A perfect place to stay with family! If you want to stay in a clean, quiet, tucked-away place, this is the one. This acco will work for you if you have your own transportation and prefer to be away from the hustle and bustleof the Mandrem beachside, yet minutes away from great cafes, restaurants and bars. The kitchen is well equipped to make basic meals and there is hot water round the clock. Parking space is ample and there are interesting plants in the garden :)

The best thing about this property is it's location. Its right on the beach facing road and all you have to do is walk a few steps and enter the beach. You get a complete view of ocean right from your gallery. As for home, it's nice cozy place which is well maintained and clean. All the amenities function perfectly. Host lipy was very prompt in making sure that our stay is comfortable. She even arranged a small household item when we requested for it. Cheers to her for that. Some improvement could be done in wifi as it as was getting disconnected regularly. Also one needs to know that the place is quite small in size and not as big as it appears in the pictures. Overall it was a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Another great place run by Grant and Nigel. It's a smaller place than the last one I stayed at so perfect for 2 people. Really well equipped and quiet especially during March. Grant and Nigel made it so easy for me to check in and check out especially as Nabin is there to help with the suitcases and making sure all is clean before checking out. Hoping to come back again soon.

we booked the cottage but then decided to go for the main villa. Ms Nandita was kind enough to consider our request at short notice. The place itself is a rustic beauty. The charm of being isolated and the feel of having a house and then garden and then the beach was fully lived at this property. The view from balcony or having your meal sitting by the pool area was soulful. The place is isolated but then that's the charm of this place. Being in the midst of nature and yet a luxurious stay to live at. It's not just the villa but the experience that comes along as you don't feel the need to step out. The beach itself is clean beautiful and amongst the lesser known marvels. Special mention for caretaker Ram and his family who make you feel at home and are so courteous. Visit this place for the unique experience one might get. It's far from the market or the noise of city and that's what makes this place special. Already planning for next visit soon. 2 nights stay wasn't enough.

Monika and team were very cordial and friendly. The airbnb itself was beautifully maintained and squeaky clean. There was no issue with power cuts. The host was very kind and even set us up with cab and scooty services. Overall a very positive experience.

The place is amazing. It has a unique beachfront location. Quiet privacy. It feels like a home and do not hesitate to ask host for local recommendations. It’s magical in person with the sound of waves and sublime views of the ocean, breathtaking beach life and an invitation to chill with family and friends. In addition to all magnificence and beauty the property was well supplied and equipped beyond our expectations.

Vielleicht das schönste Zimmer in ganz Arambol. Man wohnt direkt bei der Familie in einem kleinen Apartment, das wie ein Penthouse ist. Ein grosser Raum mit allem was man braucht. Schön eingerichtet, mit BohoStyle. Grosszügiger Schrank und alles vorhanden was man braucht. Besonders die Beleuchtung und die Aussicht zu allen vier Seiten auf die wunderschöne Naturumgebung sind hervorzuheben. Wir haben uns hier wie zuhause gefühlt, und Ricardo war immer sofort erreichbar und hat direkt Lösungen geboten, wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben. Ein rundum positives Erlebnis. We had a wonderful experience at this Airbnb in Goa. The self-check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, making our arrival super convenient. The property was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A special mention to Mitu and Gautam, who manage the property—they were incredibly prompt, helpful, and ensured we had a seamless experience. Their responsiveness and attention to detail made our stay even better! The location was excellent, close to the beach and great local spots. The peaceful ambiance and well-equipped space made our trip truly enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-managed stay in Goa. Would love to visit again!
