夕食お決まりの飲み会。早雲岳を見渡せる最高のロケーションでした。何部屋かありましたがメインの和室で4人で布団を並べられたのが最高でした。翌日に仕事のメールが入りましたがWIFI環境も整えられており、今後は皆でワーケーションでも良いかなと盛り上がりました。チェックアウトも時間通り、利用者の評価が高い理由がわかりました。次回は宿来宿往さんの温泉宿に挑戦したいと思いました。

Cozy, comfortable & convenience place for family or big group visit. Spacious 2 storeys wooden traditional house that manage to accommodate up to 16pax. Walking distance to main attraction in Oshino Hakkai. Highly recommend & value for money.. Travel with kids or elderly will not have any issue❤️

とても親切丁寧な対応をしていただき楽しい時間を過ごせました。

8人で利用しましたが、広々ゆったりと過ごすことができました。訪問前にお写真でなんとなくイメージはしておりましたが、特にお手洗いとシャワールーム・湯船が予想以上に広くて快適でした。 本滞在のメインの目的は、BBQと花火だったのですが、どちらもやりやすいように用意していただいて、手軽に楽しむことができました。 キッチン用品やアメニティも十分で、テレビの大きさや椅子の数や配置も大人数で快適に過ごすのにぴったりでした。 Airbnb上でのやり取りもスムーズで、到着時は暖かく出迎えていただき、丁寧に対応していただいたおかげで、安心して楽しいひとときを過ごすことができました！また機会があれば再訪したいと思える滞在でした。

一泊させていただきました。 1日目には庭から富士山が見えてすごく自然を感じることができました。朝はあいにくの天気で、富士山は見ることができなかったものの、雨であっても家やその周りが自然に溢れているため最高にリラックスできる空間でした。 まずメインの広い部屋は広く清潔感があり、とても良かったです。ベッドはたくさんありすぎて2人で泊まったので使いきれなかったです。 バスルームはとても広く清潔感があり、良かったです。 キッチンも全て綺麗に整備されてました。 虫については私たちは気にならなかったですが、場所が場所なので多少はいます。 最後に庭ですが、今まで泊まったAirbnbの中で1番良かったです。 最後に一つ気になったことがあるとしたら家が広すぎて音や声が全然届かないですので、スピーカーをもってくることをおすすめします。メインルームにスピーカーが設置されていればもっと良いのにと思いました。 最高の思い出になりました。ありがとうございます！

The View of the Mont Fuji is incredible , I recommend this house for a week-end in Hakone.

交通很方便，去箱根伊豆玩都很近～房间干净卫生，三个人住很大

Check in was a breeze and as per listing. Parking is a little tight for our 6 seater car but no complaints for the price paid

the location was beautiful! right beside the beach. the accommodation was clean and bright. I enjoyed the stay very much!

The place was very serene, it is located very remotely which in our case make it very special for relaxing and a gateway from the busy city of other urban city such as kyoto osaka and tokyo Ayabe san have listed a very detailed instruction for us making it easy despite sometimes late reply, still it is an amazing stay in ayabe san airbnb

This was a great stay for my group. Everything was very clean and tidy and the entire check-in/check-out process was well organised and communicated. A beautiful view of Mt Fuji. Also very convenient to use the free luggage storage provided at the Fujinokura Guesthouse. I would highly recommend.
